I was charged a $75.00 trip fee for Austin to spend 1 minute looking at the fan and told me 'those types of fans' have some sort of permanent mechanism and it wouldn't be cost effective to repair. That I should just get a new fan. Why couldn't that be told to me when I set up the appointment?, Why, -because they wanted their $75.00 trip fee. And additionally, the estimate to swap out the existing fan with the new one I would buy would be $569. They then said they would do a 'courtesy check' of my fuse box, and then tried to upsell me over $1200 in 'recommended' services. I would not trust them to be authentic and honest for any service.
