Excellent Service! Oscar was given our service call from Hertz after our tire blew out. We got stuck in Palmdale and needed to get home to The San Fernando Valley. We had already been waiting for 3 hours as the previous tow company that was being sent out to us never showed up. He let us know he was on his way home from the Valley to Palmdale and decided to take our service call since we were on his way home and we couldn't have been more grateful. After the Lyft ride that Hertz had requested for us also didn't come through he offered to take us all the way home it was Me and my Family a total of 5 of us. They were able to come and help me tow my vehicle last minute from the valley down to Culver City in a few hours notice and a decent price. The car was inoperable and Oscar pushed it out of a narrow driveway down to the tow, pumped air in the tires and then pushed it to its final spot at my house. 10/10 would definitely recommend for any towing needs. read more

This man has one of the best attitudes towards customer service, I have ever experienced. Friendly, accommodating and great listening skills. Oscar told me that he would work my job in to his schedule and showed up 30 minutes later at my door. We set up the bike on his truck, I Zelled him and he dropped off the bike at the shop just as I asked. I wish we had more Oscars in the world. Today, as I was out running errands in the San Fernando Valley area I locked myself out of my car. I locked the door behind me while my keys were still inside. Luckily, it wasn't in the ignition with my engine running. Not familiar with the area, since recently moving, I pulled up my map app on my phone and typed in towing in the search bar. A towing company right down the street popped up and I thought, "Wow, how convenient. They can't take that long right!?" Right... So, I called. They gave me an estimated wait time of 20-25min. I waited. After 30min and coming up on 35min I decided to check yelp. There were horrible ratings for said towing company, especially regarding the estimated wait time and also for their service. Then, I found Ride Away Towing. They were a little further from where I was, but the ratings on Yelp were promising. I promptly gave Ride Away Towing a call, and I canceled my service from said towing company. A man named Oscar picked up the phone, he also gave me an estimate of how much the service will cost. Something I remember him saying before hanging up the phone was, "I am going there now, I will be there soon." If not 10 or 15 minutes later he gave me a ring on my phone and said he was on site as I flagged him down. This guy got here quicker than the people that were literally down the street from me! A man stepped out of his truck, stuck his hand out and said "Hi, I'm Oscar." I was impressed. He promptly began to unlock my car and probably finished the job within 5 minutes. We talked for a bit, and I learned many things about him. He was someone who not only had years and years of experience, but was also a business owner like myself. I related to the fact that he takes pride in his work, but most of all he loves what he does! I know this may be a lengthly review for a towing company, but I feel like this experience was more than just opening up my car his personality and customer service just made my day THAT much better! I have had my fair share of mishaps with my car and have used other towing services and they were not as good as this company. My car died in the middle of Friday afternoon traffic in North Hollywood. Oscar was the first person I called because of his reviews on here, and I'm glad I called it! He was very nice over the phone and arrived earlier than he said he would. It didn't take him long to attach my car and tow it. He's very experienced with towing and I trusted him completely with my car after seeing how he handled it. When we got to my apartment there was no street parking, so he helped me move my car into the gated garage....though he really did all the work! He pushed my car into the garage while I steered. Oscar is great. This should be your first phone call if you break down. I broke down early AM north of LA. All of the "24 hour towing" places you see listed will still be asleep and not available until 9AM. Oscar was literally the only one who even answered the phone.
