You're On Your Own Here -- No Help from Management, No Accountability: Living here has shown us that if you run into any serious issues like disruptive neighbors you're completely on your own. Management hides behind policy, gaslights your concerns, and ultimately does nothing. We reported constant, heavy stomping from the unit above us, happening all day long across different rooms. We provided video proof, audio recordings, and even a recorded conversation where the neighbors themselves admitted to stomping and showed no intention of changing. The response? Management repeatedly gaslit us by saying the noise was likely "a washer or dryer" -- and then instructed us to stop attempting to resolve this with the neighbors. They say they "take every report seriously," yet they continue to dismiss everything we send and stall behind vague internal processes. It's just lip service. Bottom line: if you get unlucky here, management won't protect your right to quiet enjoyment even though it is in the lease. You'll document and follow every step -- and still be ignored. read more

RENTERS BEWARE - My 2012 Jeep Rubicon was stolen March 21, 2024 @ 2:41am from the resident parking on the fifth floor of the parking garage. FYI - MY JEEP WAS LOCKED AND I HAVE BOTH SETS OF KEYS. The staff are friendly and kind, but will not share the video with me for some privacy reason. I asked simple questions. Did they push the jeep out or was it driven out? All they can tell me is the time, it was stolen @ 2:41am. I asked for more video about other cars coming in and out around that time. (I'm sure these thieves did not walk up to the fifth floor past seven other jeeps.) I think Emerson has one security camera and the video quality cannot read license plates. They won't even let me look at the video. NOTICE - This is a parking garage to steal from and not be caught. Management is supporting the thieves by negligence. (The Parking Security gate has been broken for 8 months or more.) The security gate on the third floor has never worked since I moved in here. They advertise a secure parking garage and I was told that the gate would be working in a few weeks after I moved in. They are great at leasing apartments, but when it comes to help with a stolen vehicle or anything else stolen, you're on your own. Still can't understand why video in a public area it is considered private video and it cannot be shared with the victim of a crime. Only the police can look at the video. Emerson On Mill is a convenient place to live and a great place for thieves to steal anything out of the unsecured resident parking garage. Management accepts no responsibility for the neglected and broken parking security gate. RENTERS BEWARE - If your car is be broken into or stolen, you'll never see the video of the thieves and management accepts no responsibility for a NEGLECTED AND BROKEN PARKING SECURITY GATE. Emerson/Mark Taylor management needs to step up their game. Look at this. This is supposed to be a locked/secure bike storage only accessible with a fob (located inside the building). My bike was stolen and the staff were extremely unhelpful. Not even sympathetic. The troubling part was that they were totally aware of this happening numerous times. Do something about it. Shameful behavior by Emerson Management that may violate ADA. On 4/7/2021, I requested that the bathrooms by the Fitness Center to be NOT locked. My request was promptly ignored and we were not granted access to locked bathrooms. Emerson may be in violation of ADA by keeping those bathrooms locked for no apparent reason. See bottom for details on ADA. My Service Request: The 2 bathrooms by the Fitness Center are closed at times (very often lately). Please Unlock these bathrooms. Access to that Fitness Center and bathroom area is via KEY FOB and only residents can open the entry/exit doors in that section and the area is secure and safe. I am conducting client meetings in the Conference Rooms and by Pool Area and would like access to the bathrooms for the Meeting Attendees, including for anyone with Disabilities. Also, it's very inconvenient to not have access to those bathrooms when using the Fitness Center for Residents and anyone with Disabilities. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 or ADA (42 U.S.C. § 12101) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability. It affords similar protections against discrimination to Americans with disabilities as the Civil Rights Act of 1964,[1] which made discrimination based on race, religion, sex, national origin, and other characteristics illegal, and later sexual orientation. In addition, unlike the Civil Rights Act, the ADA also requires covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities, and imposes accessibility requirements on public accommodations.[2] read more

When I moved in, in the summer, the air conditioning in my apartment wasn't working and my storage was locked. They brought me a portable AC unit and eventually unlocked the storage a month later and left all of the garbage that was in it in front of my apartment. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but then they charged me for the trash and sent me a letter saying I owed them money. It gets worse, when I confronted them they said there was a piece of mail with my name on it in the trash pile, I asked them to show me the mail and they wouldn't and insisted it was my fault in a very hostile demeanor, even in front of other residents in the office. A day after the confrontation they said there was a misunderstanding, and I was fine. This was a very suspicious, dishonest, and unprofessional way of handling my move in, which was a nightmare Later on I broke my lease to move in with a roommate, and two people in the leasing office said I would qualify for a referral credit, if I stayed here and got a roommate. After 5 months of having this conversation and not adding the credit, today they said they never made this deal. I have been a Resident of a Mark Taylor complex for four years now and I have never been treated so unprofessionally by management and it does not hold up to the quality you would receive on other properties. I previously gave a 5 star rating to the previous Hanover Mill Avenue management. Turns out I have to demote it to a 1 star rating, as the Emerson Mill Avenue has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For such a nice place, it's a shame that their management are not willing or able to communicate well with their tenants. We had several billing issues during our stay here. As others have mentioned, they sometimes don't know how to work their computer system. We had a huge run-around in something as simple as putting my wife's name on the lease or to ensure that she received package delivery emails. One such major issue we've faced was about the timing of our intent to vacate. According to all of their language in the lease and the lease renewal offer letter, they need us to turn in "appropriate 60-day written notice". I sent them an email telling them we might need an extra week. They called me back saying that if we had to stretch the lease, then we would operate on a month-to-month basis and communicate our intent to leave 60 days prior to leaving. That sounded fine to me. Exactly one week later, I sent them an email saying: "Hi, We'll be moving out of unit on 6/03/2019. Thanks! Robert". They reply, saying: "Thank You for letting us know Robert. Attached to this email is our NTV [Notice to Vacate] form. If you could just fill this out and return to us. You can email it back or bring it in. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!" At that point in time, I thought we were done with our intent to vacate. ***What I didn't know, and what they had not communicated is that the receipt of the NTV form is what was considered the beginning of the 60-day period.*** Their form has sections asking how we felt about the place; things we liked or that they could do better. We took our time to fill it out, thinking it was a survey and formality, since we had already communicated our intent to leave, and they had responded that they understood as such. My wife was traveling, and I was waiting for her to return to talk about it. So we turned it in two weeks after our email exchange. It was not until five days after that that they emailed me saying that they could not accept my notice to vacate because they want to hold me rent responsible through 60 days after when I turned in the form! It had been very clear that they understood the date that we were moving out, multiple times through our communication! In written form! They had to send it to upper management which finally conceded that they understood our intent to vacate, and so we were only rent responsible for 60 days after that email. To make extra sure how much we should pay, I asked them to quote me what I would owe them after I moved out. They made mistakes with this estimate, but after two iterations of my asking them to re-run it, they corrected it. Exhausted but validated, I thought we were done after we moved out. But we weren't done! After we moved out, they still sent us a letter asking us to pay for two more weeks of rent and utilities, i.e., hundreds of dollars more than what they had quoted me. As soon as I opened that letter, I quickly emailed them. It took them 5 days to respond saying that they were in the wrong, and that I did not owe them hundreds of dollars. They reported that they owed me over $150. It has now been 28 days since that email and I had not received a check nor any correspondence regarding the refund. I reached out to them and they "apologize for the oversight" and will mail it out tomorrow. Looking forward to that so I can be done with the horrendous stress that this management has incurred. -- There's broken light fixtures, trash, and graffiti in the public stairwells that don't get fixed for multiple days (or sometimes weeks). I've found dog feces on the floor by the mailroom. People leave chip bags, beer bottles, and other trash in the elevator. Despite all of this, I would have given them a high rating. Except that their management has treated us so, so poorly, and caused us so much stress. They deserve less than 1 star. read more

Where do I even start?!? Let's go chronologically. I moved in during the summer and the AC didn't work. After some time they got a guy to come out and "fix" it. I say "fix" bc a little after that water started leaking from the ceiling all over the clothes in my closet. Told the office, took a while to get maintenance for that. And even when it stoped it would happen again. Turns out the guy they got to "fix" the AC did it incorrectly and it froze over. They told me they would financially compensate considering the mess and I don't think they ever did. The apartment flooded. Water came in from a neighboring unit. And my carpet was completely soaked. They left several fans in the room. And after myself and my parents asking and asking for them to replace the carpet (it was literally CRUNCHY CARPET at this point) they would not. Several time I saw truck loads of carpet, but they would never replace mine. This was around the time I started having seizures doctors believed it was from mold poisoning, which flooded carpet and a leaking ceiling sure seems like a possible environment for a mold problem. It was difficult to get the office preform a mold test. Eventually the building manager just stopped responding to the emails. Imagine going 5 DAYS WO A WORKING TOLIET. Well they let me go through that. I kept visiting and calling the office to please send someone to fix it. I spent a whole session with my therapist trying to work up the courage to demand that I need someone to come and I need them to do it now. On the 5th day I saw a man from the apartments maintenance crew in the hall. I asked him if he could make sure it gets done. I reminded him of which apartment I was in. He went right then and it took 5 minutes for him to fix. I went 5 days and it only took 5 minutes!!!! The parking garage gates we're constantly broken. So anyone could get in, even all the way up to the residence parking floors. The only truly good thing about this apartment is I felt safe and it's in a great area. IFFFF you want to be on mill ave (which of course is very loud and lots of traffic, which was worth it to me. You also are right next to the fire apartment so be prepared to hear sirens 2-3 times a day) with all the bars, restaurants, shopping and events or close to ASU campus. read more

Before I moved in to Emerson 9 months ago, I researched over 20 apartments in the Tempe and Scottsdale area and am so glad I chose Emerson on Mill over all other apartments I toured and researched. The apartment is in a great location and close to airport, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and anything else you could imagine by stepping outside your front door. The apartment is well maintained and love the interior hallways and security access as well as the many amenities such as the pool, outdoor grills and fire pit area, gym, pool table, movie theater, conference room and so much more. This is by far one of the most well kept properties and very attentive to all of the tenants needs in a timely manner when a work order is placed. I give all the credit to the management team as they are by far one of the most friendliest and professional apartment staff I have dealt with and that goes for the manager Danielle all the way down to the cleaning crew, maintenance crew and the security staff who are always doing a great job of making the place a wonderful and safe place to live. The apartment layouts are spacious and well designed and wouldn't want to live anywhere else but Emerson as I haven't found anything that compares to what Emerson can provide and they have proven that over time. What makes this place so great besides the apartment being well kept, the great amenities, and not feeling like there are a bunch of crazy college kids running around everywhere is the personal relationships built with the management team. They truly care about the place and it's tenants and it shows! Five stars and highly recommend Emerson on Mill to those looking for a great place to live and to make some new friends as well. I have lived in this apartment complex for a few years, and since the management changed in June/July 2018, this place became a horrible place to live. With the new management, it seems like there are always new issues every few weeks I have to deal with emerging from their inadequacy and inattention. There are multiple issues but the main concern I have is the inadequate and rude new management personnels. In past 4 months, I have been charged different amounts than what my contact entails every month because either (1) they will add on charges that were not even announced or communicated to residents or (2) take money out of your rent and bill more money without any notifications. When I brought up any issues to the leasing office, leasing office personnels were incredibly rude and just inadequate of even providing basic explanations. They are increidbly slow in communication too. I have written them 4 times about the issue that was unresolved since July 1st, and I still have not recieved any answers more than 2 months later even with multiple written inquiries. Since the new management took over, the security of the building has been compromised almost daily. Even though it is a locked building, they have the back entrance open almosy daily for hours - allowing anyone to be able to come inside of the building. There are many "luxury" apartments in Tempe/Phoenix, and I would not recommend this place for anyone who cares about good services and honest communication from the management. Location is great but it is not worth all the hassle you have to deal with the management. I can't wait to be done with the current lease so I can move. No one should be treated like this with the amount they charge as rent. read more

I lived in Emerson Mill for 13 months during my graduate school and it provided everything I needed. It was quiet during the day, access to restaurants and shopping in the evening as well as social events monthly to meet my fellow neighbors. I had a service dog and it was never a problem or complication with management. I found the office staff helpful and responsive to my requests and they always enjoyed the visit from Clover (my service pup). While I didn't use the pool or downstairs amenities very often they were always well kept when I was in those spaces. There have been mentions of issues with the Mark-Taylor management takeover from Hanover. While there were hiccups, it was to be expected as the new team developed and improved on the property. Issues that had been unresolved for several years were now being addressed and fixed in proper fashion. This resulted in some delays to fix minor things in the building due to the complex, yet requisite nature of larger issues left by the previous management company. I respect their requirement for following the rules and regulations within the contracts signed, such as the 60 day notice of intent to vacate as well as late fees and additional charges for issues created by the tenant. If you are renting here expect to be treated as an adult. That means know the contract you signed, do not expect special treatment and know how to properly communicate with office personnel. This type of management is key for everyone to feel respected, valued and understood. Bottom line, I miss living here as well as the people that worked in the building. Had it not been for the Phoenix heat I would have stayed in the building and began my second career in the local Tempe area. read more

It started with me just chillen in the aqua lounge watching old jersey shores on the plasma. I started nodding off from having a super stressful couple months and thought the pool is so peaceful So i found the perfect nap spot. This place is class all the way, Mark Taylor totally stepped up their game. I helped a fellow resident Kim set the oven and I just can't say enough nice things about Hanover. If you're ready to get woken up every single day of the week at 7:30am by landscapers working by the pool area even though quiet hours are until 10am, ready to see the stairwell filled with dog hair, puke and poop for your entire lease, ready to get absolutely drained by this apartment, then this is the place for you. For nearly 11 months straight we've have a wake up call of 7:30am sharp at least 4 times a week of landscapers, why do we need the pool area leaf blown 4 times a week when there are maybe 4 trees in the courtyard? My roommate was also told they would add a credit to his rent for adding me onto a new lease but he never ended up receiving it, wrote a review about it and they gave us a customer service number where they basically told us tough luck. Once they get your signature on the lease, it's over for you. If you decide to go through with it, good luck! Never again. read more

I have been a resident for almost 3 years which started under the previous management owners. Mark Taylor company has recently taken over and the transition has been anything but smooth. There has been a complete turnover of staff and property managers that have been significantly less than capable, borderlining inept. Their lack of knowledge may be somewhat understandable as they are taking over a new complex but coupled with the remarkably poor level of customer service, I can't help but regret that my lease continues through another year. This review warrants two stars (as opposed to one) because the location is fantastic and the apartment units are relatively solid. I've lived at Emerson for 3 years and will NOT be renewing my lease. Being completely honest, it was a decent place to live for a while, that is until I had my first issue and the management was completely USELESS in helping me. I have a completely ridiculous neighbor that moved in recently who has made my living here at Emerson unbearable. I've been woken up over a dozen times by sounds of them violently screaming and literally fist fighting (I considered calling the police because it sounded like domestic violence but I decided to speak to management first). Not only that, this neighbor insists on blasting loud bass music ALL NIGHT to the point that getting a full nights sleep has become impossible for me. I have filed over 5 noise complaints, talked to the people in the leasing office, and also talked to the leasing office manager and they have done NOTHING. In fact, they only responded by telling me "we need you to take a video of some proof before we can do anything" How am I supposed to take a video of sound that I am hearing through the wall!? Again, this place was decent, but the second that I had a very reasonable problem, they have been completely useless in helping me and it is very obvious that they do not care about their residents. This place has turned into the furthest thing from a "nice apartment" and hardly feels safe anymore. I understand that there will always be bad neighbors anywhere you move, but the issue here is the complete lack of help or care from the management. For the price we pay, you would think we would get some actual help when we have issues. This place has become dirty, anybody can just freely enter the facility because the "locked" key fob doors are broken, and it does not even feel like a safe place to live anymore. We will not be renewing our lease and I would strongly recommend any potential tenants to find a different place to live! read more

Prior good reviews reflected prior management, which was attentive and responsive. New management is adversarial, unresponsive and has no idea how to earn a good customer service reputation. The staff seem to be trying to find the answer to the question: at what point does the cost of so many bad reviews outweigh profitting from unreasonable lease terms and poor service? Street noise from Mill Ave is crazy bad. It's like living on frat row. We got a white noise generator to help out but living next to a fire station as well as an active railroad track doesn't do anything to help. Breaking our $2000/month lease is going to cost around $8500. That's 2x our base rent, plus an additional 60 days worth of rent, including "pet rent" of $140 (2 cats) and $400 unused parking. If you think you might ever have to relocate for work, this is a very poor choice of living space. From far away, the appliances have a luxory vaneer that vanishes under casual inspection. The dish washer doesn't open all the way because they cut corners on installation using a sort of stuffing material as insulation, and as a result the hinges don't open completely. The carpet is extremely cheap- each time we vacuum, we completely fill the chamber with carpet fuzz that's been sucked up. I'm surprised that we have any carpet left at all. The faucets make an awful screetch when you turn the handle, water pressure is terrible, and the floorboards look like they are threatening to buckle in some areas. If they ever do buckle, you will be charged. In short, your money will go much farther almost anywhere else in Tempe. Do not recommend. 1 star! read more

I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment and have so far had a wonderful experience. The apartment has high ceilings and a modern/attractive layout. The location is very close to ASU and Mill Ave which is ideal for me being a student at the university. It is also close to the light rail and dozens of shops which means I never really have to use my car. I was nervous about moving into Tempe because I thought most apartments would be very pricy and of very poor quality. The Hanover on Mill eased my trepidation's. The price was competitive and includes amazing amenities such as a 24 hour gym, movie room, and club house. Lastly, the affable staff has been very welcoming. A week after moving in the Hanover had a wine night where we had free wine and got to meet our neighbors. So far so good! read more

Monique helped make this transition run smoothly, whether it was problems with the resident portal or packages, she was on top of it. HOA was quick and efficient with maintenance repairs. I would like to start off by establishing my credibility as an avid apartment dweller in the Tempe area. I have lived in West 6, The Rise, and University house (speaking of which shoutout to whoever is living in the penthouse now. I didn't live in the penthouse but I'm sure it was hype). With all this being said Emerson was hands down the greatest place I have ever lived and the only reason I am not signing a 69-year lease is that I have to go to grad school out of state. When I moved in, it was originally Hanover but was soon taken over by Mark Taylor and changed to Emerson. At first I was angry because the name Hanover held a lot of weight in this town. Mark Taylor taking over was a heaven sent, I never had to wait over a day for any of my needs and they always put us residents first. Needless to say I cannot say enough great things about Mark Taylor. I hope to find a place half as nice for my next home. When I use to look out my window at Mill Avenue birds seemed to fly a little bit slower and pretty girls smiled just a little bit longer. Living at Emerson was a lot like what I imagine eating a potato chip straight off the line would be like. My only regret is that I was not able to stay longer. I see all of these clearly fake 5 star reviews and that's just so like Mark-Taylor... If I could give negative stars I would... outside of Emily in the office, this place has gone down the toilet since mark-taylor took over managing the property. The latest in a long list of horrible management decisions is the fact they changed the apartment name without even notifying the residents. The old apartment management and office staff were top notch, you really felt like you were getting your money's worth. Everything used to run so smoothly. Now... it feels like you are living in run down housing projects. The FBI system is unreliable, I've been locked out a couple times. The elevators regularly stop working and they are filled with garbage, puke, etc... there are random people inside the building I had two women knocking on my door at 10 pm that seemed drunk or high. The phone and online payment system are horrible. We now receive our Bill's on the first of the month... when it's due, which is totally inconvenient. We used to receive them 2 weeks in advance, ya know like every other rental property -but not this place. The office is staff rarely answer the phone (after not having a working number the first two months after Mark Taylor took over).There are so many reasons not to live here and too many to list. There are much less expensive places to live around this area, don't be fooled by this place. It looks nice from the outside but once you move in you will regret it. Right now I have to go figure out what to do about my neighbors upstairs running and slamming into things which is shaking my whole apartment. This place is trash. I just moved in and I have nothing but good things to say! The amenities are amazing. The apartments are clean and well taken care of and everything smells amazing! Diana has been a HUGE help before,during and after my moving process. She has been available always via call, email , or in person and has answered all my questions as soon as possible. She has such a bubbly personality and great professionalism. She is the best. Overall, the Emerson is wonderful my only complaint is that it is a bit loud from outside traffic but what building isn't in the Mill area. read more

Dealing with the office staff and property manager on site, has been one of the most difficult and more shady experiences I have ever encountered. I have lived in apartment complexes all over the country and have never dealt with people so manipulative & dishonest. Since the buildings transition from Hanover to Emerson, the office just seems to be so disorganized and chaotic and the staff are incapable of acknowledging the mistakes they continue to make on a daily basis. Instead, the property manager chooses to pin any occurrence on everyone else, charging for whatever she can and refusing to take any responsibility for her or the offices mistakes. I moved into the building almost a year ago and my roommate about 4 months prior to that. We have been ideal tenants, always paying our rent on time and never having any issues with the staff or our neighbors. Even when my roommates bike was stolen out of a locked bike room and the office didn't do anything to help, we didn't make a fuss. That said, upon move in, my roommate and I were told that we needed to provide a 60 day notice prior to move out... which is standard, I'm aware. We were also told that we would be given a heads up prior to the 60 day mark approaching. That never happened. Prior to our 60 day mark, we went down to the office on 3 separate occasions, in which we informed them that we did not intend to stay. In those three occasions, no one ever informed us that we needed to fill out a paper to make it official. Instead, after our 60 day mark came and went, they notified us of the "intent to vacate" form that needed to be submitted via a late email. So not only do we have to pay for the extra 8 days, we also need to pay a $500 fee. When we asked why this wasn't brought to our attention any of the 3 times we were in the office prior, the office staff and the property manager just gave us the run around, stating that it was in our lease and they did nothing wrong. Never once did they acknowledge the actual questions of why we were never informed those 3 separate occasions that we had gone down to the office and why they waited until after the 60 day mark to send this email. The property manager and one of the office girls pretty much called us liars and pretended like we had never been down to the office to discuss any of this. Not once have they acknowledged any fault or even attempted to meet us in the middle with a resolution. It's honestly been the most ridiculous experience I've ever encountered and I can't even believe that it has turned into such a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone, until they can get a better property manager in here. read more

I recently decided to move to Emerson on Mill Avenue and this is my review based on my experience so far. My point of contact for the entire process was Diana and she has been the most wonderful agent. She showed us an apartment that was perfect for me price wise and helped me secure my spot without any hassle. She has been very responsive and helpful. I had a 3 day gap between the end of my old lease from my old apartment and the start of my new lease at Emerson, and I was stressed about where to keep my stuff. Diana was kind enough to offer me a free storage unit at Emerson at no extra cost. So far my experience with the apartment and the management has been really great! read more

Emerson Mill Avenue is owned by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and is managed by Mark Taylor. If GSAM wants to maintain the value of their asset, I suggest they dump MT soon. For starters, it's important for prospective residents to understand that apartments in Tempe 85281 are generally over-priced and badly managed. There is no reason to spend more than 30% of your annual income on rental housing but, in Maricopa County, you have no choice. This is because the Arizona Multihousing Association owns the State of Arizona Legislature. What they want, they get. This is also why your lease will run thirty pages and you will not likely see your security deposit again. The AMA has so empowered leasing companies like MT that renters have few rights and little recourse to protect those rights through the Arizona judicial system. Although there are worse properties in 85281 than Emerson Mill Avenue, it should be expected from a "luxury" brand that the property will be clean, safe, and well-managed. Emerson Mill Avenue has the "curb appeal" to make you think that all of these factors are addressed but... once you sign your lease and make your initial payments, MT couldn't care less about your welfare or rights as a tenant. They don't have to. Rather than list the numerous problems I face as an Emerson Mill Avenue tenant, let me just state that I've read the postings on this site carefully, the complaints listed are consistent with those I've been experiencing, and MT is deserving of its poor reputation among renters. Note too that I have tried repeatedly and in good faith to resolve my concerns directly with MT but, again, they do not care and do not have to. The state empowers them, not me. This is not a well-managed apartment complex. The greed and incompetence that MT exhibits is awful. Even though I rent a lower-priced unit, I pay nearly $20,000 per year to a company that wastes my money, wastes my time, violates the terms of my contract, lies, and accounts for a much lower quality of life than I would have if Tempe 85281 housing costs were at fair market value. Posting this review is about the only "card" I can play in my rental housing experience. I intend to keep this posting up-to-date (December 2019). Hopefully, MT (under pressure from GSAM) will start to understand that doing business honestly is a better way to earn money than by cheating people out of a savings for home-ownership and independence from the greed of the multihousing industry. I can only laugh at the irony of my situation. I can't finance my own home through GS (which would make them money) because my money goes to MT, the idiotic, expensive middleman they employ to manage one of their assets. read more

I love living at Emerson Mill. I moved in about 2 years ago to this apartment complex. The complex is new with fresh hardwood and granite countertops. The maintenance is great. Normally most issues are fixed within 24 hours. The property managers are very helpful. Alysa, Alyssa, Monique and Danielle have been on point and always there when you need them. Also, they have a great pool, gym and theater room. I highly recommend future residents to come and check out Emerson Mill Avenue. read more
