If there is less than One Star, I will give it to the management office.
On July 23rd, 2021, I Called the Salado Springs Apartment around 3 pm to check if any move-in is available for the soonest possible date. Angel (leasing Agent) said yes, we have an apartment available on august 4th, so I drove 40 minutes to Salado Springs Apartment at 242 S Beck Ave, Temp, AZ 85281. Angel was good at explaining and showing the model 2bed/2bath apartment. I agreed on and signed paperwork without having a copy of any signed papers; I also paid all the required fees, which was $244.32, to reserve the place and take it off the market; as Angel said, without paying the amount above, it means no promises. Four days later, I called Angel again to confirm that I got the keys on time, so no surprises. Anyhow, Angel said, yes, dear, your apartment will be ready on time, August 4th of 2021. On July 30thof, 2021, I called Angel once again to have another confirmation. This time her response was, "No dear, I didn't promise you on August 4th. I said October 4th!!!!!!", at that moment, I was in total shock because I have no place to go and new my new job was starting in August 2nd. I asked Angel a favor and pleased her to check with her boss, hoping that they can help in any way and stick with their promises, but nothing happened. She called me back and said, sorry dear!!! "My boss said we are sold-out now, and nothing is available now; the only available will be on October 4thor 15th of 2021, maybe!" I asked to speak with her boss, but she said my boss is not in today. The next day, I called Angels' boss; his name is Billy, at 833-365-1941. Billy answered; I explained to him precisely what had angel promised me, what had happened, and I also asked him to listen to the recorded phone conversation between Angel and me to verify; he said, give me 72 hours, and I will call you back, I waited for 5-6 days he never did, so I called Billy again to see what's up?? Billy answered and said, "all recorded phone calls are available, but I couldn't find the recorded conversation between Angel and you" So, I asked him nicely to get my $244.32 back; not surprisingly, his answer was No !!!.
Fees are non-refundable. I called Billy again, trying to resolve the matter, and went to the office asking Billy to reconsider getting me a refund but no luck. My conclusion to this matter with Salado Springs Apartment is that they are straight-up scams and thieves sitting in the leasing office giving promises to tenants with no apartment available at the Salado Springs Apartment. Also, when you talk to Billy and his assistant Angel, they seem to be so nice at first, but once you pay the upfront fees, you are a fool. Billy was the rudest person I could ever imagine; he doesn't deserve to be the manager at Salado Springs apartment. Now I'm writing this not because of the money I lost, but because of the time I wasted, efforts, and the back and forth between those two individuals. If you consider leasing at Salado Springs Apartment, you must reconsider your decision because it is hard to communicate with low-level management and ZERO customer service. The problem is the people who manage the place, not the place itself. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I will do my best to help others from dealing with Billy(Manager) and Angel(Leasing Agent). read more
