Ok, so on Sunday while I was out and about my car defecated the bed.... Dead as a door nail . AAA couldn't get it started, so it was towed to the dealer and I left a note in the drop box and called and left a text message to my regular service rep (Frank H.). So Monday morning before 7:30, Frank called, we discussed the issues arranged for diagnosis as well as some required maintenance. He said the car would be ready by the end of the day (remember, I didn't have a hard and fast appointment at this very busy dealer) . The car was ready when promised, clean and shiny and all systems go! So I always prefer establishing a working relationship with my service advisor and IMHO, it always pays off. I know many folks shy away from dealer service because of costs . I get that, but when you have an expensive car (they're all expensive now) , the dealer is more apt to stand behind their work and warranty and always use OEM parts... so I guess you get what you pay for... I always get good service. By the way, the dealership now charges a 2% convenience fee on credit cards... I can't support that but I know why they do it Thanks again Frank et al.

This review is based off of two visits. My first being a…read moreregular service on the weekend. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. booked well in advance. The experience wasn't horrible, but the wait was incredibly long, probably ~4hr in their lobby. My second visit was made to replace a tire with a nail in it that was quickly losing air pressure. I'll start by saying the delay in maintenance WAS partially due to gaining approval for my wheel & tire coverage. I made sure to ask in my initial phone call, before driving the 30 minutes there, if they had any loaners available. They (rudely) informed me that no loaners were available, but it should be a quick swap since my tire was in stock. Caleb, my maintenance rep, was kind, but let me know it could take all day to gain approval and offered to Uber me home. He said he couldn't offer me an Uber back since I lived so far and the ride was over $30. I was expected back in the evening, despite dropping it off at 11am. 4:30pm rolled around, 1.5hrs before close. I shot Caleb a text asking for an update since I'd received no word on my vehicle and since I had work the following day. He apologetically Uber'd me back to BMW where, lo and behold, they had a loaner vehicle available that I'd use the following day and a half, until my single tire replacement was finally completed. At this point, I had spent 11am-5pm carless and stuck at my apartment with no other ride. It was a waste of an hour Ubering back and forth to the dealership and a complete waste of a day. Caleb was apologetic and kind, but I knew what to expect of BMW of Las Vegas as far as the maintenance wait, so I tried getting a loaner to begin with. Instead, they wasted the money ubering me home and back hours apart just to eventually offer me a loaner (which I had to throw out a significant amount of trash from). To top it all off, my car was returned filthy because 9/9 and 9/10 the carwash was down (per usual). Just go to Henderson.

The windshield started to have these bubbles on it, as if it was warped like orange peel skin. It was impacting our vision while driving. At first we thought it was weird, until we mentioned it to our brother in law, who is a master tech for Lexus (in bay area), and a close friend of ours who also works at Lexus (in San Francisco). They both told us that that's been a known problem to the newer 2025 Lexus RZs. So the manufacturer glass has a default flaw. That Lexus knows about and are more than willing to right that wrong, to just bring your car into the nearest dealership. Should be no problem. So we did! Mind you this was for the FRONT windshield that we initially took notice on (and noticed later for our rear windshield as well but at a later time). So when we noticed it was on the rear windshield as well, we thought bringing in our car should be no problem. But NO, our assigned gentleman JUSTIN BAKER at this location Lexus Las Vegas (who had helped us initially on the front windshield already, and corrected it) gave us a hard time and declined our rear windshield to get replaced. Mind you, he was not that friendly the first time around for our front windshield already; but I just ignored it bc they seemed semi-busy. I gave the benefit of the doubt (since basically my family is in the car business, I know how it can get). He was not apologetic or empathetic to the situation, which ISN'T our fault. My husband was really upset and irritated, so much so he called Lexus USA to give them an earful. Because we have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades to Lexus. So we ended up bringing our car to HENDERSON Lexus, which they took care of us COMPLETELY. We should've known better, we never like any of the dealerships over on Sahara. Henderson dealerships always been a lot better in quality service and kindness. Since we took our Audi to Henderson as well. Do better Lexus Las Vegas (on Sahara). P.S. The gentleman never sent their follow up survey on how their service was bc i'm sure they knew he did not do a good job in servicing us. And did not want to be knocked for that. Bc that SURVEY tells HQ how they're servicing at their specific location. (I also know that from my sister, who works for Mercedes as their finance director).

On June 27, 2026, I took my Infiniti QX60 in for routine maintenance at 8:00a.m. in the morning. My…read moreservice advisor was an older man named, Tim Curlee. Tim as well as the cashier in the parts department made my simple routine maintenance visit the worse experience that I ever had at an Infiniti dealership. To keep things somewhat brief, my appointment for an oil change and rear brakes were for 8:00 a.m. According to Tim, this is a 90 minute job. However, my vehicle took over 4 hours to finish. Now I understand that this happen and it may take a little longer. However, Tim was not very interested in keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle. When I inquired about the progress, he looked at me annoyance and stated that he would check. As time went by, I had to approach Tim again to find out the progress. He gave me a vague answer by saying soon as opposed to saying 10, 20, or 30 minutes. When my SUV was finally done after waiting for over 4 hours, Tim walked me over to the cashier. The cashier stated that my total for the job was $571 and some change. She even pointed to it on the invoice. I proceeded to give her a credit card for the payment. She took my card and tapped it and printed out a register receipt and stapled it to the invoice. I took the receipt and left. When I got home, I noticed my credit card had been billed over $17 more than the $571.00 indicated. I immediately called to find out about the discrepancy in the bill. I was told that I was charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. I informed her that the 3% fee was not posted anywhere in the business and she did not state that I would be charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. I asked informed her that I would come back to the business and provide her with my debit card for payment to avoid the 3% charged and she stated that I could not do that because the transaction has already been processed. I have never had a business tell me that they cannot reverse a charge on a credit card because the transaction has gone through. She wass adamant that if I came back down there and paid with my debit card, I would be charged twice because my credit card would not be refunded. THIS IS ADSOLUTELY ABSURB! What business other than Infiniti of Las Vegas can't reverse and charge that was done an hour earlier and allow a customer to pay with a debit card. She referred me to the service advisor, Tim Curlee. When I spoke with Tim, he stated that apparently I was charged a fee for using a credit card and he was willing to offer me a free oil change the next time I came in. Although I did not ask for a free oil change or anything else other than being allowed to use my debit card instead of the credit card, I accepted his offer and told him that I was on my way to pick it up since I have to be in the area anyway. He told me to come see him when I get there. When I arrived, I went to his office and retrieve his business card where he had written a not of a FREE OIL CHANGE on the back of the card. However, the card was not sign and I asked him if he could sign the back where he mentioned the free oil change. He stated that he was going to sign because HE DIDN'T OWE ME ANY DAMN THING. He stated that he was giving me the oil change because my service took a long time and I should have had my vehicle done in 80 minutes. I told him I did not ask for a FREE OIL CHANGE, he offered it. In addition, I told him that he has created the hostile environment when he said HE DOESN'T OWE ME A DAMN THING. I told him that I did not come to him aggressively when I asked him to sign the card but he choose to escalate the situation which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. IF I had retaliated with similar verbiage, things could have gotten out of control. Tim Curlee apologized and signed the card and I left the business. I can't believe a business such as Infiniti of Las Vegas allows such behavior from their employees. This is the first time I have had to deal with such bad attitudes from employees working at this location. To have an employee refuse to allow you to change your payment method within an hour after realizing a fee was charged to your credit card is ridiculous. NO POSTED SIGNS and the first time you find out is when they hand you the receipt after processing your card is avoidable by posting a sign or telling them verbally befor processing the card. Better behavior for the service rep, Tim Curlee is definitely necessary. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership years ago but I am not sure if I ill ever step foot back in this location based on how I was treated,

They said it 'should' ready by the end of the day and it was but the lack of communication is unacceptable. They also charged a 'shop charge for repair order' and nobody could explain what that is. Nearly $400 and 2 days later for an oil change- I will be taking my business to Henderson Land Rover instead.
