Early last month I went to the Audi dealership with my 2013 Audi S4 looking to trade it in for something new. I had my heart set on an Audi e-tron, and somehow there happened to be a single 2023 e-tron at the dealership that felt like it was literally waiting for me. The second I saw it, I knew she was the one. My sales rep Seth was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with especially while dealing with both me and my dad (who can be a little demanding at times lol) at the same time, which is no small task lol. He even let us take an hour-long test drive so I could really get a feel for the car instead of feeling rushed or pressured. can't begin to say how horrible my end of lease experience has been with this Audi dealership, I took such great care of my Q5 2023 and for the 3 years I had it I never once missed a payment, brought it to get serviced in due time. As soon as I return the car I get hit with them saying I was to pay $1,000 for a "cargo cover" because my window sticker said I had one. I had to google because I had no clue what this was, and I was never given one, this is so unprofessional and ridiculous! On top of everything they all want to play phone tag and bounce my call from person to person just to not be helped AT ALL! My plan was to to lease again in January but NEVER AGAIN! How dare you guys add something your customer was never given?!! Shameful ! Go to Mercedez instead I never had an issue there. If you have to lease through this dealership BEWARE!! Sadly you'll have to read every bit of your contract, take photos and videos of everything that your car is given with just in case because they are sneaky! If I could give a rating on how my experience at Audi of Las Vegas has been over the last few weeks, it would be one of the worst, if not the worst car buying experience I've ever had in my years of buying cars. I came into Audi of Las Vegas a few weeks ago to work a trade into an RS 3 and with a substantial amount of money down to eliminate most, if not all of the negative equity that I've had. I was assured by the salesman that my application would go through as I had very solid credit and a substantial amount of money down to put with an option to add even more to sweeten the deal even though I had my reservations on going ahead with the credit application due to the negative equity. Not only was my credit file pinged not once, but over ten times, I was strung along by finance and sales for three hours yesterday only for them to tell me that the banks are closed and I'll need to check back tomorrow. Well today, after being getting the run around by sales, I call them back only for them to say that it didn't go through and that the only way for it to possibly go through was to get a co-signer which would never do as I do not have a need for a co-signer due to the solid credit I have. And to add fuel to this nightmare, I was given a very halfhearted apology and told to "maybe wait a few more months" before trying again. After this terrible experience I had trying to get a car I've been wanting for years and saving up for it, I will never consider purchasing an Audi from this dealership and having to go through another run around. Words cannot describe the complete disgust and distain I have for this dealership, AutoNation and audi of America. I have been an audi guy for many many years. Had a brand new Audi. We drive to Arizona a little over an hour away. By the time we get there, my hands are so hot. I thought I was losing my mind. On the way home I touch the dash display and it was boiling hot and I mean boiling hot to the point that it's admitting heat at me in the driver seat. We drive straight to Audi the Service Advisor sits in the car and immediately says that's normal. So after having the car at the dealership for a couple of different times for this issue and me sending them photos every 15 minutes and at 60 minutes the dash was at 104°. They tell me it's normal. They claim they had a representative from Audi of America come down and look at it. So any of you reading this? Can any of you say that you've owned any vehicle that your dash display gets to 104°, so hot you feel heat in the driver seat. Any of you out there reading this well let me answer that no. Nobody's had that happen. In fact, I went all over social media on Audi pages and asked anyone out there who owns this year this model do they drive an hour or more to work and if so, does your dash display get to 104°. Not one person said there's dead and in fact one person said I drive 90 minutes to work each way and my dash display is not hot at all. But somehow this corporation says it's normal. So now we have a secondary issue. A knocking noise coming from the right front end. This dealership had my car almost for half as long as I owned it and I was just a little over a year. Think about that they had this car for 5 to 6 months at their dealership. First they say they can't duplicate it. What a shock. So I take all kinds of videos I sent it to them. I have the car. They touched the front end. Can't find anything wrong. Say everything's fine. Noise went away. Noise comes back. Went round and round with this happening over and over. Dealerships tells me it's normal. Yet they can't fix it. So then I try a buyback. I literally got word today that they're denying the buyback. Unbeknownst to them I took it in the rear end if you will lost my rear end and got rid of the car. But the fact that they can't fix anything and the fact that they say all of this is normal. Is that the kind of car that you wanna buy? Is that the kind of dealership you wanna work with? Is that the kind of auto manufacturer that you want to support? I pray to God that this review and this situation stops at least one person from buying this product. Because clearly this corporation does not care to do what's right. It is simply all about the money. And the communication during this process was an absolute utter discussed. They'd have the car for a month zero communication. I'd have to call them and find out what's going on. Again I owned this product for many years. I thought I was an audi guy for life. Never ever while I purchase this make brand of a car ever again. And again, I pray that this review at least changes one person's mind from not buying this garbage of a product and garbage of customer service. And I am not going back and reading this for any typo errors because I have wasted enough of my life Audi of America. Lastly, obviously my definition of normal is completely different.... Me and my wife have purchased 2 new Audi q5 from this dealership and while the sales department were ok the service department has alot to improve, the moment you pull up they sit you in there waiting department and on 3 different occasions we were left the for 30 min even though I had a appointment. One occasion my wife was left there for over a hour. The moment they find out you have a service contract the respect and courtesy goes out the window. My car was in for its first oil change and on my service contract it allows for one alignment and windshield wiper replacement the service advisor said that I should replace the windshield wipers and use the alignment because it's recommended annually but we haven't even owned the car for 6 months once I turn that down his attitude towards me became even worse. But the most atrocious thing that has happened to me at this dealership even though I have a service contract in the vehicle was still under warranty was advised by the service department that my radiator cap needed to be replaced because the one that was on there was not the original equipment that came with the car I informed them and I had no reason to go out and purchase a radiator cap due to the fact that the vehicle was under warranty and also had the service contract so it made no sense but out of curiosity I asked them how much that was going to cost and I was advised $500 for one radiator cap do yourself a favor drive to any dealership other than this one to get your vehicle serviced the fact that they would go out of their way take apart off my car put an old used one back on it and then try to sell me a new part marked up a thousand percent is definitely not good business once I brought that to their attention all the sudden they could replace the cap no problem when you make your appointment with them and you ask for a loaner on many occasions when we went to drop the car off we were told there was no loaner available even though we were promised one when I made the appointment and they're exact words were just because you were told you could get one when you made your appointment doesn't entitle you to one or guarantee you one read more
