I'll have to say, I was skeptical of any car dealership, especially used. However, my experience was pretty great. I found the car I wanted online. I went to the dealership, it was listed below fair market value, there was no need to haggle, they still gave me a nice discount, and made the process as easy as humanly possible; in other words, they behaved in a manner that was "We actually WANT your business" unlike some dealerships which act like they're doing you a favor and it may or may not be worth their time. Mike (The person who showed me the car) was very friendly and we had a little "bro" moment, was very sincere, unlike some car salesmen. Bill the finance guy was old school and friendly, and the receptionist Natalie was very nice and personable. Full disclosure, my credit is a little bruised; however I've not missed a payment in 7 years, they found me a loan...it was a little higher than normal, and that's okay I expected that, so it wasn't surprise, I knew I was going to pay a little more because of the state of my credit, but they put it all together, it hasn't been a problem so far. There is one minor problem with the vehicle, but it's something I'm sure was overlooked, and it will be easily resolved.(It has to do with the comfort access entry, the keyfob still works like a traditional keyless entry, but there's a small issue with the comfort access, not sure if the battery in the fob needs to be replaced or if there's a short in one of the handles...troubleshooting to get to the root cause of the problem.) read more

This place is honestly a waste of your time. There's a reason for so many bad reviews. We had an appointment to see a car and our sales person did not speak to us at all about it. He pulled it out front and we got to look at it closer (obviously, COVID) which is fine. However, the car looked nothing like the online pictures at all and when we brought up the fact that it was damaged, the man literally said "thank you for your time" (with an attitude, might I add) and walked away from us. I have never seen a car dealership like this. Also, there were not adhering to any COVID guidelines whatsoever. This place looked like where they go and chill. Unless they have a car you really really want, I recommend you avoid this dealership. Trust me, it is not worth the hassle. They don't even know if their name is Car Revolution or EMG Auto Sales. Not even a week with the car, there was a bubble on the sidewall of the front passenger tire and a crack on the windshield that was slowly creeping up that I didn't notice. We negotiated on a price within the first hour, and I was getting instant alerts of my credit score being pulled multiple times. The next 3 hours were just them pretending to try to get me a better deal, but I didn't receive any more alerts of my credit score being pulled. Just more fluff and them trying to increase the down payment which they are trying to pocket. Anyway, I asked for the paperwork that day because it's all about the total price. Not the monthly amount, not the interest, but the total amount. They said they couldn't produce it that day but would have it ready when I come back to pick up the car. I was confused because the whole time Franco kept asking if I could take the car that day. Furthermore, they strategically called me at night an hour before they closed to rush to have me sign the contract and parked the car in a dark area of the parking lot where I wouldn't notice the crack on the windshield and bubble on the tire. First of all, the total price that we negotiated was NOT the price on the contract. When I questioned the figures on the contract, both the finance manager and Franco stumbled on their lies. A week later, I called the dealership and emailed the salesman, Franco, about the 2 issues I faced with the car to see if they would reimburse me the $1500 in repairs (tire & windshield), but was ignored and never reached back out to. I am a full-time Doctor of Clinical Psychology student. I don't have the bandwidth to chase people. If that's how they want to do business, let them be. Buyers please beware! First off, by seeing all the bad reviews of this dealership, im not sure how this place is still in business. I called about a 2015 VW GTI they had for sale, asked them to get me a video of the car. it took them almost 48 hours to send it to me. Once I finally got the video I was in a rush to get a car, so my wife and I drove up (2 hours away from us) the next day to look at the car. The car drove well but the body was pretty beat up. Still in Need of a car I decided to go inside and try to make a deal. On their website the price of the car was $17,431. When they ran the numbers for us, they stated they have fees to add so they can "make money on the car". The final price of the car with all the "fees" was almost $23,000. I work in the car business and have never seen such a sad representation for a dealership in my life. This place needs to be checked out by the Better Business Bureau (which I will be contacting after this place completely wasted our time). Went in yesterday to look at a used vehicle for my business. The customer rep who helped me was named Omar. He seemed somewhat friendly when we first met. He took down all the information of what I was looking for and showed me 3 vehicles in stock that would meet my needs. He went to grab the keys and brought me out to the lot. That's when things went down hill. He gave me the 3 keys and said the cars are over here in this section. He told me to take a look at them and he was going inside to fax something. He left me in the lot to look for the cars and went in. I was lucky enough to find two of them but was so disgusted how my time wasn't valuable to him that I returned the keys and told him I have never had a salesman just leave me outside and leave. My husband has been reaching out to them in regards to a car we found online and they took forever to respond and wouldn't discuss price over the phone. We live two hours away and wanted to make sure this would be what we wanted but they wouldn't. So we made the drive and they try to hit you with astronomical fees. This is what they do here, every car your looking at WILL have $5,000 added to it on some way whether that be a bogus prep fee, bogus acquisition fee of some type. If you know this going in then you'll be more prepared to deal with them. The second most important thing is your pre approved from an outside bank otherwise every pre approval they get you will be minimum 5 points above your average approval rate. I went in here with 716 score being my lowest and they gave me a 15% interest rate letting them know i brought a pre approval letter from my bank capital one at 6.2% but was told by the finance guy that the price would definitely be different not going through there financial department. Let alone I agreed to $3900 out of $5000 of the bogus fees added on to the truck which I was willing to deal with knowing I needed another truck for my business. 2021 ford f350 crew cab diesel btw. I was trading in my fully owned Camaro Zl1 which I was getting $1k less my kbb instant trade in value price which it was obvious they were trying to take advantage of me on both ends. I feel from looking at these reviews if they just listed the vehicles they sell for the price that they were truly willing to sell for then they would make double the sales but once they get you into talking about finance and you realize they are " interest padding" significantly by 5 points ( which is completely legal for them to do) and banks allow it also, " a hidden agreement behind the scenes not on paper to kickback dealer piece of loan agreement interest) * as long as you keep the loan for 6 months minimum* they get the full 5% interest of the loan and bank keeps the 10% interest when that alone at 10% interest is minimum 2+ points above your average approval rate. I was pre approved by two banks prior and I held this info thinking let's see what they come back with. Keep in mind I was putting down half my trades full value down on this truck so it would of and should of netted me the lowest interest rate available due to putting down 30% the trucks sale price and I get 15% ? ? I confirmed with capital one and my interest rate from them went down from 6.2 to 5.5 % but what's odd is capital one sent the dealer a full approval to dealer for 15% ??? So this shows you that they are significantly padding the rate maybe as much as 8- 9 points which again this is all hidden on paper. Once I said I'll pay/cash / pre approved financing alone he said 10% of the trucks actual sale price will be added by rejecting in house financing. The writing is on the wall and it's obvious these guys are attempting $10000 profit on every one of their vehicles and what's sad is they are most definitely getting away with this daily because I walked willing to pay $44.500 internet price plus $3900 bogus fees a $500 dealer doc fee and nj state taxes and plate Dmv fees were also separate and willing to pay all this they let me walk because they essentially turned down a cash payment / no financing in house. read more

When we got there, an hour later, we were told both cars were sold and not there, but, hey, what about this other car, that is not at all what I'm looking for? (Don't mind the warning errors that pop up when you turn it on - the price can be discounted.) This morning, looking through updated auto listings, I find the two that I had been asking about listed again this morning, and a listing for one I was told on Saturday that was "long gone" posted again yesterday. I was told on Saturday that their web site was showing old listings because they fired their internet girl for leaving cars on there. I'm going to guess that's the name of their game, given the repostings this morning. Very very unimpressed. In addition, he lied stating there are "3 guys" who are interested in the car - 1 on his way from CT with a certified check and I should decide yes or no for the higher price.. Guess what? It's been 10 days now and the car is still at the "liership".. Stay away.! I bought a 2010 jeep liberty there last month. Took it to inspection and it did not pass. The sales person Omar who sold me the car assured me it was gaurenteed to pass NJ inspection otherwise they would fix it to do so or refund the money. It says this in my receipt as well. The four stars is for the car I actually got. This is going back to 2010. I was sold an Infiniti G35 by Omar. Not sure if he is still there. Omar was very nice and not pushy. I still have the car to this day. I do plan on upgrading to a M3 and was thinking of coming back here to purchase if Omar is still here. These bad reviews are making me second guess coming back. However the only scam I got from here was the "warranty" I got which added and additional 3k to the purchase. It was absolutely useless and I ended paying out of pocket to a local mechanic. Fantastic experience. I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord sedan from EMG using their auction search service. I originally came by to test out a 2013 Accord I saw in one of their AutoTrader listings. Unfortunately, it had just sold right before I got there. I told the guys at EMG exactly the make, model, trim, color, and mileage of the car I wanted, and they had their outpost facilities search domestically for a deal at upcoming auto auctions. Within 3 days, they found a listing that matched my specifications. One week after that, the car was delivered so I could come inspect it and decide if I wanted to buy. As advertised, it was flawless... The car looked, felt, and drove brand new with 11,700 miles on it and a clean 1-owner carfax. I knew coming in that the fee for the search would add a little onto the sticker price, but after a little negotiating we arrived at a deal relatively close to kelly blue book value. I was okay with paying slightly more knowing it was certified, flawless, still had the factory warranty, and was sold by a reputable group who know what they're doing. We dealt personally with Franco (our salesman) and Juan (sales manager), who were excellent. Franco made himself available any time via personal cell, and we exchanged messages regularly during the search process. The whole staff treated my family and me well while there. Have to preface this by saying the customer service women that helped us make an appointment were SO sweet and helpful! They made me feel confident in my ability to be able to view the car I was interested in and answer any simple questions I had about what to expect when I arrived. The dealership itself, however, was one of the worst I've ever been to. We came prepared to make an offer on the vehicle, put a good down payment, had pre approved rates and complete competitor prices for the same vehicle, but the salesman Mike "taking care of me" wasn't helpful at all. It felt like no matter what I said, he kept inflating the end price no matter what was put down on the vehicle, or over how many years it was financed and he didn't hear any of my questions about the vehicle and instead just talked over me about something entirely different. It was a hugely frustrating experience since I was absolutely willing to buy the vehicle today since I drove hours to this lot, but the salesman felt so unwilling to work with me about a price breakdown on WHAT the fees were so I knew more about how the vehicle was priced. Once he heard I asked about the same vehicle and what they were offering, he just shut down and said "oh well then someone else can buy this car tomorrow." Again, this was an awful experience in person, but over the phone and online the customer service from the woman I spoke to was stellar. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but hopefully it was an off day because it felt like the salesman Mike was just unwilling to sell the car I was looking at. read more

Lazy, deceitful staff. I would stay away from this place. A lot of their cars are auction rejects that no other reputable dealer would put on their lot. On top of that, the lazy staff would not even put in the credit app before telling me I needed to put a ton of $ down and other lies. I had to do their job for them, and contact the bank. After the bank told me that they're was no issue with an approval, they put the credit app in. Not before adding $8,000 to the price of the vehicle though, and telling me that I had to put $ down because the bank didn't approve it. So I called the bank back to ask what happened, and they did not require $ down and they certainly did approve the loan, but they warned me that the dealer was showing me a denial in order to steal my $ by requesting additional $ down. So they tell me that it was a mistake to add all of those fees and they must've just put the app in with the wrong vehicle. Now they are texting me telling me that I have an approval and come on down to get the van. For 3 days I repeatedly asked for the terms of the loan so that I don't drive over there for no reason, and for 3 days they give me the run around. Finally I hear back from the lazy salesman today, only after posting an honest review on google. And he was only contacting me to waste more of my time. Read all of the 1star reviews and the nightmares people have gone through with this place before making a decision to purchase. I was shocked that the purchase price with no hidden fees was as accurate as the agreed purchase price discussed over the phone. I was expected hidden fees such as dealer prep fees, tire waste fees, finance fees, inspection fees, title search and title document fees but none.
