Amazing food for an airline. This was lamb.

Wow really amazing, I don't think I can fly on another airline ever again. Seats were comfortable, loved the hundreds of options for entertainment on the TV. I cant imagine what business or first class is like but for the cost I doubt I would spend the money. Food was great, shocking what they serve and the amount. The first flight I enjoyed the lamb and amazing mashed potatoes, the rerun home was beef and equally as good. Maybe some of the US carries can take a few tips from Emirates.

Awesome place to kick back and relax before taking off. Food selection is great; choice of about 8 main dishes, lots of sides. Huge selection of drinks. Ambiance is a bit bland. My second favorite business lounge after Virgin Atlantic.

I was sitting in economy, and I would say economy on this airline is almost as good as business class on United or American.

This number is available around the clock for general sales and service, including missed flights and booking inquiries. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner . Unfortunately, this JetBlue Airways experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra *$140* for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, *6K*, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airways for a similar trip in the Future.

I suggest that you do the same. I believe that it is better to have a seat that does not lie flat but have decent food (i.e. food that doesn't test your gag reflexes), flights that leave and arrive on time, clean restrooms, and pleasant staff, not to speak of your baggage arriving on the same flight as you do, then stretching out with worry feeling aggravated throughout the entire flight. I'll leave it up to you which is more important - lying flat or your sanity. Choose wisely!

JetBlue Airways - I just boarded and it looks like someone from a previous went poo in the seat by me. Hope no one sits there.

We had to wait on the mechanics to check some things- which I was totally fine with because safety is always first, especially in the air. Then, we spent about 45 minutes waiting + taxiing to the runway, before the pilot told us we were going back to the gate due to said mechanical issues. Once we de-planed, we had to wait over an hour for a new plane to arrive at the airport to take us to Charleston. Walking around the JetBlue terminal at JFK airport, I saw most other flights were experiencing delays as well. The airline did issue us $12 meal vouchers on our credit cards, but by the time the voucher reached my email inbox, I was trying to stay close to the gate to avoid missing my (new) plane. I wish we'd been told about the meal vouchers as soon as we got off the plane so that we could have used it. Once we boarded the new plane, we still had a long wait to taxi to the runway and take off. We arrived in CHS about four hours late. The airport was still crowded at the gate, as the plane was flying back to JFK at 10:30-11 PM at night. The redeeming quality of JetBlue was the free in-flight wifi. I'm really glad the pilots turned it on as soon as the doors closed. I was able to crank out a few Yelp reviews and keep my airport ride updated throughout this saga.

My son and his family wanted to spend few weeks in Italy (leaving from JFK). I recommended to book ITA flights because we could fly back together with the same flight. My son tried several times but the site crashed, regularly, at the payment page. I tried myself but I encountered the same problem. Being in Italy, I called the 06 customer service 1(number explaining the problem. This lady seemed not to understand either the problem or the frustration (you know how many times we tried? you know how many times we had to put the same information in ?). She was able (for the grace of God) to see the different attempts but, per her account: 1) names were truncated 2) do not try so many times if it does not work : you block the seat reservation. 3) You now have to pay in Euro because you are calling the Italian number (0685960020) Names were NOT truncated and I recommend to have the web site checked by the programmer Why ITA have this type of problem? It looks like Alitalia 10 years ago. Do NOT look cheap. My son was trying to book the tickets in New York City not in Italy. It should be in dollars. He is paying- not me- FROM USA. Do not have condescending people answering a customer service. It looks bad.

If you do not take this review seriously and you do choose to fly them, then do not complain when the trip breaks you. You have nobody but yourself to blame. You have been warned.
