The staff is super friendly and nice. I've had to sit in their waiting area to wait for my car and their door should be replaced with a revolving door cuz it's non stop customers! You can set an appointment to bring your car in but really they are super fast depending what you need done. The other bonus, for me was that I didn't have to take it to Nate Wade or Mark Miller. I don't trust car dealerships for maintenance. Weird right? Well I've been taken for a pretty good ride $$ when I've taken my car to a dealership. I also don't like the look the staff gives me when I tell them about my car issues. Clark's is respectful and nice and they will quote you an estimate but I feel like the estimate is right on when you pay your bill which, by the way, they accept Klarna and Affirm!! I believe I've spent about $2000 since October to have that laundry list taken care of. I highly HIGHLY recommend Clark's for everything I just said.
