While I get the seat yourself thing - we were not greeted when walked in. Others after us were. We had to clean off a table ourselves to be able to sit down. When we went to the bar to order the bartender continued visiting with customers at the bar and then refilled a drink of another customer that walked up to the bar after us before taking our order. The food did come out in a timely manner.
