This was our first time in this bar. We were walking down Emma and just looking for a place to plop and visit for a while with friends. Very friendly bartenders, drinks we're reasonably priced, full bar, big screen TVs. Nice atmosphere for hanging with friends. If you are a wine drinker only, probably not going to be satisfied with selection, but everything else we ordered was awesome. We definitely will be back!! read more

The bartender tried to steal my boyfriends phone. Visiting family, my brother, boyfriend and I went to the closest pub for our last night in town. Found the nearest bar on yelp. When we arrived it was empty. There were two guys trying to sell drugs and an old regular. We played connect four in a booth, minded our own business. Paid our tab after one drink, left over 20% tip, said thank you and walked out. My boyfriend realized he was missing his phone. He walked back to look for it, and no one said anything to him. When he came back outside said the people in the bar were laughing loudly. Odd, he expressed. My brother and I decided to walk back in, Maybe the really fucked up drug dealer picked it up?? When I walked in, the old regular grabbed both of my Shoulders, I pushed him off. Walked towards the guy who was most fucked up. While calling the missing phone, the bartender and owner looked at my direction. I was clearly upset. The bartender then looked to my brother and said, "what are you looking for?" He replies, "a white phone". She then asked, "who would be calling it?" He said, "meghan". She pulled the phone from behind the bar and handed it over. Then the owner, who most likely was fucking the bartender said, "have a good night!" Why the fuck would they not tell us, and blatantly lie that they had our phone?! We were the only patrons!! They clearly knew it was ours. Thanks Arkansas, keep up the good reputation!!! read more

Great bar. Not sure if it's a dive bar or what its considered. Exellent bartenders. Super friendly actually seem to care about the cocktails they make. I did find it odd they allow dogs inside. Especially that they do serve food. But I love dogs so wasnt too put off. Definitely will be back. read more

Awesome little bar with a great selection. Stopped in on a Friday night for crafts beers, Moscow Mules, and Cosmos. Loved the atmosphere and the service was great. There was live music and the couple singing was super talented, but a little too loud for the small space. Otherwise, it was great and we'll be back! read more

If you happen to be in Emma Ave Bar and Tap on Thursday's, I would highly recommend trying the wings. The wings have great flavor and they are only .50 cents! This is what Emma Avenue has been needing for years. It's a small bar, so it has a Cheers-style "everybody knows your name" vibe, but they also have a solid selection of beers and liquors. My favorite thing is their wing night on Thursdays. It's REALLY popular, so be prepared to wait, but you'll get 50 cent wings that have the best flavor of any wing in Northwest Arkansas. There's a large projector TV screen and several smaller screens throughout the bar to watch sports, though the audio stays off as far as I know, so you can still talk and hear the person next to you. There is also a patio out back. This is a great addition to Emma, and I imagine it will be an anchor for downtown Springdale for years to come read more

Very nice bar, and accommodating bar staff--but there isn't much to like, or not like--it's not a large bar, but it does have a very nice collection of beers on tap (8)--and that's important to me. Glad that Springdale has finally gotten a "real bar" such as this--not affiliated with any lame restaurant or hotel. Now, it needs a good competitor, and soon, the downtown will be the place to be. Ask to see the 'beer glass bidet'--pretty cool! We'll be back. read more

They were not taking the free beer tickets the marathon organizers included with registration, but we stayed and had a drink anyway.
