The timing ended up being a little tricky because I was leaving the country and couldn't pick it up right away. Instead of making things difficult, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were kind enough to hold it until I returned and even mailed it to me afterward. I really appreciated how flexible they were. I also noticed the prescription was filled by a well-known compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale that I'd heard of before, which gave me some extra confidence in where it came from. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and offered to walk me through how to use everything. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Something else I appreciated was that there wasn't any pressure to buy additional treatments or products. A lot of aesthetic clinics can feel very sales-driven, but that wasn't my experience here. They answered my questions, helped me with what I came for, and let me make my own decisions without any hard sell. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience.
