Where would it have gone and why would I lie? 3) you only bought a new ecobee because I posted a review everywhere I could and held your portable units until the issue was resolved. 4) I said I would post an update that you bought a new ecobee but since you would not resolve the issue willingly I did not feel it was right to outright remove them. I did update the Google reviews but missed this one. So here is your update, the business manager is writing inaccurate replies and never fully resolved the issue by repairing the wall. The giant hole is still right where it was and the new ecobee doesn't fit properly so the wall needs to be painted.
