I've known of Natalie since my eldest was born (6 years ago). I used a sleep training book (before…read moreshe had written her book) and needed supplemental help so in came Natalie. I think I magically found her on Facebook - thank you creepy algorithms. She helped me get my first to sleep honestly 12-16 hours a night every night by 12 weeks. Because of Natalie I was able to do that with my son by 8 weeks old. I thought I was so amazing. The best mom. A world leader really. But then the kids got into big kid beds and I was F*€#ED! I struggled for 8 months with my daughter first. Eventually she started sleeping through the night alone again. When my four year old was doing this it took me 3 months before I decided we had to do something. I reached out to Natalie on the off chance she could sleep train a toddler. She said yes. She gave me a bunch of things to do and buy and implement and honestly I wanted to do just a couple things - not all. Every night for the first 3 nights I texted her saying I only did a few things and she would tell me everything was critical. (It wasn't even that much she had me do... I was just being a lazy brat). On night three I did everything she told me to and WTH he went down without a fight and slept until 6:45. Mind. Blown. He usually made going to bed a 45 minute struggle, woke up 3-5 times an night and woke up screaming at 5. At this point I would pay her my next born (not gonna happen - but if it DID, she would sleep train them so maybe I should! LOL). Natalie is a godsend and parents - THERE IS NO REASON TO BE SUFFERING!!! She can help! Worth every single penny!!

Attended a 5 day conference here. The dorms are a nightmare, they didn't clean the restrooms for 4…read moredays and they weren't cleaned well when they did clean them. There is no ventilation in the dorms and the bathrooms are ancient with small showers. I'm fairly short and the shower heads were too short for me and there was no water pressure. The bathroom lights are on timers so are prone to turning off mid shower but the switch is outside the room so be prepared for a pitch black shower. The Vollum building also has no ventilation and seems to be filled with mold as every time I go into it I end up with bad allergies that clear up as soon as I leave the building. It would be a great setting for an episode of Grimm.

Everyone from the teachers to the other students are super welcoming and more concerned about helping YOU learn & grow than anything else! I've honestly found a few other studios to be a little catty at worst and confusing at best (example - no clear trajectory for learning, and when you do sign up for a class that's too hard, no ability to downgrade to something you can do without getting hurt!). At Studio 4 everyone is happy to answer my questions and suggest things I might like to try as well as explain moves without any judgement! Love the variety of Studio 4's classes and that you can get a LOT of choreo in! Super welcoming environment for all kinds of people!
