I had to leave to go to work so my recommendation would be allow yourself enough time. They didn't even offer a free blowout, but if I had missed the appointment, I would've had to pay for the blowout. Overall Drybar is usually consistent and this is the first time I've had a stylist not show up for my appointment.

The salon is small but was busy on the Saturday i stopped in. I first requested a consultation (no fee) to talk about my color and cut, Roberto took his time to hear my concerns, asking a lot of questions about my hair care, products, styling habits etc. I left and looked forward to coming back and wasn't disappointed. Roberto explained that he never rushes the color application because it is kinder to the hair. And wow he was right! My hair has never felt better, and I will be back. Thank you!
