Ms. Candace also writes up her teachers for having family members come in to have their hair cut by students but yesterday had her own family member in there doing the same exact thing! They told students my business which was confidential information to add insult to injury! When trying to conduct a service with client teachers force their students to do it their way even if it goes against everything they taught us in the classrooms just to have a power trip or make you look like an incompetent stylist! This school was the worst experience ever and I hate that I have to pay a tuition after even on my graduation day having to deal with the hateful staff members!

But on the day of, I arrived and they informed me that they had canceled all of their appointments because the receptionist was out for the day. The students are so incompetent that they have no busienss even being students in any area. The school is doing a very poor job recruiting students. Most of the times you leave the insititute worse than you came in. The students dont give a rat's tail what they do. They are too much in a rush to sit and play with their iphones Lastly, they downright destroy your hair. During my blowdry she yanked so much of the hair out. I came out with a splitting headache. How could I possibly take a Chinese exam when I can't read the language? It's either a severe administrative failure or a deliberate trick to get people in the door. I graduated Feb 2018 and immediately found a job at a top salon with the schools help. The classes are in stages and the instructors take their time to make sure students are advancing at every level. The active salon environment got me acclimated to real life salon situations. While I did get a little out of it, 5 stars is a stretch. What's disappointing is that they never followed through the certificate for a friend and I.
