After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. Had to reschedule the appointment because I had no faith that they'd arrive in 20 minutes since I hadn't heard anything from them when they knew they were not going to make the original appointment window. I don't mind late, but I absolutely mind poor communication and unapologetic attitudes for inconveniencing our household as we had to adjust plans around the appointment window. Next vendor, please.

I decided about a month ago to continue the same Beautiful high-end laminate wood floors I have in…read moremy Living and Dinning rooms into both of my Bedrooms and Bedroom Closets. I did my research and got 4 different estimates, there was really only one choice! Carpet One! They had installed the original flooring in my living areas. When I called I spoke with Rebecca King, she was absolutely delightful and we set up a time for her to come over and give me an in-home estimate. Within a day or two she got a quote to me. Once I paid a 50% deposit the flooring and materials were ordered. She was flexible with me in regards to timing since I was having crown molding installed a few days prior to the delivery of the materials so that they could acclimate properly for a few days before the actual installation. The flooring crew that came the day of the installation were professional. Even with a language barrier they knew what to do and took great care not to damage and of my things. Understand that with any contract work like this there is going to be a mess at the end! The crew did a decent job cleaning up afterwards. Enough at least to make my job a little bit easier once they left. Carpet One is easy to work with and with in 2 days after the installation I payed the other 50% once they knew I was satisfied with the work that had been done. Rebecca was excellent and easy to get a hold of when I needed her. I have even included some photos below! Thank you Carpet One!
