I spoke with Neal on a Sunday (I was impressed that he answered his phone on a Sunday!) and he agreed to come the next day to install my carpet. He showed up at the exact time agreed upon and he and his crew did an excellent job at both removing the old carpet/pad and installing the new carpet/pad.
