The job didn't get done in one day because they didn't order enough material plus forgot the separator. So they left my unfinished floor with full adhesive. Of course it dried up. They came back a week later after I called them several times. The dried up adhesive was not scraped off before installing the remainder planks so now some parts of the floor sounds hollow! Some are squeaking. I emailed but all I got was "yes sir" and "I am requesting a work order". All these time without any update. It is now a month since they installed the floor and still have not heard from them. I am having the floor repaired by professionals and sue this company. I don't know how business can get away with things like this.

Third job: (Last fall) paid for manual pulling/removal of Bermuda grass from garden beds, plus weed control and mulch. Emphasis on manual removal - explicitly was told they would pull all the Bermuda out manually to get all the roots out. Took a bit of chasing around to get them to actually get it on the books, and then when they did come they just buzzed everything with a string trimmed and sprayed weed killer over that. We agreed to still pay the full price on the condition that Gairy would send a team out in the spring once the Bermuda woke up and inevitably came through the mulch since it wasn't removed. He agreed, and we left it at that. Flash forward to this year and has completely ghosted us and been non-responsive. Even tried asking about having a bunch of other services added so that it wouldn't be a totally free trip, but still No luck. We finally gave up on any hope of getting the promised services, hired Mr. Outdoor Living, dropped like $4K on services with them instead and will be sticking with them next year when we do a sprinkler system and stone retaining walls.

They were fair on price considering the risk they were taking doing work after someone else. I don't feel they marked it up to account for that risk. As the work began, we found more issues. They came up with solutions promptly, again transparently and timely. They sent pictures as they did work, and justified any proposals for change. We ended up with the bathroom we wanted and assurance that the work was done right. The whole team is no nonsense, fair, and honest.
