They will bud you about trials forever. Then when you actually agree to one and put the time off for it they cancel it on you ,

I am fully aware of anxiety/ panic attacks and this wasn't it. I had severe chest pains, high blood pressure, severe headache, sweating and started vomiting so finally decided it was time to go once I started vomiting. Mind you I was about 6-7 weeks post op a total hysterectomy. I went with no bra because the chest pain was so intense and my abdomen was still so sore from surgery. The man who did my ekg asked if I'm comfortable just walking around with no bra ... I was pretty shocked it being the ER but told him yes I can care less because my situation. I barley could walk due to the dizziness and vision problems I was having aside from everything else. But no biggie I brushed it off. Then the man who did my IV tells me, can you walk?! As I was in a wheelchair. I was like no dude I'm so dizzy and sore from my surgery. Made me feel like such an inconvenience and very embarrassed. Long story short they chummed it up to be chest pain and anxiety. I never even mentioned it had anxiety so that was weird. I expressed how bad my heart and chest was feeling and the ER doctor basically said I needed to follow up with an endocrinologist and there was nothing they could do aside from the meds they gave me. I was in complete disbelief. Went home feeling horrible but followed up with my primary and now I am seeing an endocrinologist who is sending me to Loma Linda hospital. You really have to advocate for yourself. It's so sad how they make you feel and brush off your symptoms. Especially when you're at your absolute worst. Even on my forms you can tell they tread lightly labeling it chest pain but still slightly mentioned my pheochromocytoma. Also, would have been nice for them to mention I had kidney stones but the emergency room doesn't feel that is a serious issue so I am aware they wont mention the findings, but its listed as some of the most painful heath issues. The wait was fine. Expected from an ER. If I end up here again I truly pray they do better and hope people get the care and compassion they need. I left two stars because my visit was in March. Today I visited the main hospital to retrieve my scans on a disk to give to the endocrinologist for the tumor and the gentleman who was volunteering in a wheelchair was amazing helping me navigate the hospital. The woman in medical records was also so very sweet and kind.

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was disappointing. I brought my father here for care,…read moreand I did not like what I experienced during either of our visits. The staff came across as rude whenever we asked questions, almost as if answering patients was an inconvenience. Several employees gave irritated looks and made us feel like we were bothering them just for trying to understand our care. A medical facility should make patients and their families feel comfortable, respected, and heard. Good communication is a huge part of quality healthcare, and that was seriously lacking here. I believe the staff could benefit from customer service retraining, or the clinic should consider hiring employees who are more compassionate and patient-focused. Based on my experience with both my own visit and my father's, I would not recommend this clinic unless improvements are made. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously because every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

First of all, the phone numbers posted online are both bad. The 909 was connected to a fax…read moremachine. the 818 phone number no one picked up. And you're not able to leave any message for callback. I was coming from 35 mi away and I was trying to call to make sure my appointment was still available. I honestly think it's their way of not having to deal with a lot of calls. That is a red flag. The young lady at the front desk seemed in over her head. The waiting room is small and was really packed that day. After looking at the packed waiting room. I asked if I can reschedule. And she told me she had to forward me to a scheduler! That she doesn't do that. Wait... Do you mean they can't physically use a ledger or calendar to physically write down an appointment? Or better yet, use a laptop/computer/phone app to write down appointments? There are a lot of free apps out there, come on. The people in the waiting room look pretty agitated and it's a sign that A) They haven't been attended to properly B) They've been waiting a long time. C) They are backed up I can't speak for the doctors or how they are. But if the front is any indication of how their business is run. I am not going to take that chance. I'm being nice and I am being fair, but common sense tells me otherwise. Could it have been just a bad day for them? Possibly. Their standard operating procedures for how to handle a waiting room and front office leaves a lot to be desired. An efficiently run medical practice should never be overbooked or backed up. Because you have to ask yourself how would a practice properly take care of their patients when a doctor is overloaded, overbooked etc etc... would you want to be taken care of by one? With a pact front like that, it looks like it's all about the money, go through as much as they can, until they have to turn away and reschedule,(but you can't reschedule right there you have to call their scheduler! lol) Do your due diligence folks Good luck
