The employee scratched my lens while trying to fix it, didn't tell me, then ordered replacements that took three weeks to arrive -- and I only found out they arrived because I called. When I returned, the manager, Mariana, said she couldn't fix them because "the frame had warped from the sun" and told me I'd have to pay $50 under my protection plan. She was monotone, unapologetic, and offered no real solution. I went upstairs to the location where I actually bought them and spoke with Randy -- who immediately fixed my sunglasses at no charge and explained the frames were probably overheated during the earlier repair attempt. This is the third time Randy has helped me, and his service is always excellent. Don't get your sunglasses repaired downstairs!

Walked in around 7 in the evening and was greeted by Verron who informed us that the only place that carries the new Ray Ban Meta Displays was Best Buy and you have to be fitted for it, you can't just walk in and buy a pair. In the meantime, we got to see the Oakley Meta's and the frames weren't as bad as I thought they would be. I was imagining the Oakley Meta Collab would be all face shields with chromatic iridescent lenses, but only one pair was like that and it wasn't in store. We started trying on different pairs of glasses to just to get a feel for what works and also what the latest styles were in frames. I was shocked at how many Ray Ban frames were literal throwbacks to the late 90's frames. We asked Verron what his picks were for stylish frames and he opened the vault door and lead us down to the super opulent V.I.P. show room. Well actually, he opened one of the mirrored walls, but it felt like we were having a V.I.P experience because he started opening random drawers and doors and pulling out different frames that were super stylish and that we had no idea about. We had the best time trying on frames with Verron and would DEFINITELY come back and seek him out for advice, but the store was closing so we had to end our fun hunt for the most fashionable glasses. If you're looking for something that fits you, go ask Verron to pull glasses for you and don't do it by yourself. You'll pick ugly glasses if you do.

I got their new titanium sunglasses which are super light, I can barely feel them on my face. I was also able to get progressives, so I can see at all distances. I love the polarization, it makes all the colors more vibrant while still blocking out the suns glare! Maui Jim lenses are also waterproof, which is a plus for me with this heat!! My exam was great. They have all these fancy machines that, if you're an athlete, would really be great. One of them tests how you track a ball, I think it's called the Right Eye, they have one that can tell if you had a concussion, they have a simulation room to test all the different tints for golf, a mini putting green, treadmill for runners, a stationary bike for cyclists. They also have glasses for baseball, football, kids sports, skiing, motorcycles and whatever other sports you can think of. Obviously they gave me a tour! It's a super nice office. The staff is great, professional and friendly. I received my glasses in about 7 days. I love them! I can't wait to get another pair! I will definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I was walking at the shoppes, when randomly my right lens on my glasses fell. (Not sunglass hut…read moreglasses.,) it seems that the screw in the frame holding the lens in place came lose and the lens popped out of place. Keep in mind it was dark outside, and i needed my glasses to be able to drive. Then i remember there was Sunglass Hut in the shoppes area at walking distance, i said what do i lose in asking if they can help. I get there and two friendly staff members named Andrea and Alexandria both asked how they could help, and i explained the situation, they said, unfortunately, we can't work on prescription glasses, and i said, Can I? as in can i borrow a screw driver to tighten up my glasses, as i do need my glasses to drive my family back home, and the girl said, sure i can help with that. She let me borrow the tiny screw driver and i was all good to go! i had no plans on purchasing anything, but she did mention they had repair kits for sale, and i said! welp! i may never need it (again.) but because you were willing to help me i purchased one. Overall the girls were pretty nice and helpful, although i have never purchased anything before, or planned to buy from there, they were extremely helpful and i was very grateful for that. and for that they get 5 stars!

When I had an issue in the past with my current glasses prescription, they were quick in finding out what was wrong and figuring out a solution. My doctor here is Dr. Penn Tran and he's always helpful and caring. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my exams or glasses. They have a wide selection to choose from as well as good brands or budget options. I splurged on myself last time and I'll definitely be keeping these glasses for a while. I always make my appointment months in advance as well, I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. Staff is always nice and the office always looks in pristine condition.
