They tend to migrate to the new nail shop that opens. I'm happy to say Lemon Drop Nail Bar has hired most of my favorite pedicure technicians. If you lost your favorite technician at a previous place come on over, they maybe here. The place is clean, efficient, and the staff is polite. When I first came I did my feet and nails. I didn't care for the person who did my manicure so I didn't do the combo again but I will give them another shot with the manicure.

I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.

Had I been told from the beginning that appointments were being prioritized or that there would be a significant wait, I could have made an informed decision about whether to stay. Unfortunately, I was on a schedule and had plans out of town, so I could not continue waiting. I felt that my time was not respected, and the communication regarding the wait was poor. Better customer service and clearer communication could have prevented this frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable when the manager, Holly, told me that my daughter "wasn't a kid" because she was too tall. She then stated that kid pedicures were only for children 9 and under, which seemed like a completely random rule considering it was posted nowhere on the service menu, booking system, or anywhere in the salon that customers could clearly see beforehand. I also want to clarify that at no point did I scream at anyone. I firmly and respectfully asked her to show me where the alleged 9-year-old cutoff for kid services was posted, and she was unable to provide that information because it was not displayed anywhere. Additionally, despite mentioning it later in her response online, she never informed me in person about any student discount being available. My daughter is still very much a child, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing in front of her. As a parent, I expect businesses to show kindness and professionalism, especially when interacting with children. Height does not determine whether someone is a child, and if there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and displayed for customers ahead of time. While the salon itself may be nice, the customer service and approach we experienced left a negative impression. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism, accountability, and clearer communication moving forward.

I requested corrections to the nail shape and bulkiness multiple times and was met with an eye roll and told it would be fixed later every time. When I asked for a specific nail's shape to be corrected I was flat out told no, but when I asked again the shape was half heartedly corrected while the tech told me it was my fault and that all the nails were even. (They were not.) The nail shape still did not match the corresponding nail on the other hand. The nail tech also used a curved nail tip, which if you didn't know makes the nail look like it's pointing up if you get almond since the tip of your nail will be right at the apex of the curve. I will not be returning.
