I made an appointment with Cindy and I was very dissappointment in the serevice. I got there at 1:50 pm for a refill and she never looked at me. I took my granddaughter to experience getting her toes done. Thank goodness someone else was able to do her toes right away. I had to wait because Cindy had someone else in her chair.Again she never looked at me at first. a couple of women came in and one of them was for cindy. I was waiting to see if she was going to do the right thing but she did not. she wanted me to wait until she finish with the lady who came in after me. granted she was getting which looked like her entire face waxed. Cindy you are wrong for thinking that I was going to let someone else go before me when I made a appointment in the first place. I will not be looked down because of the color of my skin. You should be glad that I do not sue you for discrimmnation. I will never come back to your nail place. I needed to fix my big toenail because it was broken. :( i was visiting my parents and just yelped the nearest salon. Walked in and they weren't busy. Very nice. Got the $20 pedicure which consisted of the massage chair (ok), hot towels, foot massage with lotions. They proceeded to (sorry for the overshare!) clip my poor toenail and then put an overlay over it. Other than the yapping customer on her phone, the experience was pretty good. I'm always very very skeptical about any business that does not have a website. I almost passed this gem up for a place at town east, but gave Complete Nails a shot because I live behind it. I am so mad at myself for not getting the name of my nail tech, she was amazing. I got a mani pedi, and my grand total before tip came to $27. You can't even get a dinner for two for $27, and I was pampered for over an hour! Now I will note that she was not very talkative. I, however, really enjoyed that as I wanted to relax and enjoy my book after basic pleasantries. The other nail tech was very kind and chatty to her customers, though, so they offer the best of both worlds. I've had my nails done a million times but this was my first pedicure. I will admit I had to look away when she pulled out the cuticle scissors, but she was amazing and I didn't feel any pain or tickling or anything. They were very very clean, and would sanitize all of their tools immediately after they were done with them. I found my new Mesquite nail place! :D read more

They were able to get my sister and I a last minute mani/pedi appointment. My nails are beautiful and probably the best pedicure I've had.

My lady was extremely rough with the hand file, and with the electric one she shredded my cuticles. I know sometimes a nail or two will bleed but my ENTIRE left hand, every cuticle was bloody and on fire. On top of that, she had her nails grown out so that as she gripped my nail hers dug into my skin so much that I winced in pain and had to tell her she was digging her nails into my skin. When she poured alcohol into my wounds she mentioned that maybe I won't bite my nails anymore, as if that's what caused my bleeding cuticles. Not to mention, flies were all over me the entire time. My tech didn't change gloves when she stopped doing my nails to replace a previous clients jewel that had come off, either. Pathetic excuse for a coffin shape, my middle finger is crookedly shaped and polished, I look stupid. read more

This little hole in the wall, lacks all the bells and whistles, but the folks that work here are very friendly. And also the price is right if you're on a budget. I have never seen this place busy so they always get you in and out without any wait time. read more

the only reason why they got one star was because i had to leave one! for starters, the shop was dirty, secondly, i got a full set here. thats it. when i take the nails off, theres a fungus on my thumb!! disgusting!! they re use tools, obviously. without even cleaning them. which would still be unsanitary. smh. but thats not even the worst part, when i check my card after i pay, im already home & everything, i see she added $5 more to her tip!!!!!!! i dont recommend anyone to go here!!! its the worst in the area. read more

Come for the quality service - don't be put off by the humble shop appearance. Everything here is SPOTLESS - clean floor, no chemical smells, lots of light, and pleasant, skilled technicians. The massage chairs look and feel brand new. The pedicure tubs have a new plastic liner put in for each client (!) and the tools are sterilized before each use. Loved the gentle foot massage and the best part is the prices are amazingly affordable. I'll be back often to treat myself to a little pampering! read more

They were super nice but the place is dingy and it was the worst pedi I've ever gotten. My toe bled where they cut my nail too short and the polish was poorly applied and didn't even cover my whole nail. I went there based on these other reviews, but this place is AWFUL. read more
