If I could give zero stars, I would. I reached out to Empire Parking Lot Services on a recommendation, but my experience was beyond frustrating from start to finish. Their rep, Frank, came out to walk the project with me. We spent real time going through all the details and requirements. Instead of a quote, I got crickets. After calling Frank multiple times with no response, I called the office, who assured me he would reach out. Nothing. When I finally managed to get him on the phone after months of trying, he threw out a bunch of excuses about personal matters. I get that life happens, so I was perfectly fine with the delay, especially since he promised to have pricing to me in a few days. That was a total lie. He ghosted me again and completely dropped off the map. It takes a lot to leave a review like this, but stringing someone along with constant excuses and double-ghosting them is completely unacceptable. Terribly run business. Look elsewhere. read more

Had my parking lot redone by Empire and I had mixed feelings throughout the whole process but at the end when everything was said and done, I'd give them 5 stars and work with them again. Within a week after signing a contract I started getting Lien notices in the mail from them. I got 4 lien notices in the mail before any work even started. Relax on the lien notices please. That really bothered me. So work eventually started, they finished the work within 2 days and a month later, my asphalt started to unravel in places and huge cracks started forming. I contacted them about this problem and a couple months later, they came to repave my asphalt and fix the problems. It's now been a couple months since they fixed the asphalt and I've had no problems ever since.
