They always showed up on time everyday and sometimes earlier than expected to do the work. I was really happy with their work ethic. I was going to give a 4-5 star review. However, my interactions with Andrew was not the greatest. He started off very responsive when providing me a quote for the job but the communication started to dwindle once he knew the job had started and his bid was accepted. He never once visited the job to verify and conduct quality control. Good thing he had dependable workers who took ownership of the job. Fast forward to when the job completed and a full payment has been made by me, I requested for a receipt and he's been unresponsive. He responded at first telling me he would send over a receipt but never followed through with his promise. Eventually, he completely started to ignore my calls and texts. It's a simple receipt request for my own records but I received zero reply. I'm glad things worked out so far with my concrete work but it's really concerning that there's been a lack of communication from the owner of the company. Not sure how much accountability anyone has when they collect someone's money and completely ghost them.
