The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

The instructions to get there can look a bit complicated bc there's just so much info? but literally you can just find the meetup spot on Google Maps now if you look up 'Rowher Flat OHV'. Maybe bc it wasn't on there before, but the page gives you very detailed instructions, even a video to guide you how to get there. Past Santa Clarita and into the mountains! You'll eventually go off roading and fair warning, it is quite bumpy. Low profile vehicles aren't recommended, and you'll see why lol. I also brought my tesla model 3 here while everyone else I passed by was in a bigger SUV vehicle car. I wanted to be careful and drive slower on the road haha and luckily the road was not busy at all! After making it up to the meetup spot, it's definitely a very quiet and peaceful area. It's nice to experience away from the busy city life. We were on time to our tour, but we wanted to make it out earlier since there was some time needed for prep. Our tour guide, Sagi (?), was super chill and a cool guy! I had no ATV experience whatsoever but I am so thankful for having him to guide us haha. During the ATV ride, we did request a "beginner/easy" path, but the route he took us was actually pretty challenging lol but very fun! (I'm an adrenaline junkie; I've gone skydiving, love rollercoasters, kayaking, parasailing, scuba diving etc.) Other members in party's ATV experience: 2 members have gone on a 2 hour ATV ride in Mexico, 1 member in my party had no ATV experience but has rode motorcycles in the past. Occasion for trip/Cost: I bought 4 ATV rider tickets for a 1 hour session for my boyfriend's birthday. Total cost came out to: $476.00. Location: The mountain area in Santa Clarita. The directions are VERY clear in their email that they send. If you click on the link DIRECTLY SENT TO YOU in your email, you'll get there no problem if you use the Google Maps app. They have the link. They have a YouTube video showing you how to get there too. I didn't lose cell reception not once getting there. I took a CAMRY HYBRID to get there and there is a dirt road for quite some time before you get to the location where you park. Date went: 10/11/25 at 9:00am. Weather was PERFECT. It was 74F degrees. It was sunny, but cool. Did not need a jacket. Just wore a dark t shirt, jeans, and sneakers. Heads up: You won't have opportunities to take picture or videos of your own during the ride. The guide will take photos for you and send them to you via email during the ride. You will be asked if you want to buy insurance prior to the ride in case any damages happen. You have the option to decline. Make sure you sign the waivers prior to check in. *****You will have to bring IDs of the members going and the card used for payment for check in. Actual ride: I was instructed to ride right behind the instructor given that I had no prior ATV experience. Our guide, Jackson, was very friendly and considerate throughout the whole experience and informed the rest of the party that the speed of the ride would go based off me since I'm the beginner. Jackson consistently looked back at our party to make sure none of us were falling behind, had to stop once to fix another member from getting stuck at a turn, and we were going about 15mph the whole ride. It felt so nice outside! Considering that this was my first time riding, I don't feel like it was too hard to pick up and learn how to operate the ATV. I would NOT recommend this during the summertime. I think this experience would not be enjoyable in the slightest if it was hot given that you're already wearing a helmet and there's heat that comes from the ATV that you can feel near your calves. Your thumb will hurt a bit as you have to press it in consistently to make the ATV go. You can ask for a break if needed if your thumb gets tired. ***Important to note ***I did this ATV trip on the first day of my period and it was still enjoyable! Usually the first day of my period my body feels dreadful (headaches, nauseous, and backaches). I didn't have anything to eat prior to our ride and I felt nauseous right after I got off the ATV ride, but that's not the ATVs fault. Just recommend having a little bit of food at the very least before you go. Overall, I would rate it 4/5 stars. I feel like I was so focused on riding the ATV, following the guide, and making sure I was going at an enjoyable speed for the rest of my party that I didn't really get to take in the view and "enjoy the mountain" so to speak. We started off on smoother paths and then our guide took us on more challenging paths with turns and dirt bumpy roads. I think this is a great experience/activity to do when the weather is cool.

When I say essentials I mean for the setup itself. Latex gloves and top of the line dump hoses makes it so easy. The airstreams themselves are beautiful in and out. My experience renting from Tinno was literally the worst business experience I've ever had. I have always conducted myself in an honest manner. In this case, I was very upfront with Tinno about minor curtain damage (tiny dirt marks). And yes indeed there was some extra dust inside plus one small scratch on the exterior. I believe something from the road hit the side of the Airstream. The scratch in question was so small it was hard to even see. I find it dishonest and frankly offensive that Tinno responded to my review saying there were tears in the curtains (false!) and golf ball sized scratches that cost $4500 (false!). I would gladly swear under oath that these statements by him are categorically untrue. At the end of the day, I paid Tinno over $4,000 for an Airstream that retails new at $45K. The deposit he kept was $1500, a significant amount by any standards. And I had use of the Airstream for all of 9 days. Believe me folks, if you want peace of mind while on your adventure, go somewhere else because this guy has already done this at least twice now (read other reviews). Thank you for reading. A big shoutout to Marigold for coordinating and making the reservation. There were eight ppl on the first trip , and everyone was very comfortable during the ride. I've been on a boat ride before, but I have to say, coming from the Coronado side gives you a better view and more to enjoy. And Pam surely knows the sites. Pam, aka the captain, and her wife Diane, the owners, were just the perfect hosts. They were professional, very friendly, and a blast! The boat was very clean, and yes, they have life vests available for each rider. They also rent jet skis, tubing, campers, UTVs. Imagine watching fireworks on the Fourth of July , with the Coronado bridge as your backdrop. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will definitely be back for more water adventures and perhaps an outdoor camping experience. Great opportunity to re-connect with nature.
