I first met Marco about 4-5 years ago when one of my computer's crapped out on me. Marco came out, made a quick assessment & recommendation. He swapped out a mother board, put in a new SSD at my clinic-- all in a prompt and timely manner. Given we are a very busy clinic, this was of utmost importance. At that time, I was already thinking of upgrading my security system and upgrading my wired (and wireless) network. I discussed this with Marco and he let me know he could do whatever I needed. Fast forward to last year. I had (of course) procrastinated and my internet started experiencing slowing and outages. I have a large medical clinic and this was directly affecting by business. I spent countless hours on the phone with Spectrum during this time and had numerous techs for them come to my office. Ultimately, Spectrum could not resolve the internet slowage issue and asked me to get my own IT (since they determined there was no fault on their end). I went searching through my texts and thankfully found Marco's info. I hit him up and updated him on my situation. Marco made time to come out to my clinic and assess my network. While my network had its deficiencies, he had identified that the problem ultimately laid with Spectrum. Marco went above and beyond. He spent hours on the phone and driving back/forth between LA and Riverside County to meet with Spectrum Tech support to help me. Spectrum did not appreciate being told it was their fault, but Marco stood up to them and educated them on their service inefficiencies. Marco helped come up with a solution to get Spectrum's issues resolved. Because of Marco, not only did my internet outages get solved, I was able to get reimbursement from Spectrum for the months of non-service. Marco truly knows everything about internet and internet service. Always in the back of mind during the ordeal was how much I was gonna get charged for his time. I know he was literally stuck in traffic back and forth between jobs out in Riverside County and my office in LA County. Marco, however, offers incredibly reasonable rates. We had obtained multiple quotes from other companies and Marco offered the best rates. After that alone, I knew I had to have Marco come and re-do my whole network and security systems. So far in the past 1.5 months, we've gotten my LAN and security systems completely revamped. My office has never been more productive that it has now in the past few years because the internet is as speedy as it has ever been. The security system Marco put in place is amazing. I get alerts directly to my phone as activity is detected in front and in back of my building. I have license plate cameras as well so I can get license plate & facial detail. I feel safe knowing I have any eye on my business and can guarantee you will too if you decide to upgrade your business' security system with Marco. On top of all that, his attention to detail and pride in his work really shines through. Everything is so cleanly and professionally done. Marco and his guys came afterhours working until 2-3 AM on consecutive nights. Words really will not do justice to the quality of work Marco does. Next up is re-doing our wireless network. After that I will be having Marco also add some cameras for my other buildings. If you are on the fence about having Marco take care of your networking or security needs, you really don't need to be. He goes the extra mile and genuinely care about the quality of work he performs & customer satisfaction. A very rare find these days indeed. I don't write a lot of reviews but I couldn't help myself to wonder where these reviews are coming from. Because the Marco, I know, is unreliable, dishonest and incompetent. I first met Marco, two years ago, he had agreed to upgrade my cameras and install a license plate camera, which took a month or so to complete, normally it takes a full day or two. He also told me that if I upgrade my DVR that I would be able to add an extra IP camera to the existing 16 channel DVR, which obviously wasn't true, nor would you be reading this. Furthermore, we encountered problems with the upgraded cameras and the license plate camera never worked. So for the next year, he made promises that he would stop by and never showed up. Actually, he did show up 2 out of 20. And finally, on our last meeting, he said that he would come and replace the cables and even told me that he would give a special price for being so patient and guess what? NO SHOW I can go on and on but I'll close with this.. If you're ever thinking about goin into his shop, BEWARE! he's mark-up is pretty high! I have shopped online and in stores and have not found what I was looking for. Let's start first with Carlos the customer service representative. He is very nice and informative. We had a lot of questions and he helped us out tremendously. They gave us a great deal on security cameras. The place is so neat with all kinds of security gadgets to protect ourselves and our home.
