Way overpriced they use old model equipments but sell it as a late model if you sit down and ask for prices and search il go much it really cost it's like 3 times the price. I was trying to get a viper installed he would charge me 600 because it's a diesel truck and I got a new viper top of the line viper installed with remote start for 249.99 and each sensor he was charging me 99 for each when they cost 10 each and I installed that myself since it was a plug and play type of deal. I was also trying to buy a radar detector that cost 150 he was charging me 450 because of labor when All you have to do is plug it in and attach in windshield my baby sister could do that by herself it's a no brainier. Great shop, first visit went great. Got my whole sound system installed there and plan to return for future upgrades.

I have used these guys on two different vehicles, and they did a super job. I also recommended them to a friend who had two cars done, and, again, super work. No delays, no comebacks, etc. Both were window tint jobs. I LOVE the solar heat reflecting tint on the windshield and front driver and passenger windows. It is essential in this Texas summer heat. I had a speaker dilemma, called on a Friday. They got me in the next day, a Saturday no less, to assess the problem. They asked all the right questions: what depth and breadth of sound was I looking for? what music did I enjoy? more/less bass, etc. I decided to go with their recommendation and they installed it on the spot. Now, to give perspective of how accommodating they were, I drive a Mercedes. You basically have to take the entire thing apart just to install windshield wipers; this was no small feat. They had me in and out in two hours and I couldn't be happier. It's been two weeks and I love it more everyday. I would recommend Empire any day of the week. Love the service I got here. After many months of trying to find the right people do get my stereo installed, based on the amount of difficulty with harnessing. I was helped by Hudson. The first day of installation did not turn out well, which was due to technical difficulties with my vehicle. However, I have never seen an amount of determination from an employee who refused to accept that the stereo would not cooperate with my vehicle. He advised me to bring the vehicle back in two days later, and after a couple hours of hard work, Hudson had finally got the stereo installed and I was more than satisfied as a customer. To wrap up this lengthy review, this place offers outstanding customer service. Every time I go there, I am immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the employees who show strong interest in wanting to assist you. The guys who run this place are the best! I recently shopped for an alarm system for my truck. Another dealer really jacked me around on prices (actually gave me 3 different prices in two different phone calls). Empire quoted me one much better price and stuck to it. They took the time to point out features I wasn't getting (and didn't know it) on the model I chose. I upgraded and was happy I did. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and do great work. Their staff is the same way. They were so fun I just liked hanging out there and didn't want to leave! The owner actually went and bought me a coke while I was waiting at the end of the day. I will always do business with them. You can't substitute for honesty, friendliness, and stellar work. I'm going back for a new stereo next. read more

I had a car radio for my Jetta for seriously like 6-8months, it was jut sitting in my trunk. Reason being is that every time I searched or called a radio installation place they would either tell me I needed different parts or want to charge me $360+ (actual amount from one place)to install it!!! My mom had stopped by Empire to see what it was about, she spoke with Mark then later informed me that after she had spoken to them about my situation they could help. So I ended up going in and first off they were very friendly, Mark had remembered the conversation with my mom (which I thought was neat) and they had asked me simple questions (make,model,year) for my car. They searched for the parts and said "We can do it, no problem." In shock on how easy that was I simply left my keys with them and they took my car right away. I only waited about 45min. and while I was waiting my sister and I were watching a movie they had going in their lobby area(we got really into it time went by so fast lol). They had many customers that seemed to be regulars coming in and out. When my car was finished and I got my total price I was in complete shock! It was substantially lower than what other installers were going to charge me. Now I am happy to say I have a brand new radio and had I known about them sooner I would've had one a long long time ago! I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends an family.
