They billed my insurance, and insurance paid. I verified with my insurance company that the money paid was indeed for a procedure. Sure enough, they billed my insurance for a procedure that I did not have. Once I contacted the office about the mistake in the charge, they questioned that I was telling the truth and said they would have to verify with the provider. I asked how she would remember since it had been over a month since she had seen me and had seen many patients since then. No response. I messaged with them multiple times. They kept telling me that they would need to check with the provider. I gave them over a week before I contacted them again, and now, they are no longer responding to my messages. They owe me $130.00. If you choose to use them, be cautious of their billing and make sure you get paperwork BEFORE leaving the office to make sure you're not being charged for treatment you did not receive.
