But it is so very TRUE. I've been with Andrew Rice and Allstate for a number of years, and I'm always more than pleased when I call up to his office with questions. I'm about to add to my policies with him (I have home, auto, & life), and it is directly related to the ease in which I can get a direct response from his staff and Andrew. I call up there, and the lady who answers the phone is obviously smiling! You can hear her smile. She is happy to help me and answer my questions. She walks me through everything I need to know about my new policy and I have at least 30 questions. Insurance made simple. I'm sure you can get insurance from a number of places, but I highly recommend if you are shopping around that you check out Andrew Rice and his staff. They are great people who alleviate any stress around an industry that can sometimes be confusing.

I've had some nice interest rates offered to me by car dealerships wanting me to use their National lender. I always tell them: with a National lender I'm a number and a payor. With TTCU, I'm a member who knows the staff by name and can communicate with them directly instead of a call center worker who's reading from a script. I usually deal with Jay, Nicole and sometimes Sharyn, and they are always very personable, accommodating and efficient. As long as they continue to offer this kind of service and offer competitive rates, I'm a customer for life.

I've never been late on a payment, as i opted for automatic payments to receive the discount. Several times now I've been shocked by the amount debited to my account. When i call this office for an explanation there is always something such as "a multiple car discount was removed from your account" (which i haven't had multiple cars on my account for over two years, and this excuse has been used twice already when payments jumped drastically) or there's been an adjustment to your premium due to this reason or another. I've never been given a heads up there will be higher payments. I've been told several times that an initial higher payment was taken out, but the next few will be lower, only to be surprised again the following month. The only reason i haven't changed insurance companies yet is because i have enjoyed the coverage and i hate changing companies, as i prefer a long-standing business relationship. Unfortunately, Mr. Reeves seems to not care about this at all and offers no help and no understanding how some people live on a budget despite multiple attempts and pleas to have him provide a more stable payment routine. I am extremely disappointed with this business and it is not at all what i knew of state farm businesses in previous states I've lived in.

I brought my elderly family member here a few days after Thanksgiving 2021. Prior to our visit I…read moreexchanged about 4-5 phone calls with the staff regarding our scheduled visit. Never ever at any point during these phone calls did anyone disclose the facilities dangerously strict "mask protocol." My elderly family member and I arrived on time for our appointment in the early morning hours. The waiting room had about two other people waiting. I assisted my family in sitting down as they are handicap. I engaged the front desk and checked in. The girl at the desk had ear pods in and was listening to something because she initially responded in a distracted manner. The other front desk females were on their cellphones and appeared to be playing games. The girl I spoke with asked if we had masks and I replied no we didn't. She then said she'd get us one. I informed her that both me and my family member had documented medical conditions that prevented us from wearing masks. She didn't understand. I had to explain it again to her. She then went to discuss it with her office manager, Eric. After, what felt like a punitive 20 minute wait, Eric came out and aggressively and confrontationally confronted me about our inability to wear a mask. He was hostile from the start. After a few minutes of back and forth between he and I, my family member started to get visibly upset and nervous. Their anxiety was kicking in from this "Eric the office manager's" inability to handle the situation. Eric, was demanding we each were masks or get out. We was giggling at the fact that we had documented medical conditions that prevented us from wearing masks. I kept asking him why nobody ever disclosed the policy during any of the 4-5 phone calls prior to the appointment and his repeated response was "because it's on the door." Ridiculous! Eric, then asked what our conditions were and who was the documenting doctor. I had to educate Eric that he was violating the American Disability Act and furthermore, he was illegally inquiring about our private personal medical information in a public venue. The waiting room! Where others were watching this unprofessional fiasco. It was I, not him that suggested we find a private room to discuss this as my family member could no longer handle the stress. Once Eric and I got into an empty room he tried to raise his voice and condescend me. He even insisted that I get my doctor on the phone to prove it. And, I actually did get my doctor on the phone to prove it and Eric stilled snarled at the proof. The company does not appear to train their "managers" in how to "manage" conflict or disagreement. Eric then said he'd only allow the family member to not wear a mask but I'd have to leave. I had to inform Eric the "manager" that I was the this person's primary care taker and I was responsible form their well being. If he was kicking me out he would be held fully responsible for anything that happened. Keep in mind we had already been in the building for well over 30 minutes without masks so if there was any possibility that we were going to contaminate the facility with our breath we would have already done so. So Eric was behaving this way with an egotistical intention to win and nothing else. I cared too much for my family member to leave them alone so I put the mask on under my chin and stayed with them as they was shaking, anxious and stressed from the verbal abuse Eric inflicted on us. Then, the nurses performed their pre surgical review and find my family member's blood pressure is "very alarming and dangerously high." So high they need to delay any treatment and call in for a doctor's approval. It never ever crossed these "nurses" mind that my family member has various documented health conditions and one of them was in regards to wearing a mask. Furthermore, she just spent 30 minutes freaking out while two men just about came to throwing punches because of her inability to wear a mask. No, I wouldn't go here ever ever again. There is nothing modern about this place. Their intelligence level, reasoning, managerial and customer service is definitely not "modern." I'd suggest you stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere.

They messed up and applied the funds that I paid during closing for taxes and home owners insurance completely to taxes, and now my insurance is about to lapse because they did not do their job correctly! They emailed the insurance rep that I would have to pay my insurance myself and wait to be refunded from the county. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to rectify the situation. I've left several messages and emails, my insurance company has reached out to them and even the loan processor has emailed them and still I can't get a hold of anyone. I even got an email a week ago that someone in management would call me that day. Still no call! Use a different title company!!!
