I love going here. It's very relaxing not wild and noisy. The ladies did a beautiful job on my hands and feet... The best I believe I have ever had done. They use quality nail polish and it didn't chip or anything in the five or six weeks I had it on. And the only reason I took it off was because my nails had grown. The shop was clean and peaceful. I have been looking for a nail salon in the Goodyear area since moving here. I found this one tucked away from all of the traffic that's South of the i10 freeway which is nice. I'm very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. The service was exceptional and every employee was very welcoming with a smile on their face. The salon is well kept and organized. It can get pretty busy but I can tell they do well with organizing their client appointments as no one was waiting a long time to be sat. It is not what I am used to as most nail salons I've been to can be dishonest with how busy they are and will cram you in and rush your service. Not here, I did not feel rushed at all and my technicians took their time which I appreciate. They have a good variety of nail color options and I also like that everyone has a name badge so you know who is taking care of you. I had the head spa and OMG! It is a 1.5 hr shampoo, head and neck massage with a facial as a "bonus"! The room is dim and relaxing with meditation music playing. I was placed on a padded massage table with my head in a wash bowl while dreamy steam soothing my scalp. Honestly I was driving to Scottsdale before this and all I got was a steam shampoo which took 30min and cost the same. On top of it all she used REDKEN and AVEDA products!! I will be back. read more

We walked in asking for two manicures, and they assured us we would be able to get them done at the same time and that we could stay, but they only took us back one at a time and they had to sit with a technician that apparently has never done. Acrylic overlay before because it was so bumpy and thick and ridiculous looking. We out to never go back there again. First of all it's fine if you can't take us both at the same time, but be honest and tell us instead of having one go back so that the other person is just forced to wait because there's no other option. read more

I hope my experience was a rare one, I'm new to Arizona and I'm looking for my nail place and was hoping this was it, the gentleman that did my nails was very friendly but ground too close too my cuticle, after the first couple times I said " I'm going together a discount right" right and he said yes! Once he continues with my acrylic fillin a couple of things are different than what I'm used to, like he has me wash off oil he adds to my cuticle but whatever, he's the professional... I wash go back to the table and he's removing my items for me to pay, okay I'm used to some lotion here put no. I get to the counter and no discount, I explained what transpired and I get 10% off, thank you. He just sat there Never said anything I had to advocate for my self, my cuticles dry, my finger tips were left stained with polish, she said it was glue , but he never used glued on my nails. Very happy all around! Excellent service and did a wonderful job. My friend and I had pedicure appointments scheduled for my birthday weekend. On the way there, I ended up getting into a car accident. I was not hurt, but I was very delayed with all of the follow up paperwork. My friend called the business to explain, and they were incredibly understanding. They gave us several options for times we could come in later that day. When we finally arrived, the whole experience was lovely. The place was busy, but this did not stop them from greeting us right away. They also offered me 20% off for my birthday! We went with the highest pedicure package which was great. There were many steps involved and the whole experience lasted about an hour. Our pedicures turned out looking great too! I even accidentally smudged mine a tiny bit by wiggling my toes when they were almost dry, and they did not hesitate to completely remove the polish and redo those toes. I also unexpectedly got an additional $10 off since I told them I did not need gel polish. Highly recommend this place! read more

I love this nail shop, I've been coming for a couple of years now. I highly recommend Cindy. I typically get a pedicure and dip powder for my nails. My only complaint is the dip color selection is slim and the colors do not come out the same on your nails. The color swatches are very misleading. There is a large option for gel colors. I usually keep track in my phone of what colors I like and what have worked for me. It keeps the guessing game easier. read more

Michelle did my pedicure and she was fantastic; very thorough and kind. This place is amazing!!! I went there to try out the Cranial Sacral Scalp Massage for part of my self care routine following my 3 year milestone of my Craniotomy. I had a Subdural Hematoma (bleeding on the brain) and had an emergency 5 1/2 hour surgery given a 1% chance to live for one year. After intense therapy and continuing therapy, this procedure was one of the best experiences I've ever had!!! Jeannie is so professional and this treatment made my head feel so relaxed like my head wasn't in a vice. The techniques she used were so helpful. Please see attached video for a real experience. I've recommended this to many friends that didn't have brain surgery because it's just amazing but for me it was just incredible from a medical perspective! I will be coming back!!! I had given this place a full 5 stars, but sadly I went again yesterday and it was a completely different service. Acrylic all over my fingers, nail glue on the hand, got cut twice and even some nails are so crooked. Had to stop my service halfway due to being uncomfortable. Spoke to the front desk person and said I still had to pay full price because no manager was in the store, they had left early. Will definitely be asking for a refund. read more

No attention to detail. If I wanted a crappy job done I would have just done my own nails at home. Nail tech did not file my nails or trim. She removed the dip powder crudely and left my nails thin and brittle, and didn't remove all the dip before slapping polish on. No attention to detail which resulted in bubbling and uneven texture. The only good thing was that it was only $15 and I went on my birthday and I got 20% off. Still, I should haven't to pay for this when I could have done a better job myself at home. read more

Was a pleasure to have Cathy work on my nails. I actually HATE getting my nails done, and want to get in and get out as quick as possible, but Cathy has a welcoming presence and is a natural conversationalist which made the time seem to go by fast while making sure each nail was detailed nicely. Called to see how long the wait was on a busy Saturday and they were able to take me right away. The last nail location I went to was great, but I noticed they kept raising their basic prices and felt like I was getting ripped off each time I went. Will give this place another try. read more

I received an eyebrow wax, coconut pedicure and dip nails. This was the first time I had been back to a salon since Covid began. The pedicure was good but I wanted French and after several failed attempts at making a line on my toes I asked her to just paint my nails one color, I was told my nails were not long enough for French. I've never had this problem before but that was not a dealbreaker just frustrating. The dip was nails were the absolute worst I have ever received. I asked for my nails to be cut and shaped square some of my nails were not even filed when I asked her to at least file two nails she quickly ran the file over random spots with no rhyme or reason but did not shape whatsoever. Also no cleanup of my cuticles or anything just straight to dip. Which was done so heavy and bumpy and on some nails not even on my entire nail bed. I thought for sure she would smooth it out with the nail drill. Typically after the layers are dipped they buff and reshape this did not happen. I was horrified when she told me she was done. I got my nails done for a special, event gender reveal and engagement announcement where I'd be showing off my hands. I was so upset with the final product and I had glue and dip on almost every single finger. I did this on Saturday by Monday my nails were cracking and becoming discolored. It was a complete disaster and so much money to leave frustrated. And yes I did tip because that's what you do when you receive a service and this has been a tough year for everyone but I was unhappy nonetheless. The salon is well kept,the staff is nice but I can't recommend the work. read more
