Long story short, I walked in yesterday afternoon and got a very nice welcome from 2 of their employees, one of them being Alex. He wanted to know what it was that I needed help with and also what type of shoe I was looking for. I didn't really know it either, so he went over the break down of their variety of shoes and prices. He was very kind, helpful and super knowledgeable. He suggested to get something that would elevate my foot and get the proper leverage and support that my feet need. With that being said, I tried 3 different shoes. Nothing really fit right and they were not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Not to mention that their prices are outrageous!! They run between $1,800 & up.. I understand given the fact that those are not regular shoes. They are more orthopedic shoes for comfort. However, I don't have that kind of money to splurge. Store was clean and very well organized by the styles, colors and brands of their collection items. Walked out a little disappointed and hopefully I will find a store & shoe that fits right on my feet with the right budget. Actually, didn't even lay a finger on my ankle, or even looked at it! He read the mri results and just wanted to 100% rely on that, stating there was nothing wrong with it. I clearly injured it quite badly and haven't been able to walk. I've had an mri report misdiagnose me for a left hip labrum tear before. Ended up having to get surgery on it as a different MRI place was able to properly find and diagnose the tear. This guy doesn't care about his patients. Staff were really nice though. They deserve to work for a better doctor. He is a prime example of poor practice. Highly do not recommend. I urge everyone to take the time to look at his 1 star reviews. His dismissive attitude is consistent. The good reviews could very well be fake.

Despite already using custom orthotics and attending weekly physical therapy, the focus was on selling additional orthotics and suggesting mine were "worn out," which is not accurate. When I asked for exercise or rehab guidance, I was told that was a PT question and left with no actual treatment plan or direction. Communication felt one-sided, with limited willingness to hear patient input.

I was very impressed with their communication, professionalism, and getting results. My daughter only needed the helmet for 2 months and her plagiocephaly was corrected. A bonus part was they do a little graduation ceremony when she's done with the helmet with a gown and cap and it's absolutely adorable. Just goes to show how amazing they are!
