They were very accommodating in last minute changes to the pick up location. We actually received a 26 person party bus that was actually a bus. Our driver, Wes, was very punctual (actually early) and very open and flexible if plans changed. He was very professional and completed every request gladly. I rented the 24 passenger bus and it was very clean and organized upon arrival and prepared with any necessities one might need like ice, water, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We were actually low on ice and Wes was more than happy to grab some more for us. Incredibly thankful that I stumbled upon this limo service! We used a limo for our daughters 13s birthday; 10 seater. The seats were new/polished, every seat had a working seat belt. It was clean, spacious, modern and had a lot of newer lighting features. Service, Vin was charming and very helpful in securing the rental. The company that I work for used Empowered Charters to shuttle us to the airport. Unfortunately I left my cell phone on the shuttle. I was able to get in contact with our driver, Rebecca, and she was really helpful and even willing to overnight my cellphone back to me. She kept me updated and sent me tracking information to ensure that my phone was indeed shipped. Completely above and beyond. Not only was she helpful with returning my cellphone, Rebecca was very professional and showed us how to operate the shuttle's cool features( Bluetooth, lights, etc). This party bus was definitely one of a kind. They provided our group with all the support we needed and we still saw all of the LA attractions that we requested. Used this service for the BCS national Championship game after doing some extensive research and calling nearly 10 places. We had a party of about 50 people so we needed a bus that was comfortable and had everything in it. After a lot of searching, this company seemed like the best option. The owner - Vin - was so helpful and incredibly accomodating. He knew exactly what we wanted and even threw in a few extra hours for free so we had plenty of time to tailgate and get back from the Rose Bowl in anticipation of traffic. Vin showed up nearly 30 minutes early so we could load up and not miss any tailgating. Vin was completely professional, courteous of all of our guests and even showed up with enough ice to power our tailgate through. Everyone on the bus had a great time and it was a huge hit. Little did we know, the bus was broken into a few days before and the stereo equipment was stolen but Vin made it a point to get the bus fixed and the stereo system replaced so we wouldn't miss our party. Now that's customer service. I will admit I was really nervous before we got on the bus but after the experience I couldn't recommend this company more. And neither will you. read more

This Double 5-Star review is WAY overdue! I have now used Vin and Lightning limo twice for very different occasions. When my youngest daughter turned 16, we wanted to really do something fun, and a giant Ferrari-red party bus from Lightning Limos was just the ticket to get the girls to and from Hollywood safely while turning "mere transportation" into something super memorable. Everyone had a great time and the parents really felt the girls were safe the whole time- just what you want when you are playing host! The second time was for airport transfers for a long European business trip. I normally park long-term, but just didn't want to leave my car for that long.
