Kevin is a lifesaver! I called him Friday afternoon for emergency valet service for a Sunday event and he didn't even hesitate to say "yes"! He was very nice and extremely professional and detailed. I am being treated with hostility due to my review. Also they are now trying to charge an additional $200 for a shuttle I never approved. I said they can use the empty lot right next door. They said no. They said nothing about additional charges when they made the choice to use a shuttle. It seems funny that until today they never said a thing. read more

Last night, I was at a party which has hired 1st class valet service to manage the cars. When I gave my car to them, there wasn't a single scratch on it. I had left my purse in my car on the floor of the passenger seat, but since I was handing it to valet, I assumed it would be fine. I went into the party and after a few hours, I returned to retrieve my car. Before I even handed my ticket back to the valet, they ask "you had a white car, right"? I told him yes and, with a laugh, he tells me that someone had seen something in my car, broke the window, and stolen everything from my car. He had said it in such a nonchalant manner that it was as if someone had told me they accidentally ate the other half of my sandwich. I genuinely thought he had to be joking. No one had come to find me and tell me about what had happened. They just left it there, with a busted window, more susceptible to getting robbed again. He hands me my key and says "here you go, we're not responsible for any damages" and walks away. I understand that it's not realistic to have someone standing over each car, but when I hand my keys to valet, I would expect that my car would be parked in a locked lot, or at the very least they would push my bag under the seat; knowing the area. There was also a scratch on my car on the front bumper (which couldn't have possibly come from a broken window) and I mentioned it and everyone blew me off. In the moment, it wasn't my main concern and so it wasn't what I was stuck on. I called them today to ask to see if there was any video footage from the lot and the man repeats to me that they're not responsible for anything. I mention the scratch and he tells me i'm lying and making it up, and when I tell him to check the videos that they took or offer to drive my car to him to see, he blows me off and continues to say it's not their fault. How is that possibly not your fault? Your valet scratched my car, who else's fault could that possibly be? He claims that it happened when the window broke. The passenger side window broke and the front bumper of my car is scratched to the point where the paint has been taken off. All he says is, "How is that our fault, we're not liable for damages and that's not our responsibility. buh bye", and hangs up. I was beyond in shock. I believe that a dog would have more sympathy than these grown men did. They handed a 17 year old girl her keys back at 11pm in downtown LA and casually told her the car was broken into and cleared out with a laugh. Thank G-d that I was not too far from home and was able to leave safely, but I feel it is BEYOND irresponsible to not have come to tell me immediately. DO NOT trust these men with your car. Give it to a homeless off the street, find a monkey and ask it to park your car, but not this company. And if you hired some monkeys, you could pay them in bananas, and i'm sure they'd apologize for any damages. Good luck to anyone who works with this company in the future read more

These guys were great. We had a tough, hilly location with limited parking. They found spots with ease. Saved our guest from walking in heels to our party from their parking spots blocks away. The guys presented well with black pants, white shirts and black ties. They had a nice valet station with umbrella that added some class to the event. They showed up on time and did a great job. Talked to owner Kevin Pineda several times about a start date for our restaurant. He confirmed Price and availability and confirmed they'd be there. I texted him the morning of the engagement to confirm. Never got a response. They never showed up. I called him 2 hours after their proposed start time and I finally got a call back (2 hours after they said they'd show). Kevin apologized and said, Sorry, we were too booked today to do your event. He explained to me that these days verbal commitments don't mean anything and that we should not expect anything from them unless we have a contract in writing. To all potential clients: Book this service at your own risk, and only if you are prepared to try to enforce a written contract. Do NOT expect any verbal commitments to hold any water, as confirmed by owner Kevin Pineda himself. Disappointing; I prefer to do business with old school, hand-shake reputable business owners. Used them for a VIP event based on their reviews. I can tell that this wasn't their finest bit of work. They arrived late without all of their equipment. Then after closing out the tab they tried to bill for additional services. I'm not in the valet business but trying to renegotiate pricing days after the event isn't a business practice that that contributes to repeat business. read more

1st Class Valet did a wonderful job for us! We had an engagement party at our home with about 70 guests. The valet parking staff arrived early to set up their signs and directions and proceeded to do a great job parking the cars on our neighborhood streets. At the end of the evening they brought the remaining cars near the house for those that stayed after they were gone. I highly recommend this valet service.
