The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. I am writing this review as a guest who attended a very large event here. I wish I could give ZERO…read morestars, because one star is too many. If you are thinking of hosting an event here, think again! There are so many things that will make your event look bad and your guests will think you made it this way. Parking is valet only. When you pull in, there aren't any signs that say there will be a charge for valet parking. When you leave, a sign magically appears that says parking is $16. You can't park on the street because they have "No Parking" signs posted on the whole block. The signs are from the city, but when I called the city the next day about the signs, I was told that they must have stolen the signs because those signs are not registered to the business. There is a photographer walking around taking pictures. Several hours later, they bring the picture to you. You may think this is a nice gift from the host, but that is not the case. If you want the picture, it is a $25 charge. As it turns out, this photographer is not hired by the host. The venue allows the photographer in (unknown to the host) to take pictures. Our host was mortified when they found out about this. Not only is the food terrible, but they do not provide enough to the table. The table seats 10 people and the food is served "family style" at the table. The plate with the main item had 10 bite-sized pieces of food. The plate was empty halfway around the table. I assume people thought more would be available. One person asked the server if they could bring more. They said they could not, and would have to ask the host if they would be willing to buy more for the table. Of course, we were not going to have that done. Our host later found out about this and was never told that the amount of food would be so miniscule, and that they would need to pay extra so that everyone could be fed. The venue is not in a good area. There are a lot of homeless people around and gang writing on the neighboring buildings. This probably explains why there are several security guards outside. Do not have your event here -- and if you are invited to an event here, I would think twice about going!

He did not greet us, barely acknowledged us, and continued looking at his phone instead of making any effort to engage with us or show genuine interest in giving a tour. It's unfortunate because the inside of the venue did have potential, but the overall experience made it very clear that this was not a place where we felt valued or welcomed as potential clients. The exterior was also dirty, and there were several unhoused individuals camped nearby, which added to the poor first impression. At the end of the day, we do not spend money where we are not treated with basic respect. This was a hard no for us.
