We needed valet service for an event at a private home up in the hills where it's a little bit difficult to arrange for parking. Mario was incredibly easy to work with, was flexible about our hours, provided me with a very competitive quote that he was able to put on paper and send to me via email very quickly. I had another company that I was seriously considering but they couldn't match his final price. The guys he sent over were very pleasant, easy to work with, set up quickly and provided excellent service. For anyone else, who's new to hiring a valet service for an event, I realized today - don't forget to provide water and access to a bathroom, since those guys work pretty hard and the event time minimum is usually 4 hours. I had my company party tonight with 60 people. Mario told me he would have three valets at my home 30 minutes before the party started, which would've been 5 PM. He nor any of his employees showed up. Mario never answered the phone. I can't imagine this company can stay in business. Now it is 11:25 pm. He just sent me a contract for next Sunday, what a ridiculous ploy. I called from 5 pm to 6 pm, wondering where his guys were, never returned a call. In addition, we spoke on Friday. If it rained, which was forecast, would his guys have appropriate cover? He assured me they would have umbrellas. Then, pretend it was next week--the weak response of irresponsible unscrupulous bandit under the masquerade as valet company. Thank goodness I didn't pay him upfront. Its not about the money I have several employees who are disabled. I hope no one ever get taken by this company. I wanted to impress my guest for my 50th birthday party and decided to hire statewide valet to avoid my guest from having to park blocks away from my hillside home in Baldwin Hills. If you are looking for a professional valet company, look no further. Statewide were on time, provided the valet umbrella and key lock box. I received no complaints from my guests. During the run up to the event, we had special requests for Mario and his team, which they accommodated, and even had to change the parking arrangement, start time and estimated number of cars just a day prior to our event.
