Ouch this was day of and now its full of pus.

I was debating whether to post this review, but at this point I'm honestly annoyed. I paid $100 for both my husband's nails and mine, only to end up with nails that feel mutilated. It's been about a week and they're still hurting. The staff was kind, but the quality of the work was terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I'm very disappointed every time I go; I never manage to get beautiful nails. That's why I won't be coming back. Kevin, put some love into your work.

My go-to nail salon. Kevin always do a fantastic job doing my nails! He is always on point and a perfectionist. Tina and Anna give great pedicures. Overall aways an great experience. Plus they serve me mimosas..

Powder refill, same color, no cut down of nail.

I have went in twice so far and got two different prices for a refill. Same color powder, no cut down or anything special. First time was 40.00 second time was 45.00. I saw something about the price being 25.00 for same color. I need a menu price list please.

It's taken me a while to write this review because I didn't know how to explain what happened to me. I csme here because I wanted to receive a pedicure at a place that uses the sanitary bags in the pedicure bowls. I saw in the reviews that they did so I went it. I went early one morning, shortly after they opened and there was only one person inside. I thought that was a good sign and would mean I could get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I chose from the pedicure menu and settled into my seat thinking that I would be out in an hour, only to end up at the salon for almost three hours!! The woman doing my feet took damn near two hours just for basic pedicure services. She was rough with my feet and I jerked my foot out of her hands a few times when she was cutting unnecessarily deep in my left big toe but she would pat my foot and keep going. It took her FOREVER. They opened at 10am and I walked in shortly after but I didn't leave until 1:30pm. The woman spent the whole time speaking to someone else in another language so I have no idea why it took her so long, but I was very concerned when she seemed to be finished even though she didn't do any of the wax or scrubbing salts or anything that I asked for. When she stood up I decided I would pay for a basic service and go find a better place, but then a man sat down and started painting my toes. I's asked for the cat eye design, which was really cute, but I had no idea it was so involved. It was another 20-25 minutes for that polish. After he finished, the woman returned to do the remainder of the services I ordered. My big toe was so sore so I couldn't really enjoy the hot stones, paraffin, or scented scrub. My toe was incredibly sore for the next two weeks and then I was horrified to find the skin around my nail darken and then peel off!! It was scary and I hope she didn't give me an infection. Even though the design was cute, I will NEVER go here again.

    I'm ready!

I was past due for a little self care and pampering so I called my regular nail tech for an appointment. She didn't have any openings, so I decided to try Tricycle Nails. First let me say, if you're looking for an inexpensive salon, this is not the place; but if you want baby soft feet with a well done tips and toes, you will be in for a treat. I loved the decor. The staff are very kind and attentive. The results speak for themselves.

My nails that look totally natural!!!

After trying three different salons over the course of the last five months, I think I found my nail home! I went in today for the first time to Tricycle Nail. I was promptly greeted. Kevin approached me to ask what I wanted to have done. I explained what I wanted and he understood. He completed my service in less than 40 minutes and it looks exactly the way I hoped! I'm so thankful to Kevin and will be back in two weeks to keep my nails filled and looking great. Thank you so much Kevin.

Steven did an absolutely amazing job I usually go to another salon but I wanted to try somewhere closer to where I live so I went in here and I don't think I'm ever going back to my old salon I am literally obsessed with how well the job was done also it the set up and packages they have for pedicure was super cute and I'm definitely gonna have to get a pedicure next time

    Full set by Kevin.

Recently moved to the area and was very skeptical about trying a new place bc I'm very particular about my pedicures and full sets. However; after looking over their IG, I was attracted to Kevin's work. I made an appointment and while Kevin was running a little behind, they immediately started on the pedicure. I didn't get the most expensive pedicure but it was def a high quality experience. My nails really exceeded my expectations! Kevin did amazing!

Super nice and very meticulous! They are very friendly and I came in as a walk-in with no wait. Will be coming back soon, thank you

I had some pretty thick acrylics from the last place I had a bad experience with. I needed them, taken off and replaced with a new set of stilettos. Unfortunately, this was also a bad experience. The first lady that was trying to take off my nails seemed very annoyed at the situation and the man that took over for her did a good job taking my nails off, although I got handed off to yet another tech for the filing and polish, I was charged $95 for what should be about a $65 set. I can see it being a charge for long nails, but these are medium length at best. I also didn't get any cuticle oil at the end. I think that if they didn't want to do the type of nails that I wanted they should've told me they could not do it. I've paid less for longer nicer, looking nails, so the reviews that say this place is decently priced I would have to disagree. I will continue my search to find a nearby nail salon that can actually do long stiletto nails.

They are reopened! I love the new decor. However the price list for pedicures has some mild changes. $5 difference. They are offering 20% off if you get your nails and toes done together. They still have the bar in full effect. Overall it was a peaceful experience.

Wonderful staff, and my nails and pedi turned out near perfect. If I lived here I would go to this salon very often. It was the perfect mom get away.

I have a nail tech that I absolutely love and always book with because she consistently does an amazing job. Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be an issue with the online scheduling system, I wasn't able to see my usual technician today and was assigned to someone else. Since I wasn't with my regular tech, I even simplified the design I originally wanted. The only change I requested was to switch the blue glitter in the inspiration photo to pink glitter. When my nails were finished, they looked nothing like the reference photo. I didn't want to embarrass anyone or make a scene, so I paid, tipped, and tried to convince myself I'd be happy with them. What made the experience even more confusing was that I was charged more than I normally pay with my regular technician--even though I usually get much more detailed nail art than I did this time. After I got home, my children encouraged me to go back because they could tell I wasn't happy. They reminded me that I paid for something that simply wasn't what I had asked for. I returned as politely as I could, hoping the nails could be corrected. From that moment on, the atmosphere completely changed. I felt unwelcome for speaking up. The technician became rough while working on my nails, wasn't kind in her interactions with me, and spoke about me while I was sitting there. It made an already uncomfortable situation feel even worse. I never intended to insult anyone or make anyone feel bad. I simply wanted the nails I had paid for, or at least something much closer to the inspiration photo. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly questioning whether I should return to a salon I've loved for over a year. I'm sharing this because I genuinely care about Honey Nail Lounge. One disappointing experience doesn't erase all the wonderful appointments I've had there, but the way my concerns were handled was far more upsetting than the nails themselves. I truly hope customer feedback can be received with kindness, because loyal clients should never feel uncomfortable for respectfully asking for a correction.

I stopped going to the nail salon around covid. I do go occasionally as a treat to get my feet done. It's June 2026. Went to use a gift card I've had since Christmas since this isn't my normal place. The nail tech was tired! She was. You could tell she was wore out. Exhausted. My pedicure was horrible. If you ever go get your feet done and they use tools laying in a basket. NOT sterile run. This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.

I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.
