The first being that I have never been seen right at my appointment time. I always make an appointment yet still have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes- sometimes I can see that my tech is not even close to being done so will leave for the store, come back, and still wait a few minutes. They have your number on file when you book an appointment, so its pretty frustrating that they don't simply call to give you a heads-up to show up 10-20 minutes later. It would be courteous and would waste much less of my time. I cannot recommend pedicures. I had to stop getting them done here after 3 in a row where my nails were filed down too hard and left me with nerve pain for days afterwards. Will not let them touch my feet again as unfortunately the staff has clearly not been properly educated in this aspect. Another small issue is that they do not have intake fans at the stations, so if you have any kind of filing or drilling done the powder will be inhaled by you. It is not pleasant, I don't mind it getting on my clothes honestly but breathing it in is awful. Regardless, the service is simply the best I have found in the area after much trial and error for the liquid gel nails so I deal with it.

I immediately noticed the sign out front saying 30% off so that made me excited. I was immediately greeted by the owner and his wife. They were very nice and welcoming. The shop appeared clean. The furniture was very nice. I got the pedicure menu and picked my choice (I forgot the name). Regardless, I'm 100% confident whatever you choose you will be happy.
