Love the products. They work!!! Nicole's business is a great natural, healthy option in the community. I have also done the yoni steams which I am a witness it helped me heal from heavy flows and bad cramps. I have been using the batana oil shampoo and oil. The products are very much helping my scalp. The business is very professional. Thank you.
I have never been in store but have bought online. I am convinced that their Extra Strength Ph Balancing Feminine Wash is what helped me clear BV in just about 3 months! I highly recommend! I love the natural ingredients! I just now ordered some herbal blends. I am hoping they work just as well!
Let me say, I truly enjoyed getting my Yoni Steam today. The place is beautifully set up with queen chairs nice lighting with a cute a fireplace. I recommend if you haven't tried it you should. I plan to come monthly to continue the experience.
I came across this place on IG after the owner shared a video of a woman stealing from her store. She stated the woman had stolen several times. I felt bad and wanted to support. I love supporting black owned businesses especially if it's owned by a black woman. I head over the next day. I wasn't really familiar with this area of Inglewood but it took me about 30 mins from dtla. Anyhoo when I walked in there were two other people in the store. I don't think there was any acknowledgement from the owner. She looked up and went back to helping the other customers. That's fine I knew what I wanted so I started walking around the store to see if they had it. I saw it in powder and just waited for her to finish so she could assist me. After about 5 mins she came over I told her what I wanted and what it was for. She got it for me and I also purchased a few more things including the 7 day colon cleanse. The owner wasnt mean but she wasn't that friendly either but it could just be her demeanor so I'm not going to hold that against her. I'm often told I look like I'm mean....Lol I check out and leave. It wasn't until a week or so later that I looked at the back of the colon cleanse bag and realized it didn't have the ingredients in it. I went to their IG and emailed the address on their page asking for the ingredients. Almost a week went by with no answer so I went back to their IG and messaged them. A few days later I got a response. It listed three ingredients and said "a few others". Um what the the "others". Idk if she thinks I'm trying to steal her concoction but maam I'm trying to make sure I'm not allergic to anything that's in your products. All of the ingredients should be listed on the product to begin with for safety. But if someone is asking you what's in it how can you not tell them?!?! I haven't responded back to her message as of yet but I did give the cleanse away to a friend after she asked for it. Going fwd I doubt if I ever go back in but it's a great place to stop in if you're looking for herbs that are hard to find. She was definitely varies of teas and she can make up something for it to fit whatever issues you are having.
I began going to Empress Organic when they were located in Rancho. I enjoyed their sound baths/mediation class. The class was welcoming and created a safe environment. Now that they relocated to Inglewood, I have begun going for bi weekly yoni steam due to a cyst. My yoni steams are relaxing. The ambiance and music is always on point. I'm looking forward to continuing with the yoni steams to see if there has been an improvement when I follow up with my obgyn. Would highly recommended Empress Organic to anyone seeking a holistic healing approach.
Have you ever heard of a yoni stream? No? Me either till my friend sent me a video on IG she found. We decided to book a friend steam together so we wouldn't chicken out. Day of, walking in you get hit with the smell of eucalyptus. It already reminded me of a spa. The location is very clean and cute. The room that you steam in is super cute with a fake fireplace to soothe you. And you're literally sitting on a throne a cute one at that. Back to the yoni steam, yes it gets warm but not uncomfortable. The herbs used smell really good and act as a natural detox to your yoni. The toilet seat is covered with a disposable seat cover. A clean robe, towel and slippers are provided. The steaming last 55 mins! So make sure you have good company or your phone :) Not sure if the steaming comes with snacks but the gal told us she was coming back with snacks and all we got was a bottle of water. I'm also not sure when or how you even know that your yoni is detoxed afterwards since it wasn't explained prior or after (or maybe I should have read the waiver) But my curiosity did get satisfied. It was a little pricey at $85 + tax (are services taxable?), but I do appreciate the all natural herbal ingredients.
I made an appointment very far in advanced and unfortunately got my period the day before which I didn't expect, so I had to reschedule but the girl was super friendly with rescheduling even though it was my fault. So make sure you book and plan accordingly! Showing up it was a little intimidating but they explained it to me and left me alone to adjust myself which was nice because you gotta sit a certain way and it's not as easy if you're not comfortable. I didn't feel the steam at first but after 5 minutes or so you definitely feel it. It starts to feel kind of sweaty between your legs which is interesting. Overall it's relaxing and I enjoyed it! Will be back to try other things for sure!

This is an update based on tea that I purchased there. The Yoni treatment was great. My period cane early like she said it might. I had no lower back pain like I usually do. So, that was great. The ONLY thing was the tea that I purchased. I told her that my sister and I BOTH had a hard time sleeping and mixed up this tea that she emphasized how it would really put us to sleep... It didn't even make me a little tired and for $40 ($80 for both of us) I really expected to sleep well. It didn't have an effect on either of us which is unfortunate. So, needless to say we won't purchase tea here anymore. The owner is nice and all else went well. But during these times whose got $40 to just throw away?
This place is the real deal! Nicole know her herbs to help women achieve optimal health and fertility. The 'steam' room is perfectly kept and has a soothing, homey feel. There is no hard sell here as other places I've been too. Honest, knowledgeable and empathetic to each unique journey. Can't recommend enough!
Been wanting to try this place out and finally got the chance! The space was calm and quiet, the staff was helpful and welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products and was able to educate me on some of the items I was interested in. Nicole (the owner) was a pleasure to meet and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently started a Parasite cleanse and as I take a week long break before I go back to chasing them down again. Had to reload my herbal arsenal before resuming the battle. Saw Empress Organics on IG and had to give them a try. Glad I did. Was very impressed with the wide range of herbs available in stock. Literally could get what I came for with no problem, but I was unprepared having come by without a full list of what I was either running low on or ran out of completely. However my go-to three staple herbs (Burdock Root Yellow Dock and Dandelion Root) i was able to replenish on the spot. Tastily appointed throughout. Empress Organics covered the gamut of holistic as well as spiritual wellness offerings. More than impressed with Empress Organics and will surely return soon with my list. AMAZING. Writing this as I'm arriving at the end of my 55 min personalized yoni steam. I came in originally for a feminine wash a month ago (which I use daily) and learned about the benefits of a yoni steam. Staff is knowledgeable, nice, and explained everything in detail. Ok, jumping on here because today i got my 3rd Yoni Steam for PCOS and infertility and i just wanted to share how impressed i was with the way empress organics goes about their cleanliness/sanitation! I absolutely love how clean this place is. From the moment i walked in the door you get such an amazing vibe and even how clean it is. Once you walk in the back you can even smell and see how clean and sanitize it is. It is definitely not a chemical smell. Personally cleanliness is a big thing for me and my husband especially getting a service that we are using as part of our journey to conceive as its very important for us. Nicole thank you so much for taking the precautions and steps you do to provide such a safe and clean environment.
