This place is really disappointing. I used to be a loyal customer to them and I was given a new tech which did a horrible job on my lashes. Left my lashes uneven and overlayed them. My lashes from one eye all fell off. I went to a new place and the tech told me they over glued with my own natural lashes and a lot of my own fell off. So disappointing that they hire staff not professionally trained. The owner usually is the last one to close and charge but that day they knew they messed up my lashes because my fill took two hours and the owner took off to avoid me. I used to get my lashes done by a close girlfriend but when she decided to move to Miami I was soo sad & also had no idea who else I could trust to do my lashes lol... Prior to getting my lashes done by this girlfriend I had bad experiences going to chain lash businesses, other friends, and smaller lash boutiques. Soo when I decided to try this place I was a little apprehensive. However, from the moment I walked in I was so nicely greeted & the boutique was clean with a very soothing/calm vibe. For my first appt I only came for a 3 week fill. I swear I had closed my eyes around 6:35 & I kid you not by like 7 I awoke to having full lashes again which is record time!! Typically my fills would take at least 1 hour which even with my girlfriend doing them is still an hour more out of my time lol. But this time around my lashes looked full again & beautiful. I was so impressed!! Since the moment I went inside they treated me so nice and explained to me all the different styles. I love how perfect my eyelashes look!! The eyelash tech who helped me was amazing in every way. I said that I've done thick lashes before and prefer them to be simple and not thick.
