I was refunded $82.65 of $161.83. I'm very satisfied and was happy they were so forthcoming in addressing my issue. It appears they did an excellent job of pressing (Haven't laid it out on bed yet). 4 stars for the miscommunication and consequent additional time on my part.

We felt discouraged, thinking that they were unsuccessful. But far from it... they even took the comforter out of the bag, inspected it carefully and gave us the thumb up. The stain was gone!! They even carried it out to the car. But I was extremely disappointed to find out it was machine washed instead, it was not dry cleaned and was not hand pressed. They broke 4 buttons and has wrinkles on shirt. Mine was a $120 dress shirt, brand new. There is a reason why I paid for dry cleaning, and not for machine wash. But they did machine wash/press and it just ruined my dress shirt. I would avoid this place by all means.

But, one time, I went in on a Saturday instead of weekday and got the female owner, she was not nice at all! When I picked up the sweater set, I pointed out that I always get charged for 1, instead of 2 items, she yelled at me!
