The manager went ahead and prepped me for my nail techs (Felix and Tory) by gently taking off my previous polish. I was asked to validate my parking and then gifted my complimentary choice of wine (a Merlot). Felix was my pedicure tech and a dream to have working on my feet. I chose the very basic express pedicure as I had another time commitment, but WOW his attention to detail, gentle yet firm hands, and warm personality were exactly what I needed that day. He was very willing to talk like we were old friends (his words!) and personally I loved that. I truly felt pampered, not handled as I have previously felt at nail salons. Tory was a bit quieter but honey that lady can do manicurist magic on natural nails. She kept commenting on how excellent my nail health/length was and was excited to work on them even though my service was technically no frills... shoutout to my gma and those genetics though! What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail, precision, and gentleness that I experienced here. No yanking, no bleeding, no overly trimmed cuticles, no rushing. From start to finish it was 1.5 hours which is very fair. My subtotal was between $85-$90 but be mindful that this price included a 15% first-timer discount. There might be a bit of a language barrier at times with a few of the techs but it certainly didn't detract from the entire experience. A win!
