A great place to spend a little money but yet have a ton of fun :)

I have to comment first about how exceptionally clean the facilities were! The food was great: pizza and grilled chicken sandwiches, specifically. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We loved Laser Tag and Miniature Golf. If you are looking for someplace 100+ better than Chuck E. Cheese - you really should try Enchanted Castle. read more

Hubby and I took the three grandkids, ages 6, 8 & 10, on a Monday. It was the last day of a spring break special that offered 6 hours of unlimited laser tag, go karts, bumper cars, mini golf, playland, and inflatables play area for $28. The staff was very friendly, and we especially liked seeing that the go kart staff was so safety conscious. Although it's been around for awhile, everything was well-maintained and the food and restroom areas were very clean. We also appreciated the staff member at the food counter who pointed out a pizza and game token special that saved us some money. It wasn't very busy so it's hard to say what it's like on a weekend, but the kids loved it, and we'll be checking the website regularly for future promotions. read more

Great place took my wife and kids there at they had a blast. My daughter had the most fun she went on the go karts with my son. Who loved it they also went to the laser tag place and had a BLAST!! read more

This is one of my favorite indoor amusement parks. The go karts are amazing and fun, the laser tag is new and exciting, and the catapult ride, though it may seem for children, is actually super fun. The only downside is that it's pretty pricey, entrance wise and token wise, and hard to win tickets, so we normally go just for attractions. read more

Worst experience ever i had my daughters first birthday here my host was running late and when she finally got there looked like she wanted to slit her wrists at our table she didnt play any of the games we saw other partys playing with there hosts she didnt get a crown or a coupon book not that we would go again there go karts were electric and slow every game me and my guest went to there were problems with and to top it off they tried to give me the wrong bday cake when we were ready to sing happy bday to her sorry i decided to give them a chance. read more

We spent a few hours here on a weekday morning, so it was not crowded. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice, large, uncrowded arcade with many games. An additional wing with laser tag games running every half hour, as well as bumper cars, a twirling ride and indoor (electric) go carts. The facility was clean (including restrooms), in good working order. Food court area was a little drab, but clean enough and food was satisfactory, prices not as high as I feared. We had a great time! Would return for sure, and we are 50 minutes away. read more

I wondered why I never came here, but on Sunday February 8, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. I found out why. These people are horrible. I was completely racially discriminated against from a "LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER" Can you believe it?? Umm yes. Here I was standing up waiting for my two year old daughter to complete her pizza and my handicap mother sitting at the table and a officer which was very weird to see him cleaning up tables, asked a woman that I didn't know that we would have to sit together, the woman and I both looked at each other confused. Yes the other woman was BLACK. He kept assisting we sit next to each other. She replied 'I don't know her" I then told him, we are not together. He disregarded what we said and when some other people came back there and told him we don't know them, he then said "Oh you should have said something" I'm sorry but all BLACK people don't look like. He kept coming to our area even when people was sitting there, but there was a HUGH amount of Hispanics with leftover coats that he didn't bother. This ultimately disgusted me and I will never be somewhere and patronize a place as such. I wish there was a way where we can provide NO STARS!!!! read more

I would like to start with the first phone call that I made to the venue. Sue was extremely angry. I pressed on because my 8 year old really wanted to play laser tag there. I can tell you that the venue itself is wonderful. I started my Sunday the 26th of February off with a late sit down 4:15pm. We were scheduled for a 4pm party in the party room. We never got menus to order food for the adults at our party. We proceeded to ask another waiter and he put our order in for us. My guests and I passed out the pizzas and pitchers of pop that finally came at 5:30pm. Yes 5:30pm! Then the children finally got their tokens and wristbands to start their play at maybe 5:50 or 6:00pm. At this point my adults had been there for about 2 hours and the food that was ordered for them finally came when my husband and friends went to pick it up at the window from the food court. Brandon our waiter was never around he served some pizza and we never saw him again. I cannot believe that he kept telling my husband and myself that "two waiters called off today". We heard that repeatedly. My moms and myself cleaned the table to make way for the cake that sat out the entire party when I was told it was in the fridge. Brandon could not light a candle for us, we only had one. The manger just gave us tokens for the children to play more games on a Sunday at 7pm! I did not want to speak to him anymore. We needed plates and forks to eat cake and Brandon just gave us the serving tray so that we could pass them out ourselves. The party next to us had his attention. Brandon served there cake, pizza, punch, and help them sing happy birthday to the child. In total my husband and I spent over $700.00 at Enchanted Castle to be treated like a second class citizen. I called to make reservations for my daughters 4th bday party 3 weeks in advance and provided a deposit. I called with the final headcount for the attending guest 4 days prior to the party as instructed by the so called "manager". Only to find out ( that day) because i had 5 ,more adults on my list then i had children, that i was "required" to pay for half of my entire guest list, NOT JUST CHILDREN, adults too. ridiculous !!!!!!!!!! In almost every case, there will be more adults than children when the party is for a toddler, Idiots! Not only that, I canceled reservation because of this, leaving me 4 days to plan an entire party for my 4 year old. I was initially told by the "manager" i would receive my deposit back by with 3-7 business days, then told 5-10 business days. Well guess what, it's been 10 business days and no signs of my deposit. The manager is rude and the so called corporate number that was provided to me (a mobile phone number) that person was no help either ! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ENCHANTED ABOUT THIS PLACE! My nephew and his wife paid for a package for 4 hours for their 1 year old's birthday party. Not only did the staff let the air out of the bouncer 30 minutes early, they forced the entire party out of one area and told them to move to another area. They gave us issues with the cake being on the table saying they needed to take it to the car because they thought we were trying to cut it and continue the party. A staff member walked up and tried to take the cake off the table without anyone's clearance. When we interjected she said, "YOU HAVE FIVE MINUTES TO TAKE IT OUT TO THE CAR!" They continued to tell a party of over 20 men, women and children to sit at 3 tables ONLY! They started placing reserved placards on each table and called security. When I asked for to go containers one of the staff members threw 3 of them on the counter without a word and walked away. That did it for me. If you MUST visit this Place, beware that melanin May have adverse effects on your experience. A one year old's birthday celebration became an uncomfortable battle zone! read more

What a surprisingly great time we had tonight! We scheduled my son's 10th birthday party for 10 friends and decided on a Monday night at 5:00. (Definitely suggest week night instead of weekend or summer daytime!). We were greeted by Victor when we arrived. He made our party such a success! He kept the boys entertained and had a great way of refocusing them instead of disciplining them. He took care of the kids' pizza, drinks, adult orders and cut up/ served our store bought cake for us. He was entertaining and kept the "sit down" part of the party moving with karaoke, games and fun! I had very low expectations for this part of the night but Victor exceeded in every way! Thank you! We went on to play laser tag (lots of fun!) go karts (a real hit!), bumper cars and on to coin games. We underestimated the amount of time it would take for the kids to "buy" their crap with their game tickets.... Way too high "priced" for very little value... But that's how it goes. We just had my daughter's 6th b'day party there and it was phenomenal. The hostess was wonderful. She did ALL the work and I just sat there and enjoyed the party. My daughter loved spinning the wheel, playing games up on stage and winning tons of tickets. Everything moved smoothly. The pizza was wonderful (everyone thought so) and the pop flowed freely. The serving sizes that came with our package were very filling. We ordered an extra pizza just to be safe but found we didn't need it. LEFTOVERS!! The added bonuses for the birthday girl were REALLY great. When we finished in the party room, we went to the gaming area and everyone had a blast. The games are extremely generous with tickets and very fairly priced when compared with other arcade style games. We had a wonderful time and I will gladly plan my next party there. I spent the same amount I spent at Chuck E. Cheese last year and got SO much more for my money. I'm so happy. read more
