The staff and Dentists here don't treat disabled people well. Last time I was escorted out in an ambulance because of my medical condition and today they kept me on hold for several minutes and then when I could not sit still due to my illness, they said they can't make another appointment because I "missed my last 3" and that's policy. I guess as long as you are a healthy bodied adult, this office might be ok. read more

My experience was pretty good here. It was about 8 years since my last dental visit, and I know I had some gum recession. They got me scheduled for a cleaning, and we split them up into two visits. They handled all the insurance stuff, which is great. My first visit with Dr. Wong was great, maybe some white coat syndrome for my vitals, but otherwise it was good. She was kind and knowledgeable. Also, congrats on the upcoming newborn. My second visit was my first cleaning with AJ. I thought he was perfect, kind, and awesome. I almost asked for him again specifically; he made me feel comfortable. My third visit was with Andrea, who is pretty freaking cool. We talked about kids, New Mexico, and other things. I really liked her demeanor and professionalism. I'm pretty happy I went here and started to get my teeth back in good health. I do have two more visits, and if they go sideways, I will update my review. However, I do not anticipate this happening. read more

The first time I came into this dentistry, I was recommended for a root canal. I ended up not getting the root canal, but I was told that this was going to be my primary dentist now.. I was made aware of this at the time of my root canal by one of the receptionist . I also went to the VA dentistry and they had said that all they needed to do is supply them with the proper documentation or paperwork submitted for the cleanings. I would be using them through the VA system.. I just made a phone call to one of the receptionist trying to get help and we had a misunderstanding and she got very course with me. I will not be using this dentistry because I think that this lady was very unprofessional when she knew very well that I needed help and that I have not been seen for a cleaning and quite some time. All she had to do is do some research and do some follow up or try to help me in someway. Instead, she got direct with me and stating that I was the issue. It seems like nobody wants to submit proper paperwork or to get in communication with me and trying to resolve the issue instead they want to point fingers and play the blame game. After I spoke to this young lady, the receptionist on the phone there's no way I will be using this dentistry. read more

I wanted to take my son in for a cleaning but they wouldn't see him without taking his X-rays, which I won't consent too, they are harmful and unnecessary, he's 6 and has great dental hygiene, no reason for it. My entire family of 5 were patients there. I guess I'll take our business elsewhere. read more

This place makes my blood boil every time i have to take my kids for follow-ups for their braces. I've had many issues, but most recently I'm only left with a 3pm option for their next appt.... this happens everytime, Meaning we are forced to take the kids out of school early every month. "The later appts are taken".... this is what I'm consistently told, meaning my kids are forced to miss school every month. Today they suggested we push back their appt. a week in order to get a later appt, only to be then told that, that following week they only had a 3p appt avail.....ugh! If this was the only issue, I wouldn't be writing this review, but it's not, as I mentioned I've had issues multiple times. They know that they have you over a barrel given that they are under contract for the orthodontics for 2 children...I promise the 3rd child will not have his braces done (if needed) here. I feel Enchanted Hills Dentistry and Orthodontics needs to get their crap together, from billing mishaps, clerical issues and logistical issues. read more

Both my husband and I have been going to this dentist for about four years, what we really like (out of convenience) is the state of the art machinery, they have the ability to make crowns in the office (easy-peasy) and their staff makes us feel comfortable. Avoid this shady dental practice! Rio Rancho, you are being fleeced by a dental practice that "claims" to use up-to-date dental technology, but this is not true and they will also try to upsell you on services you likely do not need. For example, there are modern digital forms of x-rays being used in the market, but this place is still using old style x-rays, exposing their patients to unnecessary radiation. The furnishings of this office look old and worn, likely recycled from an old dental practice in the 80's. The lobby is also not inviting. The office feels gross and outdated....being located in a Wal-Mart parking lot should tell you everything you need to know. I had higher expectations as a new resident to Rio Rancho and walked out of my appointment disturbed by how I was treated as a first time patient. I can only imagine if this happened to me, I'm sure others have also had less than stellar appointments. It's no wonder the dentist moved from Scottsdale, AZ to here, because he would never have survived running an outdated practice like this in Scottsdale. Take some ownership and responsibility for your dental practice and show some pride. Maybe visit your bank and take out a loan and try making an investment in your practice. Maybe try having another hygienist available to assist so your patients are not being shelled around and told to come back for a simple cleaning, then you won't have to make excuses for your substandard employees. Your patients have schedules to adhere to and they schedule appointments and expect things to occur during those appointments. You cannot expect your patients to come back later in the day just because you mismanage your practice and cannot properly staff it! The residents of Rio Rancho deserve better than what this office has to offer and we should not have to settle for substandard dental care by some schmuck who thinks he can make a buck here by fleecing the people of Rio Rancho with substandard dental care. read more

She was incredibly thorough, addressed all my concerns and had immediate insight into my dental issues and how to resolve them. All the staff was friendly, patient and informative. I visited on Monday and only have good things to say! I had throbbing pain in a molar that had always been problematic after I had a wisdom tooth extraction more than decade ago. Given the urgency, I was so glad I was able to come in and see Dr. Tram right after the weekend. The process up to, during, and after the procedure was very smooth. I was able to do my health questionnaire online before the visit so checking in with Kelly at the front desk was a breeze. Cassandra did my x-ray using one of the newest machines I'd ever seen, and it came up right away and was really clear. Turns out the nerve was dying and I needed a root canal. Dr. Tram did my procedure to help alleviate the pressure and save the tooth and it was the smoothest, least painful dental procedure I've ever had. Today, my tooth pain is pretty much gone! This is a very modern clinic with really nice and helpful professionals and I'm very happy to have come here! read more

Great Staff, not to crazy about having to pay for follow ups when you still have discomfort. I had work done and still felt discomfort so I went for visit hoping to alleviate the discomfort only to be given an estimate of work to be done on top of what wasn't done initially, then was handed a bill for the visit! I usually have some pretty bad anxiety with any dental procedure but not here! The ladies at the front are knowledgeable about the procedures, pricing and super awesome. Andrea did my cleaning and almost put me to sleep. Dr. Graziano made me feel very comfortable and I actually let him do my filling my first visit with him. (I usually will not have any procedure done my first visit with a new dentist since I'm a chicken!) All the hygienists and assistants are soft handed and very friendly.
