We were very happy with each phase of our first day with this company. They set us up with their 1st available appointment that was over a month out, but put us on a call earlier list if there is a cancellation. This was great for us, because as retirees we could be available at a days notice. Both of us got calls to come in earlier than our scheduled appointments. Front desk staff were very efficient at processing Maggie & I as 1st time patients. The dental team makes the 1st appointment 2hrs long to do a very thorough exam. They want your input to get your level of involvement in the dental care process. The equipment they have is top of the industry standard. It gives the patient a good view of dental issues, allowing a more knowledgeable choice by patient & Dentist. We never felt pressured to additional care that wasn't truly required at the present time. We were given a break down priority list of items needed & told they would work with us on payment steps based on the priority list. Even given discounts on how payments can be made. I see them on Monday for 1st step in fixing some of my issues. We highly recommend this Dental Care Family

My first visit with Dr. Wong was great, maybe some white coat syndrome for my vitals, but otherwise it was good. She was kind and knowledgeable. Also, congrats on the upcoming newborn. My second visit was my first cleaning with AJ. I thought he was perfect, kind, and awesome. I almost asked for him again specifically; he made me feel comfortable. My third visit was with Andrea, who is pretty freaking cool. We talked about kids, New Mexico, and other things. I really liked her demeanor and professionalism. I'm pretty happy I went here and started to get my teeth back in good health. I do have two more visits, and if they go sideways, I will update my review. Their response was that, I needed to fill out the forms before the appointment. They made me cancel the appointment. Very rude and not helpful staff. The reason I made the appointment was because they have good reviews but they fooled me because the reviews that I read were old( 11 months ago, the most recent one). I do not know what changed but I definitely do not recommend this office to any seniors not familiar with filling out forms online
