There aren't enough superlatives in my vocabulary to do the place justice, so I'll just share my experience. I first stopped in because I was new in town and was in desperate need of a repair. My wife and I had just relocated from many states away, and the rigors of four days' worth of road food had taken a toll on my partial. Two teeth had fallen out, and the drugstore repair kits I bought only worked until I actually had to eat something, at which point I nearly ate my own teeth. Dr. Thompson examined my extensively reconstructed mouth, took copious x-rays and mental notes, and two days later I had my partial back. It looked brand new, except it was *stronger* than before. And the bill was negigible! I couldn't believe it. It helps to have good insurance, but I was stunned by the low cost and the extremely high level of care at Summit Family Dental. My wife and I immediately signed up as new patients. We've been back several times since, and we're always pleasantly surprised by how little we have to pay out of pocket. But it isn't about the money, it's about the quality of care, and the calibre of people who provide that care. Jocelyn is a miracle worker when it comes to navigating the often confusing business of insurance and billing, and Dr. Thompson is kind and patient, the quintessential professional. That level of of professionalism is reflected throughout the entire staff. Summit Family Dental is a warm, welcoming place with a comfy waiting room, a squeaky-clean bathroom, and an excellent selection of Kuerig coffees at the coffee station. But it's the people who make it the special place that it is. Giant kudos to Dr. Thompson, and Jocelyn, and the rest of the crew!

My first visit with Dr. Wong was great, maybe some white coat syndrome for my vitals, but otherwise it was good. She was kind and knowledgeable. Also, congrats on the upcoming newborn. My second visit was my first cleaning with AJ. I thought he was perfect, kind, and awesome. I almost asked for him again specifically; he made me feel comfortable. My third visit was with Andrea, who is pretty freaking cool. We talked about kids, New Mexico, and other things. I really liked her demeanor and professionalism. I've been scared to get it treated because I've never needed such extensive dental treatment done. This office is amazing! Everyone is SO nice! They offer IV sedation for ANY dental service - including cleaning - and each station has a patient TV in front of where you look AND above the chair for you to look at and zone out! The dentist himself was really reassuring and never showed any judgment. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time and was eager to book my treatments to get everything handled. I had to start the process of getting two crowns and it was okay. I hate this process but Dr. Marshall and his staff made an unpleasant process tolerable. The pain factor was minimal to none , which is always a good thing. So far so good. I'm pleased with this Doctor and his office staff. Rachelle cleaned my teeth and she was very gentle. Thank you guys! UPDATE! When I went back for the permanent two crowns in the front they didn't match. The team went for another match and another and the lab just couldn't get it right. It was the two teeth on either side of the center front bottom teeth. So, it was pretty obvious when they didn't match. This last time, they didn't match again so Dr. Marshall said he would replace all 4 crowns (he didn't do the center two) so they will match. The temporaries look fantastic! I'm waiting for the permanent ones. Fingers crossed, but I'm sure they will be beautiful!!! They really work with you!!!

The past is the biller does not really know her job well, it took 6 months many calls to get billing correct, and an upset office worker before they figured out how to bill insurance. I wondered why he wouldn't take a follow up xray to be sure it was a complete extraction. The office staff lied to me about my insurance coverage of a very involved procedure. I have proof. They lied to my brother about his insurance coverage for 2 different procedures. Check with your own insurance company BEFORE you have any work done at Sundance. Don't make the mistake we made in trusting their estimates. Also, they violate HIPPA.
