I had a Play Hawaii coupon here for a 2 hour Swedish Massage, but after talking with the owner about any issues or pain, she offered to do a deep tissue that would last for about 75-90 minutes...I was sold because I am always in need of a therapeutic massage rather than one that relaxes. Lights turned off, music quietly playing, I was ready! I told her that I was a runner and run about 5 times a week...and that I carry all my tension in my shoulders...She worked a lot on my legs and my shoulders..perfect! My calves were super sore that morning and she worked it out...I was sore afterward, but the next day, I felt GREAT! She managed to work out all the tightness in my leg muscles, leaving me feeling really great the next day! I think I will start incorporating massages after any long runs!
