Many appointments went good. A couple went bad. Last appointment I was in with bf, both masseuse were talking non stop. Loud. Laughing. Talking. For the entire hour. I was so upset, i had to stop the massage before it was done. It's so fucking rude. Please note, this was not the first time, just the loudest and longest time. Other times I went, either my company didn't mind, nor wanted to speak up, or I simply didn't want to speak up because it's awkward. But imagining sitting there for your whole massage wondering when they would stop screaming!? Also note- one time i called and ask how much it would be extra to focus on my shoulders, the man on the phone said no extra charge, but when i finished my massage the lady said it was $40 extra. I asked for 1.5 hours, she said NO because she worked too hard on my back. Fucking rude how are they still open. Don't go to their sister location up the street either. I expected the owner to reach out and apologize for his employees behavior. It's been about 2 to 3 weeks. No one's calling me so I'm leaving this review cheap ass massage place.

It is right next to the Ross parking lot. They have showers and a cold bath. He massaged around my left arm and shoulder where it was hurting and made it feel much better. The masseuse I had was really working hard on my sore spots, neck, shoulder and lower back, she used pressure point technic that felt sore at certain parts that I did not even know I was sore, but completely relieved afterward, she got rid of my sore knots.
