I went to this location for a second time to drop off my two small children, both boys, ages, four and six. They absolutely adore coming here and view it as a special treat, and I enjoy it because they are able to interact with others and have a stimulating and fun place to play while I can take personal time for myself. We left our toddler for about 1.5 hrs and it was a really good experience. Check-in was easy, we just had to pay registration fee, show birth certificate for proof and they had a cubby to drop extra clothes and shoes. When we picked her up she looked very happy. We had called about a week in advance to know more and they were very informative over the phone too. Highly recommend this place for hourly day-care. This literally saved us for an appointment. The employees treat their customers like complete crap, ZERO customer service in this dump!! They never smile to greet you, never happy playing with the kids, never a cheerful vibe in that place. My daughter hated going there, and now I know why. All the adults that work in there are miserable, bad attitudes and look like they hate their lives. I've taken my daughter there for years and was recently treated horribly by Gina and the manager Gigi. These two are the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever met. They have Extreme attitudes. The manger was rude and disrespectful to me, did not hear my concerns, didnt let me talk, she talked over me, cut me off, then hung up on me!! This is my go-to for last minute care or as a back up. I love the flexibility they offer parents. The staff is very patient, kind and sweet. My kids sincerely enjoy coming here. They look forward to seeing their friends occasionally. This is a great place for the kiddos to go have fun, play, do crafts, participate in the events they have and so on. They have a section with video games as well as a movie room. Lots of options for the kids to pick from! Continued to use this facility because of the convenient location near me.And I really liked all the workers besides the bad experience I had with the owner. However today as I picked up my child she threatened me that since I still use the service that I needed to update my review as it was hurting there reviews. She also stated she could pay $300 to have the review removed!!! Another edit to respond to the owners response! You said asked to stay for an hour or two was the exact reason why I got upset in the first place. I had asked if I could stay and watch for a few minutes!! And you responded with we can't just have parents stay for hours! I was really thrown off by that response. I also was shocked that you were the owner because of how rude you were not because you said the same thing as your director. I also did not say I spoke to the owner and she said I could. The lady that runs this place does not care about my child's well being. They get mad at kids for showing emotions, like crying, and tell them to stop which is not how you should teach kids how to handle their emotions. It teaches them that it's not okay. Great alternative for a babysitter! My husband and I almost missed a concert because we couldn't find a sitter. A friend told me about this place and decided to try it out on a Saturday night (open until 11pm). My boys (9 and 6) said they had a good time (watched a movie), and I liked that they were able to be with their 2 year old sister at all times, otherwise, it wouldn't have been an option if they had to split up. It's definitely more expensive then a babysitter ($18.50 for 3 kids), but it was a nice option for us so we didn't have to miss our concert. The only reason I gave it one less star is because for the money we paid, I feel there could have been planned activities (arts and crafts,etc.). I'm sure we will definitely take them there again the next time we can't find a sitter. read more

My daughter loves this place. I love that I can drop her off with no notice when my babysitter is sick or on vacation. The day rate is a great price. The staff is very friendly and it's apparent that they love the kids. They do crafts, watch movies, and have lots of fun. At first I was super excited to discover a place where I could just drop my kids off if I needed to. However we got there and at least the person I talked to behind the counter did not seem like someone who would be working with kids. I dropped my kids off anyway to try it out because one person isn't going to change my mind. They were there for three hours. During that time I called to check on them since I've never dropped them off at a daycare center before. The girl on the phone had said they were both playing "at the play dough table." When I asked my son how the play dough table was, he said he never played with the play dough while he was there, so who knows whose kids the person on the phone was watching, but I don't think it was both of mine. To top it off, they promptly got pink eye after their visit, which they've never had before, and I have no doubt they picked it up there, which makes me seriously question how clean it is there. Needless to say, we won't be returning. read more

We take our kids here sometimes since we live very close and is convenient. I take my kids here whenever I have doctor's appointments. None of the staff really seem to be a kids-lover(I always get the impression that they are just doing their "job".) When our kids were younger they used to come home with bruises & cuts & blood on shirts, and when we asked the staff what happened they usually did not have the answer, which really frustrated us at the time. Now our kids are older and they can explain what happened by themselves pretty well, it makes us feel more comfortable. Like some people complaining, they do turn customers away when they are short-staffed. One time we had to wait 20min at the door until the next staff showed up. It's flexible and convenient for some people(like us), but if you are looking for a quality daycare where your child go regularly, I would recommend a different place. read more

My kids love coming here! They actually beg for my husband and I to have a "date night" so that they can hang out at Kids Park. I trust the staff completely and have never had any concerns about my children's well being while under their care. If you are in a jam, or family or friends can't help you out or you don't want to use that resource, this has been an invaluable help for us. The bottom line is, my kids like coming here. That's all I need to know and it's usually very clean. I like the offerings and they do send me e-coupons on occasion. ~ They are usually very courteous and helpful. Again, ultimately the kids being happy and wiling to return is a solid sale for me. Lots of crafts, learning and kid activities ... plus room to run around a bit. It's hidden a bit behind/near La Bou on the east side of 65. The only thing that stinks is that it's not close for us being over on the other side of Roseville (open a Roseville location!), but that's not their fault. read more

Second time taking our kids to this facility . First time went amazing (two hours.) we dropped our two daughters off today for three and a half hours . My youngest is two and she uses the bathroom but wears a pull up and they ate informed about that because they put a sticker on her as a reminder that she needs to be reminded . So we pick up our kids and my two year old foes not have a diaper on ! I left diapers with her name on her diapers and put her name on her bunches of diapers . I showed them they said ok etc. long story short my two year had no diaper on and someone obviously took her diaper off. I tell the attendant and all I got was "oh I'm sorry " very blank lacked complete zero empathy and I said well this will never happen again and she replied ok! Ok you guys are not on top of your stuff , your not checking diapers every two hours you stated . I went over with this before signing my kids up . These staff workers wrote totally and obviously overwhelmed. Also a child pushed my two year old face first down a slide and she now has a black eye and was not given ice! I'm disgusted ! I rather my have any time away with my husband vs having people you trust to take far of your children. This is disgusting ! Never again I will be talking with the owners .
