After a very stressful morning with some rather, spoiled children, there was no better remedy than a meet up with an old friend at a very enchanting place. We were one of many who walked in as soon as they opened and we were greeted with some really friendly staff. I was feeling a little Carrie Bradshaw so I first ordered a cosmopolitan... and a second one. It was quite fabulous. Then I remembered I was on vacation so I followed up with a mojito... and another one. I have to say, it was the perfect drink to make you forget all your worries and a delightful reminder that all will be well in the world. The views were amazing. The ambiance was magical. My husband and I stopped in for a drink last Saturday afternoon, we are local and had never been before. We were seated after only a few minutes by a pleasant host, but unfortunately, she was the only pleasant thing about the experience. The bartender, Tomas, did not greet us. We asked another couple for a menu. I inquired about the 'tableside cocktails' part of the menu, and was quickly told that they don't have the ingredients for it. We were finally able to get a few drinks, and for over $20 a piece, were very lackluster. It took over 10 minutes (with a credit card in the book in front of us) to close out. We never received a 'thank you,' or honestly more than a word or two the whole time from any of the bar staff. For drinks being that pricey, and bartenders probably making pretty decent money, you'd think they would be a little more cheerful to be there. read more

After reading the bad reviews, I was beginning to think we were at a different place. This is a Disney establishment so be prepared to pay more than an average lounge. You're not going to get $2 beers, $4 drinks and happy hours at a hotel lounge that boasts $700-$4000 rooms. If you want that, leave the resort and go to the nearest Ale House. We chose to sit outside on the patio which was super comfortable with plenty of couches for seating. We were promptly helped and ordered our drinks. Drinks came out quickly and they tasted delicious. We waited a while for our drink, and then asked for waters too which never came. We also had to wait for cocktail nuts. There seemed to be only 1 server on New Years, so not sure if it's usually as busy as it was on that night. Amazing, beautiful, service top notch. It's gorgeous subtle Beauty and the Beast themed. Great selection of cocktails and mock tails. Wonderful patio sitting if you want outside, or a gorgeous inside if you want the AC like us. Both bar service and wait staff coming to your table. They even had the library extra room open and it's so cozy. Will stop here every visit now. Also the people complaining about the price are not intelligent or critical thinkers. This is the most expensive property and you pay for the exclusiveness of the bar, it's small so the prices drive people away. That's the point and that's why it is in THE GRAND FLORIDIAN. Any drinks or snacks on property are 25% higher than in the parks because, well, look around you. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF We ordered 3 drinks and didn't get anything for an entire HOUR and when we asked the server where our drinks were, Sam said "it is what it is" and that our drinks would "take as long as they needed to" The people next to us had TWO orders of drinks before we even received our one order of drinks. OMG: I decided to invite a few of my friends for appetizers and drinks in search for a place to host a bridal shower. The waitress we had Courtney was the best!!! She placed us at a table in the private room with a fireplace. Lovely room. This a such a cute hidden gem. The food was amazing all of it. I ordered one of each appetizers. My favorite was the sliders. They leave you wanting more. DELICOUS. I cant say no more YUMMMY!!!! You must try them. We had drinks as well. The Manhattan, I had a cooler with rosemary and mojitos. Needless to say we was having so much fun we ended up like 4 hours later. The cheese plate OMG to die for...... The crab mac and cheese had so much real crab meat in it. We also order the fries that was delicious too. I think by this time I forgotten to take pic and was feeling really good with the mojitos. There's two sides to this bar and lounge. I do plan on going back once everything go's back to normal. Just an amazing place. A must do on a bucket list. It is decorated from the movie beauty and the beast. Employees are wearing mask. The place is spotless. They are following the covid guidelines. I would give this place a 5 stars however I can't. Not because the place didn't deserve it but because there was a hiccup with my friend entering the place at the gate for parking. Apparently she needed a reservation to enter which when you go online it says it dose not require one. The manager came in and explained it to us and also apologized for the mix up. This was our first stop on the monorail bar crawl my partner and I put together for my birthday. We sat in the lounge area in a corner. Originally we wanted to sit on the patio but opted for air conditioning. This place was alittle over priced and the drinks were just ok. I had the Kir which was served in a sticky champagne glass. My partner had the French 75 which we have had better versions elsewhere. There were 2 servers tending to us but they both never seemed to be around. I just so happen to be staying at the Grand Floridian during the soft opening of the new Enchanted Rose Lounge here! The theming of this lounge is absolutely gorgeous. It is very tastefully and subtlety themed with beautiful, rich colors and decor. Our servers were great and attentive with feedback about the menu. There are a couple of drinks that are made table side, with other speciality cocktails that are unique, smooth and delicious. The Lavender Fog went down way too dangerously. ;) the first time we came it was mid-afternoon and they weren't serving food. The second time, though, we popped in around 8pm and I tried the crab gnocchi. It was delicious, not too rich despite the indulgent ingredients, and had a great balance of flavors! Their wine selection was pretty good as well, though some of their wine library was quite pricy. I'll definitely come back here again after the official opening! If you're staying at the Grand, or are looking for a little monorail-stop break from Magic Kingdom, I recommend checking it out! read more

I am a BIG Beauty and the Beast fan and when my husband told me Disney opened a Beauty and the Beast themed bar, I was sooooo excited to go!!! Well... turns out it was all hype and not as exciting I was hoping. The place is small... and we actually didn't even get to sit inside. They sat us on the outside of the bar (still in the building) but over-looking the hotel balcony down to the hotel lobby. The only thing I did enjoy was their Island Rose drink. It was delicious! I'd say come once and check it out but it's not a place I would NEED to come or want to come when we go to Disneyworld. read more

Bartender/ Server "Robert" is a superstar, keep an eye on him to help improve service in other areas of the fast falling F&B reputation in all of WDW. Cocktails are expensive and outstanding, you get what pay for here...nice glassware, super premium spirits, garnish etc. Flatbread and Crab Mac were excellent, but the Brisket sliders were all brioche and no beef. Given the crowd lining up and rushing in at 4pm, maybe you should consider opening up at 3pm. The staff is mostly already there anyway. Final thoughts ? The best overall cocktail lounge inside the mouse house, closely followed by the new Swan - Dolphin lobby bar. read more

We came to enchanted rose after our pre fixe 50th anniversary dinner at California Grill and we had the most horrible experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. First of all, when we sat down at a lounge table outside, the server asked what we wanted, and I requested three espresso martinis as a dessert for my girlfriends and three waters. Our waters were brought out within minutes and we continued to sit outside for approximately 30 minutes with no drinks served. Eventually, one of the girls in my party went to ask a bartender inside if our espresso martinis were still coming. A manager informed her that the server implied we were not being served because we had too much to drink. I was completely offended and baffled by the fact that they would let us continue to sit and wait for our service without informing us of this absurd decision. The only thing that I can even fathom is that they forgot about us, and maybe the server used that as an excuse for her wrongdoing. The only things we had to drink prior to arriving at Enchanted Rose were the 3oz wine pairings we had at our pre fixed dinner with each course. I am extremely disappointed, mortified, and upset with the way that my girlfriends and I were treated and will be sure to let my friends, family, and coworkers know how disrespectful and rude the servers and managers are here. Very classy place. A nice escape if you want to go somewhere "adult-ish". Island Rose, I think most people would like! It's sweet/fruity and a nice blend of alcohol. The Lavender Fog is a very particular taste and I think most people would not like it. The Crème de Violette flavoring was strong in my drink. I was able to drink it but just not the best drink I could have got at this bar. We also tried the truffle parm fries and those were pretty good. I wish ours had a wee bit more toppings. I would def come here again, and would love to try more items on the menu. The location would be great for a Disney date. I stayed at the Grand Floridian for a week and went to the Enchanted Rose twice. I would have gone more if I had had more time! It surpassed all of my expectations. I am not a big alcohol drinker and I finished the Lavender Fog, a true feat for me. It was delicious and understated and truly just a lovely drink. The truffle fries might be my favorite fries in the world. I also tried the flatbread which was good but not outstanding. My friend said the same about the crab mac & cheese. The amour drink was also good but I would go with the Lavender Fog every time. The atmosphere was relaxing and gorgeous, it is a great place to unwind and talk. Just a heads up, it gets busy so there is a wait sometimes! I highly recommend stopping by, even if you aren't staying at the hotel. read more

This is a beautiful lounge reminiscent of a fairytale (Beauty & the Beast, obviously). The decor is absolutely gorgeous, with velvet, vibrant carpets, books, and cute decorations all around. We had a great attentive server who took care of us immediately and checked in constantly. Keep in mind, the drinks are pretty expensive, but you're at a bar in the Grand Floridian so I'm not sure what else someone would expect. This time, I ordered the French Rose - a g'Vine Floraison gin martini with apricot brandy, Dolin dry vermouth de Chambéry, lemon, and a splash of grenadine. It was floral and delicious, but very strong. My friends ordered the Floral Bitter Beauty, which was much easier to drink and just as delicious! I had very high hopes for the Enchanted Rose located at Disneys Grand Floridian Resort. Everything is over priced even for Disney standards. There is a outside patio that has a great view but you might as well be sitting at the pool bar. You go from a dimly lit library inside to a ratty patio with faded furniture. For the money you spend, you expect the best. If you go, sit inside and at the bar or in the library. The decorations are cute but still minimal. There are some specialty drinks, but nothing really exciting. You know it is bad when you ask your server about the first two specialty drinks that are highlighted on the menu and he says they arent great and steers you to something else. If I am paying $16-$27 a drink. It better knock my socks off! Service was slow and drinks were just ok. There are so many great spots to check out for specialty libations in Disney, the Enchanted Rose is not one of them. read more

But at the bar there was one very attentive associate and several very unhelpful ones. Came in on a quiet Sunday night, took several minutes before being sat. Obvious lack of communication between staff as we had two servers and still had trouble finding the bill. Supposedly table-side cocktail and signature tale cocktail "Envie" came without any story behind it and not table side. They let the guests of the Grand Floridian run rampant in an extremely annoying manner. Second time visiting, unimpressed with both experiences. Absolutely horrible service! My wife and I were told we had to visit this establishment.... that was a lie!! We were celebrating my father in law's 69th birthday, what a mistake! Took 20 minutes to get a drink, server never offered us water had to ask for that. All he said was the bar is finishing up your drinks , no apology. Never checked back after our appetizers were delivered nor offered to get us another drink so we decided to ask for check and leave. On the way out ran into the manager and expressed our discontent to which he simply replied " I'm sorry to hear that ". It's no wonder this place has an overall rating of 1 Star. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Orlando and wanted to try special and different things. We had heard about the Enchanted Rose being recently opened at the Floridian Grand Resort in Walt Disney World, so we opted to check it out. Getting there was a bit of a pain because when we drove up to grand Floridian Parking lot and mentioned we were heading to Enchanted Rose we were told that we would have to park at either Disney springs or one of the parks and take the transport over to the resort. Thankfully we're also annual pass holders so we decided to go to one of the parks and then take the monorail to the resort from the Transportation Ticket Center. The Enchanted Rose is tucked away sin the back corner of the second floor. Once we arrived noticed the unique decor which I can describe elegant chic. There were two open seats at the bar so we took a seat and waited a few minutes to be greeted. Once we were greeted it was a half hearted greeting and tossed the menu our way to review. The pricing of the drinks OH. MY. GOD. I knew to expect high priced drinks but these were wayyyyy over-priced. I ordered the French Rose which was one of the most economical drinks ($15) and I will say it was quite delicious. It was strong but you can taste the quality of the liquor balanced with the other flavors of the drink. It was an interesting experience not sure I'll return anytime soon. Well the new mizners is still top notch! Shelia is still at the bar and is absolutely wonderful. The pulled pork sliders are wonderful! The new bartender (Michele?) did a great job at testing me on the items on the charcuterie board (I don't think she remembered either) fantastic assortment of delicious meat and cheese snacks. The specialty drinks were perfect! However, although not germane to the Enchanted Rose, WHY the FUCK DID THEY DUMP THE JAZZ BAND? It kind of took your mind off the pricey Disney cocktails. The atmosphere is generally pretty welcoming, their cocktail list is crafty, the food options (after 5, I believe) are tasty, and the service is always friendly, but... there's just something that's not very cohesive about this particular spot inside of Walt Disney's Grand Floridian. By all means, don't let this deter you from visiting: you'll have a pleasant stay! But there's something... just something that's a bit off. We told someone out front that we never received anything and were leaving and they just said, "ok, enjoy your day". Told the front desk and they didn't care either. We went before a late dinner and really enjoyed our time there. We ordered a few drinks. I got the amour drink with rose petals and it was delicious. I then got an espresso martini which was nothing special but still good regardless. We ordered the truffle fries and the cheese board. We devoured both of them. The truffle fries were served with some type of aioli and oh my goodness it was good. The cheese board was served with I think was a rye bread which wasn't my favorite. But that's okay because the cheeses were so good I started eating them with my fork skipping the bread altogether! It is easy to locate as well. Once you get to the resort in the lobby, it's right up the stairs. Can't miss it. The bartender was super attentive and friendly with not only my party but the other guests as well. This is a nice little spot to grab a drink or a nice glass of wine. It's very classy, nice, intimate, comfortable, ambiance and relaxing background music. While they don't have a wide selection of wines or beers it's still worth going to at the end of a crazy day in the parks. It is a bit pricey but hey you're in the nicest resort at WDW spend that pretty penny! You know you know you want to :-p If you fall into peer pressure, I recommend the Merlot.
