3.75 stars. The Good: The location is spectacular. You can't get a better location. You are in the middle of some intensely beautiful red rock canyon cliffs. It's really breathtaking. The staff is really friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face and constantly said hello. It was very welcoming. The Trail house and art studio are great additions to the property. You can't take art classes or rent equipment for hikes or bike rides. In both spaces the people are very knowledgeable. Food choices are good. They have coffee shop with a variety of snacks and a couple restaurants. The pool is nice and the tennis bc outta and pickleball courts couldn't have a more scenic view. The Bad - The rooms are pretty dated. They need an upgrade at those prices. I had a patio to sit on but didn't have any chairs on the patio so I couldn't really use it. The room was dark and dim. No soft close toilet seat. Bathroom products were pretty average. Food prices are out of control. I realize it's a resort and we are a captive audience, bit please don't make things grossly overpriced. Don't pay for a private biking tour. Go yourself. The prices for those are outrageous. Download All Trails and go it on your own. Otherwise homes are going to run you $350 per person. That's just not worth it unless you middle name is "moneybags". read more

I came here overnight while driving on a car rally and we all loved our trip. The resort was beautiful and we loved the energy it had. We had an event catered and the food was surprisingly delicious (most catering services are just so-so). The spa looked really nice and they offer a lot of services. Being in the unique location Enchantment is, I'd highly recommend staying on property and enjoying the scenery. I wish we could have stayed longer. read more

We had lunch at the restaurant at the Enchantment Resort while visiting Sedona, and it was such a great choice. The location is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views all around. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit. Service was excellent, and the drinks were to die for. I ordered the roasted corn soup, which was super delicious. My pizza was a bit salty for my taste. My daughters love their choices. Overall, it was a lovely experience. We took so many amazing pictures. If I come back to Sedona, I would definitely stay at the resort. Horrendous experience: with photo evidence below!! Read on! Stayed here in January 2025, it was absolutely atrocious, I strongly recommend anyone considering staying here should look elsewhere. This hotel should be charging about $150 for the service and yet we paid $500 per night and basically every single thing in the hotel was broken and the staff was completely apathetic, including the general manager who could care less. i'll give a very detailed review below although I'm sure the management could care less so this is really for anyone who may be considering staying here. Again I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I have no agenda and I've stayed at four and five star hotels around the world, and this was certainly the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. To begin with when we got to our room, somebody had ripped off one of the cupboards and a giant piece of broken wood was laying in the middle of the room, the Bellman, who walked us to the room, saw that and laughed out loud and said "oh that shouldn't be there" and then left. Didn't pick it up did didn't help us or even say he was going to send someone to fix it. SEE PHOTO BELOW. They literally just left a giant piece of broken wood in the middle of our room. After that, we discovered that the tea kettle pot in the room was broken, the phone in the room was broken, and so was the air-conditioning and the refrigerator. Literally everything was broken. We then decided to go to dinner at the main restaurant at the hotel and the food was so atrociously bad and the service was so awful that the manager ended up comping the entire meal. Every single thing we ordered was wrong, so they had to basically remake everything and then much of it came out cold, and then they gave an alcoholic beverage to my pregnant wife after telling her there was no alcohol in it!!! Luckily I checked the can and prevented her from drinking it. The whole experience was so bad that one of the waiters even came over and apologized and said he saw what was going on and he felt "embarrassed" to be working at the resort. It was wild to hear him say that. We then went back to the room, and I tried to hop in the bath, and of course there was no hot water. at this point we had enough so we went to complain and after complaining to the hotel management, they decided to switch us to another room. And the best part is they tried to switch us to room that was half the size and had no bathtub, which is what we specifically paid for, so again they were trying to nickel and dime us and basically screw us over at every opportunity. We declined to move to that room so then we went to another room, and in the new room things seemed to work better although once again, the phone system was broken and we were unable to get a hold of anybody at the front desk every evening, and the Internet was completely intermittent and the Wi-Fi went in and out the entire time. This is something that other guests were complaining about as well. PHOTO BELOW to show this from my phone. Managment at the hotel was completely apathetic. When we took our concerns politely to the front desk, they didn't care whatsoever. We then spoke to the general manager at the Hotel who also seemed to not really care and was phoning it in. He left us waiting in the lobby for OVER 30 minutes and disappeared when we told him our complaints, only for his assistant to come back and tell us that he was "busy" and would get to it Later. Unbelievable. I know this seems hard to believe but everything I have said is 100% truthful and literally correct. We documented everything and it's really sad what has happened to this hotel. It's evident that things have gone downhill by the fact that their rating is only a 3.8 out of 5 on Yelp and now I see why. This hotel used to be a luxury resort and now it's run like a motel six. Strongly recommend people do not spend their hard earned money here. read more

Stayed for 3 nights and it was a relaxing stay. The resort is a 20 minute drive from "town" so it meant serene quiet while still conveniently located to dining and shopping. Upon arrival it was closer to dusk and a family of deer greeted us right as we entered the guarded gate. Check-in was a breeze. Parking located close by yet our room was not close enough to hear any noise at all from either guest coming or leaving. We noticed that some suites had their own covered parking spots! We booked late (1 week before) so only option was either a double queen room or a large villa, which one night would have cost same as our 3 night stay in a double queen room. The interior of our room did not feel as high end or updated as other hotels in this price category but it was very comfortable. Very spacious. The main draw of this resort is not the room. It's the beautiful resort nestled among the breathtaking red rocks. It's the complimentary wellness classes included with your stay, the on-site spa, the star gazing, the nearby hikes, resort guest having access to a private entry into Boynton Canyon Trail (which is where one of the vortex is located), and more. The main pool is gorgeous. We noticed 2 other pools that were very private and always empty. But we opted to keep going back to the main pool. There are restaurants on-site but it seems any food served in the restaurant is also available via room service. We ordered room service on our first night and while it was tasty it was pricey and not particularly interesting. There is also a cafe that is opened in the morning until 2pm. Great place to grab a quick bite. A tad overpriced but worth it for the convenience. My kids slept really well in the room due to the quiet, the comfy beds, and perhaps being in close proximity to a vortex. If you book early enough, and perhaps off season, this is an amazing stay and worth every penny for a couples or friends getaway. We were traveling with our young kids so we did not get to enjoy all the great amenities offered but we were still very happy with the stay. read more

We had a quick stay at this resort and were throughly impressed. We were greeted by the kindest, most hospitable staff. They had plush stuffed animals for our kiddos and all sorts of fun activities. The grounds are beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We called down a few times for room service and concierge even helped us out after hours, when we needed to acquire some medicine for our son. It was close proximity to hiking and they drove us closer to the trail head in their golf carts. All in all it was a super stay and we would absolutely return. read more

December 17th 2024 NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A 5 STAR RESORT ANYMORE! This has been a most DISENCHANTING stay. We've been coming here for over 25 years and things have changed dramatically. Very strange check-in. You are forced to have a valet park your car and then wait until you are picked up by a cart and taken to your room. Parking is horrible and our car received a sever dent in one of the doors after taken away from us by the valet to be parked. Here's a list of other things that occurred while we were here. We did not have Housecleaning any of the days we've been here. (Yes, we didn't have a do not disturb on the door.) No turn down service on any night! We had to call and request a house cleaning on two nights that we were here. No trash can in the bathroom! We had dirty towels for 3 days. The bed mattress is old and has divots in it where people have slept and extremely uncomfortable due to that problem of age. We took turns sleeping on the couch! The pillows don't appear to even be down pillows anymore. We had to request a second robe for my husband because there was only one here. It never arrived. We had to call and ask for it on the second night, it took an hour to get here. We did not have any sugar of any sort for our coffee in the morning and had to request it. It didn't arrive until the next day. There was no dishwashing detergent for our plates. The Kleenex, paper towel and toilet paper was of such poor quality and painful to use that we went to Safeway and purchased our own. There were no Q-tips, cotton balls, or eye make up remover that we have become accustomed to. We had to ask for it from housekeeping. Our fireplace was not working and we had to have engineering come up and spend about an hour in the room. We just wanted to relax from the long day and I have somebody here. One very important thing is that we had very intermittent Wi-Fi and could not conduct business in the evening. Every day. Could not send or receive email! My husband was unable to conduct business. We called the front desk and informed them and they said they would look into it and get back to us and they never did. Last night, the 15th I could not access the Internet at all. I made these reservations almost a year ago for our anniversary and we are just feeling sad and disenchanted. This is not what we have become accustomed to at our favorite destination spot. Our favorite five star resort should have done better. We had to leave the Enchantment property in order to send this email because we do not have any access to Wi-Fi. Cellular data wouldn't even work. See attached screenshots that show that we had no access to the Internet or your Wi-Fi system. Starting at $1000 per night for a studio. 3 star * Accomodations: casita with private pation, fully working kitchen with supplies, Netpresso coffee machine, good size fridge, spacious bathroom with many storage, good toiletries, nice big pool with jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, tennis court, bocci ball, pingpong, bikes, etc. 5 star. * Location: 10-20 min drive to main shopping and market. However it is nested in Boynton canyon, very beautiful trail and scenery. 4 star. * Motif: southwestern decor, rustic. Beautiful and well manicured landscape. 5 star. * Service: everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff is more than happy to take us around the resort in their golf cart. The concierge is very helpful. 5 star. This place was on my bookmarked to check out for a while. Finally, we stayed here for our anniversary. It is expensive which is probably why I knocked off 1 star from my rating. The resort is beautiful with many available activities on site. I took advantage of the location to hike Boynton canyon trail. Since it is on the resort private land, guest has direct access to the trail which saves at least 2-3 miles of hiking. The casita has private patio with a grill. So, we did bbq twice during our stay. Our casita has unobstructed view of the red rock and Boynton vista rock. The studio casita is pretty spacious with a Murphy bed. So, we tuck it inside of the closet in morning to make space for the living room. The bed is not that comfy but not bad (or just my old back complaining from too much hiking!) It is pet friendly...so bring your furry friends with you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful place but quite spendy. You can reserve the time at the private Seven Canyon course but it is spendy (more than $500). read more

I stayed here this last week and cannot believe the horrible customer service we received. The first room we are put in did not have an enclosed shower door so water went everywhere all over the floor. It look like the glass door has been pride off and buy our third room we realize it had been there were ants crawling on the table that got into our cosmetic bags. We asked for turn down service between 5 and 6 PM and no one ever came. Then the TV went out at 7:30 at night and a man came to replace the whole TV and then a cable for the cable TV and it still did not work. Then we were told we could switch rooms but at that time it was almost 9 o'clock and we said we just change in the morning and we were told the room was already ready for us and whenever we want you in the morning just call and we would get our new room, of course in the morning at 10 AM after breakfast there was no room already waiting for us as we were told. So finally we get to a new room and there is no air-conditioning in this room and it's already 80° in the morning the toilet was constantly running, and supposedly this room was inspected by the housekeeping as well Trying to get a hold of the front desk, and the manager was close to impossible as we were not of a concern to them anymore. Finally, we got a hold of one of the valet's who took us out of the room. We asked us to return to our other room, because Alissa was air conditioning in there, and he was kind enough to get in touch with the management to find another room for us. Needless to say we were promised, the resort fees would be waived however, it was only way for one night. Our whole morning was ruined and never did management reach out to see if the rest of our stay was satisfactory. I cannot believe a resort like this would treat customers as poorly as we were treated see the pictures below. Also, room service, dirty dishes not picked up for eight hours and a dirty pillow that was on one of the beds in our first room The only way I wouldn't give this place a one star was the kindness of staff that we would see around the grounds. Three night stay, not as relaxing as we'd hoped. Beds are FIRM! Our room had big problems!!! Fireplace and Toilet were broken upon arrival, toilet had a puddle on the floor when we arrived. Maintenance at our room until 9pm. Fire place never worked, despite me noting this as a high priority. Maintenance was there night two until 8:30pm By night three we asked no one to come and fix stuff because we gave up Main pool heater was broken, so the 85 degree year round pool heat....not true. We got resort fees covered for the fireplace, but this felt small compared to the interruption of relaxation and what we had hoped for!! People were very kind, but I also need my room and bed to be better! At $800-1000/night ... we hoped for better ! read more

Property is gorgeous, the rooms feel very private. The hiking trails literally start right out of the gate. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, genuine, and helpful. The restaurants have delicious food- we found it expensive but kind of expected that. There is a coffee shop that is tucked away near the pickleball courts and pool- Lisa and Alejandro were there both times I went in. They were both SO nice and explained all of the breakfast options- sandwiches, pastries, etc. It was wonderful to go in, get a strong coffee and food (for a more reasonable price, imo), head out to sit by the fire pit and what the sun rise (or set!) over the mountain. This is far from being my first stay at this resort. The last couple of times the service was below par but this time...exactly what you would expect. The restaurant manager has done wonders. The service wasnimprccable. So friendly and professional. I must single out Edgar for his kindness. The junior suite was so well furnished and very comfortable. No holes in the sheets this time! All was the standard one expects from this hotel. Met the managing director on our walk to the hotel and he was very charming. Nice to see management on the property. The reception staff need training. They are not quite there. I was mistaken for the Assistant and not a guest! Made me giggle but upset the rest of my party. The toilet was not working properly and needed to be swapped over. A lack in communication unable this to happen and they dealt with the situation very well. Can't wait for the next visit! read more

Drove in from L.A. for midwinter break and stayed for 4 nights and stayed in 2 Queen junior suite in Building 78. I called ahead a few weeks earlier to confirm and request a few buildings by number with great views we wanted to stay in, if possible. Needless to say, none of the buildings I requested was #78. Arrived in evening after long drive and were given a room in building 78 which we were told had a "great view". However, building 78 only has a great view if you want a view of the employee parking lot which I did not. We asked to be moved but there were no other suites available. Notwithstanding the above, all of the staff at the resort were great including in the Trail House and the property itself is very nice as is the parking close to the buildings. We will come again but will not stay in room 78. read more

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had THE BEST time. Enchantment is tucked in between the Red Rocks and everywhere you turn you'll see a majestic view. This resort is truly special and the staff and management go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of amazing. No detail was missed. Customer service was top notch. Upon arrival they already knew our names and had fresh prickly pear lemonade ready. The grounds are kept impeccably well. So much to see and do here. They have a 24 hour pool and hot tub. Restaurants are beautiful , especially during sunset their floor to ceiling windows will give you full view on the sun setting in the red rocks. Our fav activities were guided star gazing, pickle ball and strolling around the property. The casitas were spacious, fully equipped with robes, spa toiletries, and we slept so well on the bed. The location is perfect...just minutes away from the most popular and beautiful trails. Highly recommend The Enchantment! read more

I had high expectations for Enchantment Resort. However, it fell short. My general experience with anywhere in Sedona is one of complacency. Let's start with the good... the staff was excellent. Very professional and helpful. The views lived up to expectations. I loved walking out on my balcony to see red rocks. That's where it ends. For the bad, the mattresses were lack luster. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. They were all HUGE and strained my neck. The sheets were scratchy. The shower/tub was incredibly high and nearly impossible to step into. Thank goodness my Grandma had a handicap accessible room because there's no way she would've been able to get in. The hot tub was lame. We ate brunch on Sunday. I paid $28 for 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. Everything was unseasoned. The eggs seemed like powder. The bacon was limp. There was a man on a business zoom not using headphones... rude. Far from luxury. Overall, would not go back. Word to the wise, attention to detail. I do want to reiterate that the staff was excellent. read more

This will be our fifth trip to this amazing resort. My kids are thrilled. From the moment you drive in, the service is above and beyond, the canyon itself is gorgeous and the amenities are top notch. Separate casitas are private, large and well appointed. You feel like you have entered a spa or retreat. The grounds remain fairly wild so you can see deer, havalinas, lizards, and rabbits. Fresh juice at your doorstep each morning so you can enjoy your patios and the stunning views. Poolside meals or two lovely restaurants. The spa is currently being remodeled, but in the past it had a lovely adults only pool, a juice bar, and spa restaurant. I can't wait to see what they do next. New trail house with bikes and hikes as well as outside fire pit. Saturday night astronomy is always a blast with the massive telescope. Of course tennis, golf, air hockey, ping pong, gym, classes. Only 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon. My kids have loved the Coyote Camp on the past. One of their favorite memories. read more

I was looking for a place to stay in Sedona with beautiful views from our room and close to hiking spots. I ran across this beautiful resort. It truly is enchanting. The property is massive, there is so much to do just at the resort. Swimming, ping pong, bike the trails, hiking trails. You don't even have to drive around the resort. You can make a phone call and a member of the staff will pick you up in a golf cart and take you wherever you wish to go on the premises. There were deer all over wandering around which was pretty neat. The pool has a stunning view from it. The room was clean and nice. They have nice comfy robes in the closet for you to snuggle up in. I thought it was a nice touch that they leave you orange juice at your door in the morning. For the most part the employees were nice and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars but I had a few issues one the room didn't exactly have a view unless you sit sideways. I had a view of a tree not the rock formations. The rooms are not cheap you should be able to get a great view for what you Pay. On the way to the pool it was apparent someone had thrown up in the stairwell I had told like 4 people who worked there and I guess none of them spoke English they just nodded their head and went on their way. It was still there in stairwell for hours after we left the pool. The stairwell also was covered in spiderwebs. I was shocked such a nice resort wouldn't get that taken care of as fast as it happened. The resort has a few restaurants as well the food is delicious! It was a nice getaway. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. You feel like you're in a fairy tale. read more

Good: - stunning location, loved the easy trail access on foot. - Junior Suite well appointed and comfortable, private, quiet - pleasant to stroll around - pool area clean with great views Bad: - arrival experience confusing and mixed. You park, then wait for an agent to check in. Then, you have to wait for a golf cart escort to your room. All of which took a while, and no refreshment or hot towel etc offered while waiting. Very different from a true 5 star resort experience. - finally in room, the escorts' 'explanation ' of amenities wasn't that helpful- would have been nice to know about water fill stations and more practical items. - they nickel and dime on everything. Cheapest experience: Yoga class for $35 - hot water in shower bath not always hot - unpredictable - sometimes had lukewarm showers - mi amo spa looked beautiful but $400 plus for treatments AND you can only use spa amenities for 1 hrs before or after. Did not book. - pool area blasted top 40 music. Asked them to lower volume and told not possible... Just not a relaxing vibe. - very uneven restaurant service Overall - this is a property charging 5 star prices for a 3. 5 star experience. read more

As an outdoorsy person who loves hiking the sommelier experience took the cake! Danny has such great knowledge is extremely personable and truly has a passion for what his does. On our last day of our stay here at Enchantment Resort. First, we loved our casita room and overall visit. The room has updated amenities including a nespresso machine/pods, and new plastic free cane sugar recycled water bottles that you can keep. The shampoo/conditioner/body lotion could use improvement. But if their goal is so that guests don't leave with these products, it worked!! They smell terrible, well, maybe a hint of eucalyptus, but still not in a good way. The lotion leaves you drier than before you put it on. BUT, our highest compliments to the valet station greeting staff. They are the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming group on site. Sadly, our Mii Amo Spa visit and dinner at Che Ah Chi were so disappointing - see other reviews. read more

We noticed that he was telling another driver not to enter this direction it was an exit only. He then said, "Can you not read the sign." A man jumps out of the car and says, "I'm sorry my wife doesn't know how to drive". We were appalled by his statement. We thought to ourselves why didn't you tell your wife not to go in that direction. We are very grateful for that gentleman at the front gate for saving us from having a disaster on our beautiful vacation. read more

Pros: -I picked this resort specifically to hike to the subway cave in Boynton Canyon, and not have to fight for a parking space at the trail head lot (this resort has private access to the trail) MAJOR plus for me -wildlife viewing all within the resort gates -front gate, check in staff super friendly -beautiful grounds with sooooooo much to offer (free croquet/bocce ball, tennis), two nice restaurants, spa, trail house. Cons: -market closes early (I'd like the option to pop over whenever I want to pick up snacks/drinks) -the one touch options on the phone to call for room service or even the front desk were not working, so I had to call the hotel directly. The gentleman I spoke to apologized and connected me to room service -the lady that answered did NOT sound happy and ready to assist, more annoyed that I started my order with drinks versus entrees and then when I had the audacity to ask for dressing options she literally SIGHED! Major turn off for me and really why I took off 1 star from my review. Would stay again... longer, DINE IN - one of the restaurants and take advantage of all of the amenities. read more

We have been wanting to stay here for a while and finally had the chance. Enchantment was definitely a 5 star experience for us. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect and customer service was top notch at all times. Eric, Justin and Tim were all fantastic, friendly and always went above and beyond. Boyton Canyon trail was located directly along side the resort and it's a beautiful walk, can definitely be a bit of a scramble as you approach Subway Cave but definitely worth the climb. Many mule deer and Javalinas throughout the property and they were so beautiful and fun to see. The spa is gorgeous, the hot tub was truly hot and the pool is perfect while the main pool is under construction. We went to the gym daily and found it to be everything we needed for our morning workouts before enjoying a hike out in the crisp cool weather. Our room was very spacious, bathroom was perfect and the water pressure was just what we like. There is a market place that served great coffees and pastries among other snacks. Driving to town is about 15 minutes but it's not needed as everything is here at Enchantment. We are sad to leave but will definitely be back again. Enjoy! read more

One of the best things about guiding travel tours for a living is to get to experience some of the best and unique hotels out there. When you think of the word "resort" what comes to mind? Is it separate and away from the bustle of a city or epicenter? Does it have amenities that make you feel like you're in a place like no other? Are the things done here above exceptional and beyond what you expected? If the answers were "yes" to any of these questions than you have the right track of idea for this gorgeous and amazing resort in Sedona: the Enchantment Resort. Getting There To get there you have to pass the city of Sedona itself. Just like the area the gorgeous red rock buttes and mesas surround the space. About a 25 minute drive from Sedona to the resort when you arrive you will be waived in past the guard station. Going through the gates you see the splendor of what Boynton Canyon has for you. They have a lush green lawn space on the right of the main road with large trees. Kachina Woman and other vortices can be seen both up close and in the distance. The red rock color scheme also transfers over to the exterior colors of the casitas you see. When you park and walk into the clubhouse (where the front desk, restaurants, pool, tennis court, and gift shop can all be found) you'll understand why you can be enchanted in such a space. After you check in, the porters will take your bags and take you and your party to your casita in a golf cart. This service is also available for you by calling "0" on your casita phone if you need them to get around the resort. Once they arrive to your room, they'll take your bags into the casita, open up the space, and you'll be invited into a gorgeous space. The Casitas and the Rooms Each casita consists of 3 different rooms. The way they are labeled are also different than typical hotels. For example the casitas are numbers 1-80. Each casita has 3 different rooms. The room on the left side is 2. The room in the middle is 1. The room on the right is 3. So let's say if you are in casita 10 and room 3 your actual room number will read 310. I know, strange; however, it does work out and you won't be disappointed by the room. Depending on which room you get the configuration is also different. If you are on the corners of the casitas (2 or 3) you will have a gorgeous queen or double queen bed. A nice large table sits next to the window. Each room has a patio that overlooks the mesas and buttes of Sedona. The bathrooms will have both a glass shower as well as a large tub for baths. She and him sinks are also shared. Also, a gorgeous built in dresser with a floating TV above. If you are in the middle room (1) the configuration is a bit different. This space feels more apartment like. When you walk in you have a round dining room table with a kitchenette across it with complete stove, microwave, and fridge along with Nespresso machine. The bed in this room is a Murphy bed but your patio has a grill built in for any BBQ-ing you want to do. The bathroom is large with she and him sinks and a huge glass shower; however, it does not have a bathtub. Regardless of which room you do end up getting the quality of the furniture, the layout, and the vibes of the overall space are incredible. It's enough to make you want to just stay in instead of enjoy what the rest of the resort has to offer. Amenities However, if you do leave your room you will see that lots of great opportunities await you. Since you are located inside Boynton Canyon you have many trails all around. One of the easiest ones is the trek to the Kachina Woman right at the entrance of the resort. At the very far end is also a trail that leads up to the mesas you see sprawling across the resort. The pool is fantastic with views of Boynton Canyon that leaves you mesmerized. The restaurants here are great with Che Ai Chi exceptional for breakfast (make sure to try their chicken fried steak verde!). You'll often see mule deer and other wild life just calmly walking the premise and enjoying themselves. The fitness center has clean cardio machines and a rack of weights that actually go past the 50 lb mark. They also have events based on holidays or star gazing at night. I wish I could quantify how incredible this place actually is but it's hard to do it in words. Even the pictures don't quite do it justice. But using the word "enchantment" in its name is apt for how it feels being here. If you're looking for more than the art or metaphysics of Sedona but also enjoy the great outdoors in style you have to check out the Enchantment Resort. You won't regret it. read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Shocking to see how the other reviews had said they had bad customer service. We ate at Che ah che(I think is how you spell it) and our server Ted was absolutely wonderful. So personable & made our meal that much better. Not to mention, the venison mole was one of the best meals I have ever had. We purchased an ornament from Mii amo, only to find out morning of us leaving, it was broken. Being 730AM, I knew they were closed and wouldn't be able to stay until they opened due to our flight. I talked to someone and they were talking about not being able to do anything since it was too early and no one had a key to the shop, but to give her time to talk to management and see what they can do. The customer service rep called me back after discussing with her the situation 10 min later letting me know they would hand deliver me a new one in exchange for the other. The golf cart rides were so great, and the staff all around was incredibly friendly. Not to mention us leaving/coming in the resort the people at the front were equally as kind. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 not 5 star is because the spa dry/steam room weren't working. & felt rushed at 930 that they were closing at 11 so I didn't get to fully enjoy the spa an hour after my 830 massage like I was promised. read more
