100/10! If you are thinking of booking, do it!!! My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything about it was incredible. From arrival, the staff was on it, making everything happen effortlessly. They will take you anywhere you would like to drop off/pick up. They were amazing!!! It's no wonder they are Michelin-starred. The attention to every detail was well thought out. This hotel is STUNNING! From quality luxury brands used in the hotel room, to a luxury loaner car. Absolutely elite. Our atrium had the most incredible view from its rooftop and even from within. See photos. The restaurant 1. ORDER THE CHOCOLATE CAKE. I promise you it's heavenly. (your on vacation, it's fine! Do it!) Breakfast was included with our stay, and we enjoyed almost every item on it (ha). We have some dietary restrictions (no pork), and they were very accommodating with substitutes. We enjoyed the dinner without surprise, they also knocked that out of the park! Highly recommend

Visited Jan 2025!! The staff is so attentive, friendly, and willing to to go up and beyond!!!! We spent our 10th year anniversary here. The experience and ambience you feel is unmatched. Relaxed, comfort, safe, exclusive, wealth, restored, and amazing!!! The food for breakfast and dinner was super amazing! Reservations for dinner is recommended. You will not be disappointed! Definitely check out the spa services and the sauna... super clean. I feel asleep because it was sooo good. Overall, this place is majestic. I cried because i didn't want to leave.

Ambiente is one of the most beautiful boutique hotel in Sedona. The attention to details and the sexy designs throughout with top notch quality materials is so appreciated. Worth every penny. I love the open glass windows and the rooftop where you can stars gazed. I love the sense of being with nature from your own room. Location is Close to many hiking trails and they have cars to drive you to town within 2 miles radius of the hotel. Luxurious linens and comfortable bed was a big win for me as I am a very sensitive sleeper. The attention to details and ensure your level of comfort are thoughtful, The all inclusive non alcoholic beverages and snacks in the room was a plus. Beautiful spa, small but again the most gorgeous interior design for the treatment room I have everseen. The spa locker room is a bit strange with a toilet inside without an enclosure. They only have one sauna outside and no shower unless you arrange with the desk. I also tried the oxygen bath...not exactly sure what it did except to feel like just soak in a bath tub :) my therapist was nice but feel green, she did her job and check in for pressure but didn't really deliver and addressed my issue. I was very tired from my early morning hike and felt asleep yet my awareness I know my massage felt like it was rubbing oil or a lotion application instead of a true therapeutic works. The restaurant could use some improvement with their cooking techniques as the food was just mediocre, lack of balance, flavor and strakbwas overcooked. I would leave the property for other food options on my next stay. Breakfast was fine, not a wowzer but it came with the stay so we are it, dinner were somewhat disappointed. Regardless we enjoyed our stay, LOVE and appreciate how attentive the guest services team are, and everyone delivered an above and beyond 5 star service and well run establishment. The cute little boutique shop in the lobby also carried and well thought out selection of products and branded merchandises. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This was our first time to Ambiente and we will be back. The rooms had breathtaking views! The Restraunt was so good, amazing cocktails, food, the chowder was out of this world! The staff were so supportive and helpful. It was our elopement weekend. I loved our experience and we will be back!

We are not patrons of the hotel, however, today we attended dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Forty1. The hotel entrance is stunning with beautiful signage as well as gorgeous hanging lanterns/decor.We are visiting during monsoon season and as we arrived it began to downpour. The hotel has valet parking who were waiting for us & promptly escorted us down to the restaurant via golf cart and we were given umbrellas. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. We had an amazing dinner and the venue itself is absolutely stunning. We will be back, hopefully as guests go the hotel very soon. Thank you so much!

This was an amazing experience, from arrival to dinner to our couples massage this place did not disappoint, the rooms are like atriums with full views of the beauty that surrounds this hotel. Little fast flowing streams of water run through the hotel and is perfect for sitting outside next to the fire pit and enjoying the calming sound of water. The pool is heated and the have a great hot tub which is perfect for people looking to stay in the winter (it's open 24hrs) the on site restaurant is cool and has a great vibe. This is an adults only hotel and I greatly recommend it for a nice couples getaway. We will definitely be back, 10/10

This is a review of the forty one restaurant, not the overall hotel. Overall this was a very good experience. We started with the artichoke hearts, pork belly, and mussels. The pork belly was the best, the artichokes were not my favorite(personally). I got the elk back strap for my main course and it was delicious. The potatoes that come with it were surprisingly good as well. The place was very pricey though. For dessert we got the churro and the peanut butter chocolate. Both were very good but yet again expensive. The ambience was very cool and the service was great.

My wife and I recently stayed at Ambiente for our babymoon, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The resort itself is stunning--beautiful architecture, breathtaking views, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere--but what truly sets Ambiente apart is their incredible staff and service. Danny deserves a special mention for making sure our entire stay was flawless. He welcomed us as if we were royalty and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, until we left. When I accidentally left my iPad case behind after checking out of the hotel, Danny personally messaged me to let me know and took care of it. Truly next-level service! Jillian was amazing as well. She gave us top-notch advice on what to do and where to go in Sedona, helping us plan an unforgettable trip with her local insights. Sage was another standout. He drove us around Sedona, sharing so much knowledge about the area. He was approachable, cool, and made our explorations even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to drive one of the resort's cars (the LC500). Mike made this experience seamless, ensuring everything was perfect and being so supportive and kind throughout. And then there's Francisco, who elevated our mornings with exceptional breakfast service. He personally delivered our meals to our room every day and even found solutions when our room phone wasn't working to make sure we received everything promptly. His attention to detail really impressed us. Also, every single thing we ate was really good. Speaking of service, one moment stood out as an example of how far Ambiente's team will go to make guests happy. We asked about heating up some food, and instead of just suggesting a solution, someone came by with an entire microwave so we could heat up anything we wanted, anytime. The resort itself is spectacular. The views from our room were mesmerizing, and the accommodations are luxurious yet designed to blend perfectly with the natural beauty of Sedona. But ultimately, it's the staff that makes Ambiente truly special. Their thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond make this resort an unforgettable experience. To everyone at Ambiente, thank you so much for an incredible stay! We hope to come back someday and relive this amazing experience all over again. If you're considering a visit, don't hesitate--this place is worth every penny and more.

Absolute perfection down to the details! The hubby and I fell in love with this wonderful hotel from the moment we stepped into the lobby. We were greeted by the most courteous man, Nic, who offered us champagne while we waited for someone to check us in. Edgar assisted with the seamless check-in process so we can be whisked away to our room. I was speechless when I entered the well-appointed room. The view was the room was breathtaking. The design and color palette were modern, dark and elegant. And of course there's an oversized stand alone tub that I wished I could take home! Oh they also have towel warmer which came in handy during the winter months. Every room has a fridge which is filled with amazing selection of soda, coconut water m, beer and sparkling tea. They also stocked the wet pantry with snacks and wine. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are included in the room rate and refreshed daily. Another great feature of this hotel is- everything is included so I don't feel like being nicked and dimed! Every room has their own private roof top. The view from the roof top is simply outstanding. You can see all the red rocks around you. You can lounge comfortably on the super comfy love seat and turn on the fire pit. It's also fitted with fake grass to accommodate their fury guests. The room rate also included breakfast at their small and intimate restaurant, Forty 1. We had dinner there as well and the food was delicious. Each dish was carefully plated and packed with flavors! The mussels...is a must try. We had the scallops and filet; both outstanding. We also had their churros dessert which did not disappoint. The same goes for their breakfast; amazing food & service. We had the salmon and breakfast quesadillas. I LOVED both of their cold presses! The property itself is not very big but they do have the same amenities as the big resorts; pool, hot tub, spa, and a cute little sauna room (right outside the spa). They built in fake creek that goes thru the property to enhance the natural feel and sound. Yes, this hotel is pricey but I have to say they are worth it. We went up there for our anniversary and they sent us a little note and wine! Again that attention to detail is on point. In summary, they have the most amazing views, well-appointment room, friendly and helpful staffs. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely everything is done right here. From the moment you drive up to the moment you drive away you are made to feel like you're the most important person on the planet. The bell service, check in, housekeeping, drivers, spa all 100% on point. You will never find another hotel with this type of service. Can't wait until our next visit I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Our stay at Ambiente was one to remember- So was breakfast at their semi private dining restaurant Forty1, which is the forty first cottage on their incredible property. Breakfast is included with a stay at the hotel. I ordered a beet juice and of course a coffee to start. All ingredients were locally sourced and the coffee was roasted from a local roaster. Top notch beans for sure. For breakfast I ordered French toast, which was perhaps the best I've had, with a parfait as a side. The view is incredible as you are truly immersed within the red rocks. Id give Forty1 6 stars if I could. Ambiente is absolutely a 6 star experience.

Great views from our beautiful hotel room!

Absolutely loved our weekend at Ambiente! Amazing hotel, staff, service and food! Highly recommend a visit here!

Delicious cocktails and artichoke dip! Great service! Unfortunately, everything else came up short. I ordered the elk, and it came out overcooked. They did bring out a new plate, and it was undercooked, but that worked for me. The crab ramen was ok, but at the price point didn't compare to similar dish at Momofuko. The airline chicken was over salted and not inspired. We wanted this to be so much better.

Spending time by the creek, with our feet in the cool water and surrounded by towering sycamores and Sedona's iconic red rock landscape, was one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences of our trip. HORROR AT L'AUBERGE! 17 hours without a toilet!…read more My fiancé and I stayed there in late July of 2026. A few hours after check-in, we noticed that our toilet was not flushing properly, we called maintenance who quickly sent a technician to resolve the problem. With the toilet apparently fixed, my wife and I went out for dinner and a stroll around town. Upon our return to our room (3106), we noticed that the toilet was still not working and that a room change was probably in order. It was past 10:00 pm at that time, we were tired, so we decided to inform the front desk and deal with the problem in the morning and just go to sleep. That night we had to use the public resort restrooms and so the following morning, with the inconvenience that this implies. The following morning, we called the front desk to let them know that the toilet was still not working and that we wished to be transferred to a room with a working toilet. All we asked was for the same room class of better, which is customary in these situations. Front desk acknowledged our request and started working to "immediately transfer us to a different room". It's now 7:30 am and we still have not heard from the front desk, we go down to the Cress restaurant for breakfast, and we are informed that a suitable room has been found and that all it needs is the approval from the Director of Front office (Sarahlynn Huggins). We again use the public resort restrooms and return to our room awaiting an update. It's now 8:30 am and still no room and no working toilet. We call the front desk, and we are told that a different room has been found but that "unfortunately it is currently occupied by a guest", and that upon checkout & cleaning we can move into that room. Estimated time for this room to become available is between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. This is evidently not acceptable; we needed a room with a working toilet now. Finally, at 10:30 am, a room is being "inspected" after cleaning, and we are promised it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. We go to play pickleball and return an hour later. Still no room and now it will be another hour until is ready! The front desk manager (Sarahlynn Huggins) was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and unprepared. I requested the General Manager's contact information, which she initially refused to give me and offered the "rooms manager" instead. I insisted and then she proceeds to give me Anthony Loiacono's contact information as the GM. My wife does a quick LinkedIn search and realizes the terrible lie (Anthony is the rooms manager not the GM). At this point the conversation is over. I can deal with incompetence, a bad attitude, but I definitely can't deal with liars. I reluctantly take the downgraded room and move on. We had booked (and paid for) a Deluxe room with semi-private balcony and fireplace. We were placed instead in a tiny room (fishbowl) with lots of pedestrian traffic and zero privacy. No refund is offered by the hotel. I proceed to file a formal complaint and ask for a copy of it, she refuses, then I ask to take a picture of the complaint, and she refuses again. 17 hours later we have a working toilet. This whole interaction goes beyond poor customer service. This place simply fails to deliver the very basic standards of human decency and honesty. Needless to say, we won't stay there again. Enchantment, Ambiente or even Amara provide way better customer service than this place. The case is now in the hands of American Express, who has opened a formal investigation for breach of contract.

It truly feels like a little hidden sanctuary tucked into the beauty of Sedona. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. There is something about waking up surrounded by Sedona's red rocks and that incredible stillness that immediately makes you slow down and appreciate where you are. I especially loved how peaceful the entire property felt. It has so much more warmth and character than a typical hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful, romantic, and full of Sedona charm. A true hidden gem. Five stars without hesitation.

You park right outside the door to your room. But it is more than a room. It really feels like a small home you wish you owned. The staff is wonderful. From the first call to make a reservation to check in to drop in for recommendations the staff makes guests a priority. I chose a room with a balcony and the view is fantastic. It is quiet, calming, private. I just wish I could stay longer.

As we're cruising down the main street we passed The Inn Above Oak Creek and noticed they had a lit-up vacancy sign. We immediately went in and met with the inn keeper who offered to let us go see the room before we committed to booking. This is THE cutest little 13 room inn set right on Oak Creek. There is seating down by the creek, on the patio off the main room, and inside the main room itself that all have great views. Our room was very spacious with a 2-person sized bathtub and a fireplace! It had truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. My husband was obsessed and wanting to know how we could copy it to have at home. Both of the inn managers were so kind and took such good care of us. You could feel how much they care for the inn and value their guests. There's always coffee and water set out. They have homemade cookies in the afternoon and homemade muffins in the morning. They have a bookshelf with various options for reading and a large selection of movies. On the coffee table, they have binders full of recommendations for trails and exploring the area. It was such a cute and intimate place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Sedona and I'd love to stay here again! We truly couldn't have found a better place to stay for Valentine's Day. We felt so lucky to have gotten a room here.

This is a little embarrassing as I have been meaning to write a review for The Wilde Resort & Spa…read moresince my kids and I visited two summers ago. First off, the resort is lovely - we loved our room, the view from our balcony was beautiful & the pool was perfect. Second and even more importantly to me, the staff was top notch, professional & so very kind. Long story short, my kids and I experienced a fairly big hiccup during our trip. On the way to Meteor Crater, my car got a flat tire & I had no spare. This happened on the highway & it was hot. The towing company took about 3 hours to pick us up & tow us to a tire place in Flagstaff where it took another 3 hours to get my tire replaced. Needless to say, we missed our day at Meteor Crater AND I felt like a horrible mom for not having a spare. While we were waiting for the tire to get replaced, I called the resort to ask what time the pool closed that evening in hopes that we could get back in time to salvage the day, mentioning why we would be late coming back. When we finally got back to the resort that night we had missed the pool hours but the nice young lady at the front desk told me they would extend our check out the next day so we could swim. My kids were so happy & really enjoyed their time at the pool. The extra time had already started to help turn our trip around but then when I went to check out, I found out that the resort had gifted us our stay. I was shocked but even more than that, I was touched that they would even think to do that. Talk about going above and beyond. While the resort is beautiful & I would go back for that alone, it is the kindness and compassion from the team at The Wilde Resort & Spa that I will ALWAYS remember.

From the ice make to the dors that arent sealed, to the bathrooms needing to be remodeled, it's pure old. Do not stay here. The tv doesn't work. The reason for 2 data, is because they have sl movie night where they pull up a big screen on the courtyard and watch. They also have these cool fire pits & chairs.

It's just like having a house in the Red Rock mountains with a beautiful private patio situated off the bedroom/family room and kitchen. It has a beautiful fireplace positioned in front of the bed on the patio side. The small kitchen has a stocked refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and K cups with a beautifully set table done every morning with large coffee mugs. Wine glasses and drinking glasses available. There is a bread machine that the staff uses to come in the villa and made is bread in it every day. The smell when we came home from a hike or exploring Sedona was a slice of home with ready to eat bread. The bathroom was huge, rustic and elegant with an extra large Southwestern tiled shower. It had a sunken bathtub for two with a fireplace on one side to give it an even cozier romantic vibe. A large rustic wood closet that followed the rustic vibe of the whole villa was situated on one wall of the bathroom. The outside of the villas had a pool and hot tub for warmer months and a stocked refrigerator for water and sodas. Help yourself. The main building of the villas had a warm sitting area with a fireplace and Christmas tree for the holidays. The office for the villas was in the building as well Gourmet breakfast was served every morning in this building off a menu with choices that change everyday, included with price of the villa. Very quiet eating area like eating in someone's dining room. In fact everything was included in the price of the villa. The staff was like family. Isobel who coordinated our stay also set up our dinner reservations in advance as well as mapping out where to hike and places not to miss. She made this trip a huge success for us. The property is situated down the road from beautiful Thunder Mountain where we could literally walk to and hike. Lastly they have a massage room to book a professional massage tailored for your needs. My wife and I both did a massage. Remarkable!!! This property and accommodations is perfect getaway and so relaxing. Definitely not a "hotel" atmosphere. Not what we wanted. Slowed me down to regroup before bringing in the new year. We will be back to wind down here again.

We loved the jetted tub and the bathrobes were so soft. There is a wee kitchen with a frig and microwave. The TV was nice. We did not use it often. They have free WiFi. What we really loved was the charging station for our cars. We were with another couple. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast. They also have fresh cookies. It is located in beautiful Sedona, one of our favorite places in Arizona. Everything in Sedona is expensive, so we love the few time we are able to go. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was construction across from our room so I'm assuming that's the reason the room didn't require many points. We didn't hear any noise from the construction during our stay, but we did see it from our patio. I might have different feelings if we paid $400-500 for a night. We loved the room! It was spacious with a fireplace, kitchenette, lovely decor, and a roomy bathroom with a separate shower. I absolutely loved our own private gas fire pit with chairs on our patio. Wishing we had ordered the s'mores kit from room service. The bed was heavenly to sleep on and everything was very clean. We visited the pool and hot tub during our stay. It was a little chilly so we didn't get into the pool. We were excited about the hot tub, but it wasn't actually very hot, which was a little disappointing. This resort is about 20 minutes from the main part of Sedona, which didn't really bother us, but we didn't realize it at first. It was also $25/night to park. Our view was full of construction people working when we over look the lawn so really no use being on the balcony since there was so much noise during the day. I came a day after my friends did, and while waiting for my car the next morning, this lady Michelle greeted me. She didn't introduce herself so I wasn't sure who she was but I greeted back and then she asked so many personal questions it made me very uncomfortable. Where are you going, how long will you be out yada yada. Asking things are none of her business. When we got back, she looked at us and asked if we're checking in? I found out that she actually tried to ask my friend to show ID when she retrieved her car the day before- even though she showed the text that her car was ready. For a group of girls who looked like we didn't belong there, I am sure she recognized that she has seen us before. But for her to treat us like we didn't belong there, is another story. You would expect your employees to recognize their guests and treat everyone with respect, as we are paying with the same dollars, even more so when we are Diamond members. Do better Hilton. This lady Michelle is supposed to be head of the valet service and be a good role model for the staff but all she does is treat guests like me with prejudice and questioning like we are already suspects. If she treats us paying customers like that, I'm sure she treats her staff like shit. We are paying for this service, it isn't free yet we are treated like we are taking advantage of something that we are paying for?!
